It seems like I forget to ask since I'm busy checking the order and trying not to hold up lines when I get my food. I'm from Cali so I've never experienced them placing a number on your car and you continue to pull up with traffic until they bring your order to your window. Great concept and it works well. Not sure why they stopped mixing concretes all the way through. They also hand the concretes to you dripping with ice cream without a napkin. When they first opened they mixed them through and they would hand you the concrete with a napkin around it. Maybe they think not putting a napkin on it will save them money? But not mixing the shake all the way through. That's just laziness. Neilsons frozen custard in bountiful on 2600s is much better at making concretes. Spencer who was working the Friday Night Shift on 09/22 at the drive thru window was easily the friendliest and most patient employee I have ever seen. He knew the drive thru menu, where everything was located and literally guided my wife through her order haha. He was also very fast without being pushy. When we got to the window, he greeted us with jokes and was so pleasant. Food is always great at this location. Whoever runs the show here needs to give Spencer some kudos because WOW. When we use to take a monthly trip to Lehi, we use to stop by Culver's for lunch. So I am glad to see that they have finally progressed closer to home. This is definitely a place you should have a decent idea of what you want before you get here or else you wind up standing around for a while deciding what you want. This is one of those reviews I feel bad about but it's the truth. I go here a lot it's near our home and we love the custard and shakes. The food is generally great but their service is just horrible. I'll say they hire the nicest people but they just have no attention to detail. I think I would be under exaggerating to say they give us the wrong order or something is missing 8 out of 10 times. It's actually funny because we just expect the food to be wrong and when it's right we laugh because we lost a fictitious bet we made before order. We thought it was because they were a new location but this has been going on for a very long time now. The best part is when you go in to get whatever they messed up, they review your receipt like your screwing them out of thousands of dollars. It's odd. They have some serious work to do. read more

It was Open House. I thought I'd walk into a typical setting for a fast-food place but I was pleasantly surprised how well the seating areas were spread out to accommodate customers. "Nice, they made use of the space available," that was my first reaction after looking over the seated areas. The fountain drinks area is behind a dividing wall which I personally like. Because it was Open House, the customers were endless, of course. During my observation I noticed how many cashiers/ front employees there were, I thought that having that many employees was either due to lack of proper training with some of the employees, I don't know, but it looked unprofessional in my mind. The managed to create a worse burger than In-out. I just ordered a Culver double bacon cheese burger. My description is two liverish angus-tasting beef thin patties, add seasoning salt, add more seasoning salt. Top with american cheese, drag a bacon piece over the top then remove it, now dip it in another tray of salt. There you go! That is what I had for lunch today before I left in disgust. The one star is only for Fries which are crinkle cut and good... probably from a frozen bag. Wife's chicken was ok but salty too. It's just another boring national franchise staffed by minimum wage kids cooking thawed food while waiting for their shift to end. Plus salt. Even the concrete I ordered was full of salt. Oh my goodness was the food good. The manager took our order and was very nice and I liked that she had positive comments that she seemed to really mean. She seemed to enjoy her job too. This a new Culver's up near where we live and we've been to a Culver's down in Lehi and they were good too. Today I got the artichoke spinach dip grilled chicken on a pretzel bun. Oh my gosh was that good!!! The grilled chicken wasn't over cooked and still juicy. The flavor of this sandwich hit all the right notes and had a party in my mouth Instead of fries I got the cheese curds with marinara sauce, the marinara was cold but otherwise the curds were good. For dessert I got the fudge pecan sunday with vanilla custard. This was great, the fudge was nice and thick and the custard was truly creamy with a nice vanilla flavor. What a combo, the best. Went through their drive up yesterday evening. Found out that in the drive up you no longer get 1 fries sauce with your order of fries. This place is expensive and now they are so chintzy that you have to pay for any fries sauce. Not get the first complementary and pay .25 for more it's pay for any. So inside have they taken away the fries sauce dispenser so that inside you have to pay also??? Oh and they don't tell you on the sign when you order just at the window. Huge shout out to this location. I had a craving and drove over and was a bit worried when I saw how many other people had the same idea. There were a lot of cars heading into their lot. My worries subsided as the cars moved quickly and the employees handled a combination of drive thru or sending you to a numbered stall to have someone come take your order. I got sent to a stall where I was greeted and had my order taken immediately. All employees were in masks and gloves for safety. They took my order and put a number on my door handle. A few minutes later someone delivered my food and I was off. The food was good as always but this review is really about the staff and how this business changed to meet the challenges of this pandemic. Well done Culver's, well done! read more

If you order anything that isn't pre-made, you'll wait...no kidding...nearly an hour for your food. They use the excuse of making the food when you order it. This includes catching the fish for fish and chips and butchering the beef. So, order the soup, which is decent and pre-made. I sat there in the drive thru and watched how one kid made my ice cream while the girls that took my order were sitting by the window giving their back to me, having what it looked like a great conversation and talking to all the other kids around. I kept wondering what was taking so long for them to make 1 Oreo concrete if nobody was in line. Me and my family decided to stop by to check out their frozen custard. For being my first time, I thought the menu was a little hard to understand as far as what my options were. We had to get out of the drive thru and park for a few minutes to figure out what we should get. We ended up getting the special of the day, Devil's Cake, and a vanilla based sundae with brownie bites and hot fudge. The vanilla was delicious and creamy, the chocolate one (Devil's cake) was very strong, so it wasn't my favorite. I strongly recommend picking vanilla over chocolate, everyone in my family preferred that one too. I also think they could be a little more generous on the toppings. We all agreed that we barely got any brownie bites. It's worth a try but nothing exceptional. read more

I've been coming to this Culver's since it opened about two years ago. Their food is okay. They have gluten free buns which is why I come here- they are packaged, and the bun is served in the package, so it's safer than most other places, although there's still risk for cross-contact with the patties themselves. I've never had any problem with getting a safe meal until today. Today, I ordered a concrete mixer like I normally do- I ordered vanilla with Snickers and Butterfinger. A few bites in, I saw something that looked suspiciously like cookie dough. I pulled it out an examined it- it was definitely cookie dough. I had to throw the whole thing away. Of course, cross contact is a risk when you go anywhere, but cookie dough mixed in with the other toppings (the gluten free toppings, to be specific), seems a little careless. When this happens, it's scary for people like me who are allergic. Thankfully I feel okay, but I will not be coming back here. The workers usually seem to be goofing around in the back and not paying close attention, which is a difficult problem to fix. If you're very sensitive to gluten, I don't recommend coming to this location. read more

A friend recommended we stop by but because of some negative reviews here my hopes weren't super high. Whaat? This place is awesome. Firstly it was very busy but ran quite orderly and quickly. We were able to order in a decent time, the staff had plenty of patience with us and helped us choose some of their favorite dishes. We ordered the butterburger, fried cheese curds, onion rings, and the sundae of the day maple pecan. We were served after only a short wait. The food was cooked to perfection with the deep fried items having a perfect delicate crunch. The burger was very fresh tasting and melted in my mouth. Very slow, food is bland, employees seem lost and confused, maybe they are. Service is terrible, especially when they're busy. But even when this place is somewhat empty it still takes about 20 minutes to get our food. We usually have to go ask about it then they put it together while we stand there. This shouldn't happen. Mashed potatoes and gravy is tasteless, cheese curds taste like seasonings only, the burgers and sandwiches fall apart, everything is hard to eat. The ice cream and shakes are good but not what we go for. We were so happy to see something "different" open in this area but it's really no different. Other Culver's we've been to in other states have good food and great service. This one seems different all around. read more
