Totally disappointed. Picked up an order and it was missing food. I even went into the store to order so I didn't have the order messed up. So I got a large order and it wasn't checked when I picked it up. Got home and the most expensive item was missing. Family was disappointed so I drove back to the store and asked for the manager. I asked for a refund and he was annoyed. I told him that I would have expected the order to be checked. He just accepted that it was a mistake and reluctantly gave me a refund. Wonder if this is purposeful to make more profit. The answer is to check your order yourself because they won't. read more

A solid four stars from this Culver's location. I've been to Culver's all over this great land of ours from Illinois, to 'Sconsin, to Iowa, and now Georgia. The fact that Culver's came to Georgia saddened me as if In-N-Out Burger came here. There are certain regional restaurants that should remain regional to keep their regional special-ness, and Culver's is one of them in my **** opinion. My diatribe about Chick-Fil-A existing in Tajikistan is over, but that being said, this visit to Culver's was excellent. Yeah, it's a fast food restaurant, but Culver's isn't just fast food. They are an institution much like Chick-Fil-A is to this state. Excellent customer service, clean dining rooms, and the employees are VERY helpful and usually maintain a smile. This goes a long way in differentiating yourself from every greasy meal under $10 in these parts. The butter burgers are consistently good from here to the aforementioned restaurants all over the country, so don't change a thing. Also, please keep your staff trained like they were today. A nice smile, helpful information, and customer service is worth paying a dollar or four more for. Also, whomever cleans the bathrooms should be commended. Usually fast food rest-rooms like like a truck stop at 2am, because someone has gone on break all day in stall #1, and refused to clean. All-in-all, I am usually impressed with Culver's locations, and this one is no different. Keep it up. read more

Poor customer service. They forgot an item that we paid for and when we drove all the way back for it, they charged us! We had paid for a value basket and never got the burger. We explained that we were already charged, but it wasn't until we paid the second time that they realized the mistake. Very rude manager. She wasn't helpful at all. She never apologized nor recognized that the error was made by the cashier. What happened to costumer service?? Worst part was coming home to eat cold food and finding a hair in the broccoli! Still amazing. Everything said previously is still true but some other menu discoveries have happened. I discovered the onion rings are huge and delightful. Also I noticed one day they have chili. And chili supreme. Supreme adds cheese and onions and full fat sour cream (the only sour cream that counts) and is a really nice meal in itself. Good serving. It has beans in it so it isn't perfect but much better than another chain's chili. Love you culvers. Don't change. read more

My wife drove through the Drive Thru and the young Lady was very rude this was 1oclock. We will never come back we asked for no mayonnaise. The burger came with nothing no mustard or ketchup. I think management should retrain this young lady before you loose a lot of other customers. I would have given 0 stars if I could. read more

Wow there was a lot of hype to this place opening. It remains busy during normal eating times, so if you are in a hurry be mindful of that. The cheese curds I heard so much about were served lukewarm.The prices are average. The saving grace is the custards and ice cream. Those are great! This is a midwest standard that was a favorite of my grandfathers so we had to try this place! We really enjoyed our experience. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you and ask if there is anything else you need. Which with a family of four is very nice. The place is new and nice and clean, who doesn't like that. They have seating inside and outside and a drive thru. We all enjoyed our meals! Cheese butter burger, mushroom and swiss, and the ruben. Not as greasy as most fast food places. We had a side of the fried cheese curds, I do recommend these. They are like bite size cheese sticks. We also had the root beer floats (more soda than ice cream) and the peanut butter concrete (LOVE)! I'm glad they are far from me because I may go there to much if they were closer. read more

I've came to Culver's twice now. First time I ordered the shrimp basket (it tasted very moist and soggy in the inside like it was barely cooked). The second time I ordered the chicken sandwich to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt. The chicken sandwich tasted bland like they didn't even put any seasoning on it. A concrete is to midwestern people what a blizzard is to Southern people. When you turn the cup upside down the contents are frozen and do not come out. A concrete is made with custard so the thickness of the ice cream stays colder longer and to me, is a perfect mix when you add toppings. The blizzard is soft serve ice cream. When this Culvers opened I was so excited! I first found out about concretes when visiting my brother in Nashville Tennessee. Sorry, DQ, concretes are better! I waited a few months to visit so today, when the temps finally hit above 80 degrees, the only thing I thought about all day was a Culvers concrete. I ordered a chocolate concrete with pecans. $4+ and I was thrilled to sit in traffic with my treat. As I was driving up 140 I put spoon in the cup and what I found was soupy, warm chocolate milk with pecans. This milky mess wasn't even ice cream and was too melted to be a milkshake. I was too far up 140 in traffic to turn around so my cup holder is where this sticky mess stayed until it was thrown away at home. What a disappointment and waste of $4. I will stick with my Nashville concretes considering Canton can't make them. read more

