As a vegetarian I like that taco bell has black bean options. Other than that this last experience was a little more than annoying. I specifically ordered the Mexican pizza (all black beans because refried are made with animal) and 2 black bean hard tacos. My husband ordered 4 chalupa and other type things. Our order had all of the food in the bag on top of my pizza and that was on top of 1 hard taco crushing it. My other taco and my husband's food weren't fully wrapped shut and toppings were falling out into the bag. When I tried to eat the pizza it had black beans and refried mashed together. So after paying 14$ for all of that I couldn't eat the main part. read more

This review isn't about Taco Bell but the KFC part of the restaurant. I've been here numerous times and never had an issue until today. The person who took my order and my money was very friendly, helpful and outgoing. However, my order was missing a few things. I ordered the 8 piece spicy wing combo with fries and ranch. By far the absolute worst food or service related experience I've ever had. I've coke here at night to see them turn off the lights inside and not answer in the drive through only for them to turn the lights back on once I pulled away. Every time I've tried to order here they're out of everything on the menu. One time I went in side because the door was unlocked and about 4/5 employees were talking to some guy in normal clothes at the counter so I stood behind him, assuming he was a customer ordering. They then told me that they were closed temporarily and I needed to leave and that guy was one of their uncles ???? I lived nearby for over 2 years and occasionally when I'd crave Taco Bell I convince myself that maybe it had improved since the last time... that was never the case. When I arrived and started to pull through the drive thru, 5 of the employees (I think all of them) were in the parking lot smoking and sitting on the curb. There is something seriously wrong with our KFC Taco Bell Every couple of weeks we go back to try to place an order and every time we go they have a reason why they can't accommodate us. Tonight we had three different orders to place. We started to go in to place our to go orders and there was an employee sitting in a truck that yelled at us and told me us we couldn't go in. I asked why because the door was propped open. He said we don't let anyone in to order after 4:00 p.m. He said you have to go through the drive-thru. I pulled up to the sign and told them I had three orders. The guy who is the manager inside said no we only do two orders per vehicle. I said there's no one else here, so just do two vehicles then. He refused. So we worked it out that we would try to somehow condense the orders to two. When we started placing our first order, we ordered chicken and he stopped us and said that he didn't have any chicken because none came on the truck. He was so rude and so mean that we left and went to Wendy's again. Seriously, the management needs fired or the store just needs closed. Past three times I went, total bad experience at this location in hickory flat. First time they put me on hold for a long time before taking my order and there was no cars in front of me. Second time they closed WAY earlier than they should have even though they had 5 cars of employees. Tonight I went and ordered food for my family and noticed once I was home that we were shorted one of the meals. So, I went back and told the worker at the window. oh there's so much i could say about this taco bell. first of all. they're supposed to close at 2:00 am. they always end up closing all their stuff around 12 so there's no point in going to eat there after then. they decide to clean the grills early and claim they're "not working". the credit card machine is always "broken". i get there around 12:30 and they're out of nacho cheese, steak, taco shells, and a lot of other menu items. the credit card reader is down so they're only accepting cash. is there anything they do have for you to order? theres no point in them being open because there's basically nothing you can order on the menu. they're basically just there to get paid for the last two hours. this is about the third time this has happened. all i wanted was a taco rip. read more
