the last time I visited this establishment I was met with a disturbing conversation occurring in the background behind the cashiers. an older man was discussing his very personal life with others very loudly and I was frankly disgusted by his vulgar language. Not to mention, my food was extremely soggy with the overwhelming amount of grease. used to go here with my mom to enjoy a nice dinner but now it's completely ruined by it's improper employees that share their personal life with the customers through their loud language. the ambiance of my childhood restaurant has been completely ruined by the distasteful employees. unfortunately, I'm so disappointed with my experience I refuse to come back. read more

I've now tried both Culver's locations in Cheyenne WY, and I can honestly report that THIS ONE, off Dell Range Blvd. is the best! Totally CLEAN and super comfortable inside, and the staff is very courteous and efficient. Unlike the other location in town, I was in and out with a takeout order in less than 5 minutes. And, the order was completely accurate. As for the food, DO NOT miss your chance to try the fresh Walleye while it's still on the menu. Both the dinner and sandwich portions are generously large and absolutely DELICIOUS! For a fast food place Culver's is okay. Their food is decent. Their burgers are made in the smashed style which isn't ideal and their prices are about 50% higher than Freddy's which serves up similar but slightly better burgers. I don't eat sweets so can't judge that side of the menu. You order at the counter and they bring the food out to you. The speed of getting your food has been consistent. We are at Culver's while passing thru Cheyenne. The food was good, not great. I was disappointed in my chicken sandwich. The chicken was flat and didn't really resemble chicken. I would not order it again. Onion rings were very good. Since we had three young kids we ate outside and the weather was beautiful. We ordered it over the phone and it was ready about 5 min after we arrived. Arion was incredibly good to get everything we needed! We didn't get ice cream. read more

First time today at any Culver's and the first thing that struck me was how friendly the staff was. At least 3 asked if we were ready to order. The food was a great value. I had the butter burger combo with fries and a med soda. The Culver brand root beer was really good. The burger patty is thin but very tasty. The fries were crispy and not over done. Tried the frozen custard for the first time. The difference from ice cream I learned is the egg yolk that is one of the ingredients. It was creamier than regular ice cream. This used to be my favorite Culvers and a must-visit stop whenever I hit Cheyenne, which is becoming pretty often but this last visit has left a tarnish on the shining star of Culvers. The store is clean and staff super friendly, but the food has slipped. I ate at the Culvers in Orem UT the same day and the food quality was night and day different. At the Cheyenne location I ordered the prime rib sandwich and it was OK. Just OK, nothing special. I also had the pot roast sandwich and the bun was super soggy, the meat all watery and stewey. It lacked the blackened gravy goo that makes the signature taste. The sandwich bun was disintegrating and falling apart from the water sog. I've had that sandwich many times befor and from the same location as well. Come'on Culvers, you can and have done better! I'll check you out again this summer and hopefully you'll have regained that 4th star. read more

They were om nom all breaded with a blend of herbs and spices then deep fried. They were unnaturally delicious piled on my ButterBurger. What a treat. I am a Culver's curd nerd now. The service was fast and friendly. Even though Culver's is 'fast food,' the quality is stupendous. Their menu has a wide variety of comfort food and there is even a drive thru. It is a superb place to stop while in Cheyenne. I never knew there were three of these in the broader Denver Metro area. It's good to know. Go for the cheese curds. You'll be glad you did. read more

Ordered 3 concrete mixers, should have ordered a glass of milk with flavoring. It was so watery you didn't need the spoon.

Every burger place will have your usual meals but Culver's is not your typical fast food. They're food is always fresh and awesome and their service is outstanding. They have managed to keep the small town feel but always excel when it comes to customer service. I've never been disappointed when using the drive through as the staff is always friendly and will always check your order to make sure is correct. The lobby is always being looked after and staff are always attentive. Last but not least, their restrooms are always clean. The pride in their in company is always noticeable. Butter burgers, cheese curds, and custard. This place is such a treat, and I am happy another location is opening on Lincolnway. Service takes a little longer, but thats because your meal is made to order rather than preheated and sat in a heated window like fast food chains. He was attentive with everyone who came in and I even saw him help a family with a baby find the best spot to sit. The onion rings were excellent... but that was about it. The homemade root beer was pretty good. The burger was super greasy and bland (couldn't even taste any salt). Ordered a concrete with snickers and Reece's, instead got brownie and Reece's (still tasted ok, just not the correct order). Amazing place - we first found it in Iowa and had delicious beans and the prime rib sandwich. The staff are so amazingly helpful. They have a large number of items and options for order and the staff did a great job walking us through an order for our large family. In the kids meals they gave you a free small custard on your next visit. We ripped off the wrong section of the coupon and they still honored it. The custard is fantastic. The staff is awesome! And the food is delicious. We'll be stopping by every time we drive through. read more

The burger had great char from the grill. The toppings were fresh although my tomato wasn't ripe. The bun was lightly toasted and paired perfectly with the burger. The restaurant was clean and organized. The service was fast, accurate, and above all, friendly. You can tell the employees and management here take great pride in what they do and it shows. Hubby ordered butter burger with bacon n curds, I ordered grilled chicken meal, potato soup.. He had shake with Reece's, me the mango smoothie, He Loved his meal. Me, the grilled sandwich was too pale for my taste n cold. Not close to the nice grilled chicken on their menu poster.. I kinda got a yuckie feelin in my belly cos it's like eating chicken sandwich raw, not done yet for consumption, hoping our drive to next destination won't be rudely interrupted by bathroom stops. The best part about Culver's is their flavor of the day. You get a whole new funky flavor of ice cream every day for around $2. It's amazing. The cheese curds are nothing to shake a finger at either. They always serve them piping hot. Horray for delicious artery clogging deliciousness! I'm also a big fan of Culver's various fish dinners. While more pricey than a plain Butterburger (their signature hamburgers), the fish diners are worth it. The employees have never been anything but kind and attentive. Culver's employees even give dog treats to your furry pals if you go through drive-thru with pup in toe! read more

Culvers is a step above fast food. They keep the seating area clean and bright. One big plus is the way they give back to the community. They allow community and charitable groups to raise money by working there. I don't know the specifics but have noted some group's there - non pressured about their fund raising. I usually order the deluxe burg's or beef pot roast sand's and of course the shakes. It's alway's good. read more

This is one of the best burgers in Cheyenne, although that really doesn't take much. The quality of the food here is always outstanding, the restaurant is actually clean, and believe it or not the people working here are really friendly. Personally I prefer their Cheddar Butter Burger and Cheese Curds, and my wife likes their Chicken Fried Steak meal. Both are always great every time we go here. They are slightly higher than other fast food places, but well worth the money you'll spend there. read more
