We decided to try out this restaurant since it's relatively new to the area. The service was good and friendly and helpful. My husband's hamburger was good and juicy and his pomegranate tea was good as well. My first burger was undercooked and I had them remake it which they gladly did and gave me a coupon for a free next time item. I had it on a gluten free bun which I am glad they offer but the bun was terrible and fell apart instantly. Some restaurants use certain GF buns that are great and this was not one of those buns. I also think they need to bring out the items on individual sheet pans instead of both of our orders on one which is awkward to eat from and prevent grease from dripping all over the table. The place is quiet and casual and clean. I won't go back because of the bun quality for me. But in general it seemed to have pretty good food.

Nasty ! what should have been a good burger was a fishy tasting burger not once but twice . Don't get the burger get the nacho.

All I can say is don't get the burger it tasted like fish had it sent back got a new burger nope still tasted like fish. The nachos were good, drinks and atmosphere was fun and relaxing. If you try the burger let me know please.

Came here after a trip to Ikea. I have been to the plaza location but never this one. I liked the setup better at this one. The restaurant was pretty empty besides a few people coming in getting pick up orders. We dined in because it's about 40 mins from my house. We ordered on the kiosk and got our number for our table. Wait wasn't longer, our order came out in less than 10 mins. The food was hot and delicious and the shake was cold, flavorful and all was sooo good! We got the double shake burger, the chicken shack, fries and a cookies and cream shake. This place is pricey with a small tip we paid over $35. It's not somewhere we eat all the time so a nice treat when we are near one. We had minimal interaction with the staff but they did greet us when we came and and they brought our order to our table. Only cons that I have are none of the tables looked clean and their water station doesn't give the ability for self serve ice.

They actually had the audacity to give me a burnt chicken sandwich. We did a mobile order and didn't want to travel back. Absolutely terrible.

Chick In Waffle - Garlic Parmesan Bun Combo (Drink Included but Not Shown)

Normally, chicken isn't my favorite, but this one truly stands out. Plus, despite the risks of delivery, it was clearly packed with care and purpose. And the dessert? Absolutely delightful!

Tried Chick-in-Waffle for carryout and ordered the 10-piece bone-in wings combo. You get two…read moreflavors with this, and I went with garlic parmesan and chicken tikka masala. Wings: The garlic parm was the standout -- fresh, flavorful, and honestly better than my usual Buffalo Wild Wings order. The tikka masala didn't really taste like tikka masala (more like a standard BWW flavor), but it was still tasty. The only drawback was the size of the wings -- smaller than I expected. Next time I'll probably go for the 16 or 20 piece. Waffle: I picked the Belgian waffle with maple syrup dip. It came hot but not crispy, with just a dusting of powdered sugar. Still sweet and enjoyable, though next time I want to try the bubble waffle for something different. Fries: Got the seasoned fries on the side -- good flavor and seasoning, though like the waffle, they weren't super crisp. Still tasty on their own, but I would've loved an option to pick dips (ranch, queso, garlic parm, etc.) instead of just being handed four maple syrups. Extras & Drinks: They also offer mac & cheese or the bubble waffle as side options, plus unique teas and lemonades for $1 more, or milkshakes for $4.50. Prices on extra dips are $0.99 each. Overall, it's a fun and unique concept -- fair-style food in a neighborhood spot. The food is flavorful, not always the crispiest or warmest on carryout, but easily fixed with a microwave or air fryer. I'll definitely be back, especially to try the bubble waffle and maybe some loaded fries or wraps/buns during happy hour (2-4 PM).

Keven greeted me and walked me through their spice levels - so on the side of using good judgement I went for a medium 2 strip dinner. Made fresh to order it took about 8 minutes to get my order but it was a lovely change from the slightly warm chicken generally found at a fast food restaurant. These chicken strips were huge! And they've been crusted with the flavor - not drenched in sauce. The chicken was moist and delicious as were the seasoned fries. This will become a go to spot for chicken - winning out over any of the more well known places for me!

Overall, it gives the restaurant a modern street style feel with the bold colors and graffiti around. We bought 2 - one tender and one slider combos $14 each along with buffalo style Mac and cheese with three small chicken pieces $7 and the final bill including tip was $42. The tenders were packed with flavor - crispy and juicy chicken. It was perfectly fried and had the right amount of medium level spice on it. However the buffalo style Mac and cheese was cold and underwhelming - three pieces of chicken with hardly any actual Mac and cheese and fries - it was not what I expected. I definitely expected more Mac and cheese haha. Another downside for me was the pricing of the combos/food- it was high because if you look at the combo it's just two tenders with some bread and sauce. Portion wise it didn't really match the pricing for more of a fast food restaurant setup. The restaurant was clean otherwise and the service was decent - nothing amazing as such. Overall, good fast food with high pricing for what you get.

It's very good, but there are a couple that are better. I ordered a double cheeseburger as they prepare it. I didn't love the pickles. They were weird. Not your typical dill pickle, which I prefer. The guys working behind the counter, insisted that I use the QR code to order instead of talking to them. There was no way for me to add mustard on the website, which is what I would've preferred. I was able to do that at Cosmo Burger in Lenexa City Center when I was able to speak to a human. This location still had excellent tater tots, even though the burger was greasy and not how I preferred it to be topped. The bar that Cosmo Burger sits in is excellent! The bartender was attentive and kind. If you want a soft drink to go with your burger, you buy it at the bar and it is $3.90. I gave him a five dollar bill and left another dollar on the table when I left. I also tipped the guys at Cosmo Burger. So, it was $26 for a cheeseburger tots and a Coke. Yikes!