Being from the Midwest and just recently moving to the area one restaurant my family missed was Culvers. And the one in Canton does not disappoint! Like always great burgers, crinkle fries, cheese curds and frozen custard! Butter burgers are so good! The Snack Pack is always just enough food for me. And a great deal! Burger, fries and drink for like $4--yes please! It is fun to see what the special flavor of custard will be each day and you can stock up on pints if you love certain flavors! Delicious cheese filled burgers! I like that they use smaller patties so you get more flavor. The mushroom and Swiss, and the rye burger is great! The fries are alright, definitely will want ketchup or their cheese sauce with it. Glad to see this chain making its way down to Georgia. It took us about 15 minutes driving out Arnold Mill Rd. from Alpharetta to get to Culver's in Canton. Without a doubt Culver's met and exceeded the stories about it being fantastic. The nearly full parking lot on a Tuesday night looked like we would have to experience the long lines we read about on Yelp. Not so. Got parked easily and though the outdoor patio was full there were plenty of tables inside. There was no line at the counter and we were then face to face with a large colorful menu overhead. The young lady at the counter patiently assisted us "first timers" order. The menu has a range of items but we ordered the famous butter burgers and they were delicious, filling, and as perfect as burgers can be. The use of fresh ingredients was evident from the lightly toasted buttered bun, crisp lettuce, red tomato, cheddar cheese and twin burger patties of tasty beef. My side was onion rings, lightly breaded sweet onions cooked to a golden brown. I opted for a chocolate shake that was so thick I had to use a spoon for the first half of it. This was one of the best burger meals I've had in a long time. The service was excellent and they got the whole order right delivering it to the table in just a few minutes. For three of us the bill was around $25, very reasonable to me. We can't wait to go back. Culver's hit a grand slam with us and exceeded expectations. read more

We were excited about trying this place as friends had really talked it up. I ordered a regular burger and the wife ordered a chicken salad. The salad was good but the burger was burned around the edges and tasted like it had been sitting a while. We also ordered two shakes that were good. If this was review was solely based on the burger, it would have been a one. First experience was a very pleasant one. We were concerned about how crowded it might be from all the other reviews, but we pulled in at 7 PM on a Tuesday night and there was plenty of parking available. There was somewhat of a line but it moves quickly. Service was fast and friendly. The menu is a bit intimidating at first but keep it basic on your early visits and you'll be fine. Tried the double cheddar butterburger with bacon. Burger patties are smashed thin but are seasoned deliciously. Bacon could be a little thicker and crispier but it wasn't bad. Bun was tasty, not soggy it all. The fries are nothing really special, standard crinkle cut fries, but they were cooked well (very crispy) and not oversalted. As much as I wanted to try a mix-in or a sundae with the custard, I decided to go with just a basic cone of chocolate. Very tasty frozen treat, for those of you from the north you'll be pleased to know that the taste and texture of very similar to Carvel. All in all it was a nice experience. I decided to try this place three days ago. I came for a concrete mixer after investigating online and wanting a sweet treat. Let me tell you I am hooked. I got a hot Carmel brownie vanilla mixer and I have came back everyday since. We just got home from our day three trip. Yesterday I tried the spicy chicken sandwich with my daughter and we both loved the quality of the meat, vegetables and service received. Today my husband, son and myself had the double bacon burger with cheese and I couldn't finish mine or fries I am so full. My son and husband fell in love with the food. Yesterday I went here and I was really impressed. The staff was friendly and patient when we were deciding what to order. Than the food was great! Today was a GREAT day!! I got the Grilled cheese, so good. And the custard is great too, but it melted quickly. I feel like I just need more! But it is really far from home. So I can rarely get it. I just feel like it takes too long to get your food though. The last time I came here it came out a bit quicker. This is my favorite location for Culver's so far. After traveling to NY this summer and realizing how much I miss the frozen custard on summer evenings I remember from growing up, my family googled nearby frozen custard in our part of Georgia. We drove about 20 minutes to Culver's and that was worth it for fresh custard! They have lots of mix-ins which isn't what I'm used to but tasty. My son wanted french fries and they came out steaming hot and tasty. The onion rings looked perfect. The place was clean and tidy and the young people working there seemed like they were trying hard to please. Will be back! read more

As we have many times in the past, we ordered a 3-piece fish dinner, a 10-piece fried shrimp dinner, extra coleslaw and extra cocktail and tarter sauce from the Hickory Flat Culver's drive-through. We ordered just after 9 - they close at 10. We had another stop so we got home just before 10. I opened the shrimp dinner and saw a PUDDLE of grease as if there was no drip time from the frier to the plate. I took multiple paper towels to sop up the grease. We got only 1 cocktail and tarter sauce and a roll missing from one dinner. Ok, I can live with that - the excessive grease I couldn't. I called the location and after several rings realized it was after 10 - they were closed. I didn't get to sleep until about 6:30 am and slept late, calling just after 2. I asked to speak with the manager which was met with, "how can we help you?" I asked if he was the manager - "no, the owner." I described the issue and asked that the meals be replaced. "Yeah, that's not gonna happen." He wouldn't listen to any explanation of the timing, was rude, condescending and told me to have a nice day. Will I go back? You would be hard pressed to find anything negative to say about this place. It definitely isn't your typical fast food experience. The food is made fresh to order but it didn't take too long to come out when I was there. Then again, the lunch crowd was just piling in as I ate so be patient if it takes a little longer for your food. Trust me. It will be worth it. I had the bacon burger and fries. Both were equally tasty. The burger was juicy and seasoned just right and was served with a pickle on top. That was kind of odd, but whatever. I just took it off and put it inside the bun. The buns were soft but not soggy! I was amazed! The crinkly fries were lightly salted and very good. I topped the meal off with an oreo milk shake. It was delicious!
