We have tried it a few times, taking it only to go. The service I felt was very friendly and seems organized in drive thru. Huge fan of the onion rings. Everything else? Not so much. My friends from my old home state (MI) are obsessed with their buttered buns but I'm just not a fan. Then again, I've had Whataburger so every burger since has basically just not "done it" for me. We tried this place out for the first time about a week ago. Good parking, clean restaurant and friendly folks working here. The burgers and fries were great. The woman answering the drive thru on November 17th at 12:15 pm was one of the rudest people I have ever met. She dropped my change out of the window which was fine but proceeded to ask if I wanted those? And then when being told to pull forward she never told me what side to go to and then she screams out through the window at me. I completely understand being short staffed and everyone being stressed but there was no reason to be that rude to a customer. Food was amazing!! You have to try the cheese curds with a side of marinara. I tried the regular single burger since this is my first visit. I really considered giving it 4 stars due to the fact 3 or 4 of the staff members are goofing off in the booth next to us and throwing paper etc....kind of annoying. :/ Food was great though. We enjoy the food, the restaurant is always very clean, however, the greetings as you walk in, the customer service is excellent! One of the best managed places in town, in our humble opinion. We go to this Culver's quite a bit when in town doing some shopping. I would recommend going in and ordering as they cook the burger made to order so it is hot and fresh. To be able to eat it right when they bring it out is the best! The staff is very friendly. They offer a discount on Mondays I think, to the Military. read more

This was our first time here and we were not terribly thrilled. First, the cashier (Diamond) was border line rude, at the very least she was annoyed by us. It being our first time, I did have questions which she did not know the answers to and was very unpleasant each time I had a question. My husband got the mushroom Swiss which would have been good if anything had come on it, I'm assuming Miss personality forgot to ask because it had nothing, no lettuce, no onion no sauce, nothing & was fairly bland. I had a cheeseburger (double because the cashier wasn't sure how large the patties were. They were small, I suggest a double to make a normal size burger. Mine was lacking seasoning, really even just salt and pepper but was pretty good. We also had the onion rings and cheese curds. The rings were gray, thin and crispy, the curds were just Ok, barely Hot and definitely did not pull apart. We got 2 meals with drinks and it was just over $20, personally I do not think I will ever return. The food was just Ok and the service was not. Visited this fairly new place to Clarksville and had a great experience.....food and people. The Mushroom and Swiss burger was huge and tasty. The double cheeseburger was equally good and onion rings actually had onion in them, with light batter. The mini salted caramel cookie dough concrete (ice cream) was solid, tasty, and smooth as silk...and just enough after the big burger. Service was quick and friendly. We'll be back. read more

Quality of the food and service has gone down a bit since they opened, which is a bummer because we love Culver's. The burgers sometimes look thrown together, and the service in the drive-thru is often just "okay". They've gotten our order wrong a few different times but nothing too bad. I tried the chicken tenders for the first time and the consistency was very soft and rubbery. We've been to other Culver's locations and this one definitely doesn't measure up to other locations in KY and TN. read more

Girl who took our order was polite and friendly. Not the case for the other worker. We had a bigger group and saw a booth that was big, but messy. Asked if we could get it cleaned up. When worker came to clean up table, she was rude. She asked if we wanted the table cleaned, instead of just doing the obvious, which is HER JOB. Then she was talking about how much she hates cleaning up after people, etc. while she slowly cleaned up the area. Thankfully we sat at another booth nearby because she took the length of the time we were in the restaurant eating to clean up. And we weren't fast eaters.
