Waited almost an hour in drive through waiting for 2 concretes. Slowest service I have ever seen.

Hubby and I went to dinner last night. It was a total disappointment! His double butter w/cheese was burnt completely and cold. The fish sandwich that I had was cool and the bun was stale, it broke apart. The table next to us was complaining about their hamburgers being burnt and cold also. This Culver's seems to be going down hill slowly. We usually enjoy the food, but lately it hasn't been very good. Will wait on going back for dinner. read more

i went out with some friends from work, you know cause we were hungry. anyways i told the lady my order and she goes "is that all" is this mind boggling look on her face, it was just unnecessary. then when i took a sip of my drink, it was good, better than Wendy's. my burger was cooked although it was as thin as paper, didn't appreciate paying so much for a thin burger. my friends though it was pretty ok over all, and i never got my ice cream, but other than that, i would consider going there if you enjoy waisting money on thin burgers! read more

My adult, special needs daughter and I decided to visit this ice cream restaurant for a dessert this evening, for the first time for either of us. The location was convenient, parking was plenteous, the building was nicely decorated on the outside and inside, we were not welcomed upon entering or not even by the employee who took our order, we were not given much help at all figuring out what to order as we weren't at all familiar with the menu, the employee could've been friendlier and more patient as ordering food with my daughter is very difficult with her OCD, etc., our order came in 10-12 minutes (too long), our custard dessert was delicious (though too expensive for the small amount given, the dining room was clean & tidy, and there was lots of varied seating inside. read more

I went to this Culver's for lunch, 07/11/2023 got my order taken about 12pm, at 1230 I hadn't gotten my food, they either gave my food to someone else or just didn't make it, when they did give me food, it was not the right burger, no bacon on it, I was just so upset and hungry that I ate it and left, so very disappointed, sorry Culver's you lost another customer read more

NO MASKS! 100% of kitchen employees had NO MASKS. When I mentioned this to the Mgr (Jesse), she replied, "It's too hot back there; I'm not going to make them wear masks." When I reminded her the law required employees to wear masks, she said, "well, this is our store's policy." When Jesse went back in the kitchen/cook area, she removed her mask as well. I advised Jesse I would be completing their online survey, other online reviews, and reporting the location to an appropriate authority. In addition - the staff was backed-up with orders 5 cars in the drive-thru; it took nearly 15 minutes for us to receive our 3 concretes, and they got one order wrong in the time we were there. Our concretes were like soupy milkshakes. Jesse indicated their chocolate ice cream machine wasn't working right...yet she had sold us concretes anyway. I asked for, and received, a full refund before we left and went to BR 31 flavors for delicious shakes. All of the above is unacceptable. read more

I am a fan of culver's, more for the custard than the food. The food is solid, nothing crazy good. I do like the fries better than most. The burgers are the decent enough. I feel like its faster to go through the drive-thru for food than inside. Sometimes the inside speed feels glacial.ll I love the turtle sundae. Its is strong competition for Freddy's. read more

It's a older facility, but our food was still good! I had the soup for the 1st time. It was good. The employee are super nice ans attentive! We even received free samples. For the price Culver's falls flat. This place sells for a bit more than McDonald's, but the food is a bit worse. I got a Sourdough Double with onion rings and a vanilla shake. Have you ever looked at a stick of butter and wondered what it would taste like if you just took a huge bite? If so, you know that taste you imagine after chomping on that stick in your subconcious? Well that taste is real. It's almost a guarantee that you will feel fat after having a combo here. The milkshake was very meh. I doubt they use actual ice cream for their shakes. Vanilla bean specks are usually an indicator for a good vanilla shake. No specks here. Tres mal temps. read more

Bit of a drive for me to get to a Culver's, but when I needed salmon from Whole Foods I took the opportunity to get a double butter burger and fries. The Butterburger was every bit as good as I remembered. It came out fast and not only did the gal who delivered it to my table have a smile, so did everyone else wearing a Culver uniform. Fries were the "crinkle" style, not my first choice, but well prepared for that style. Next time I'll get the onion rings, the ones that passed by my table looked pretty good. The food here is great- my favorite is their chicken tenders which are hand breaded and really tasty. I like the fries (and you can order them extra crispy!) We have had some problems with ordering at the drive through- our order has often (three times!) been incorrect and we've had to go back and get it corrected. One time I had a coupon for a free dish of their flavor of the day and it was the smallest amount of ice cream/custard I've seen, and I've been a regular of Culver's for years back in Illinois. I'm just not sure how the service is at this location and it's disappointing. But the food is still tasty and sometimes it is exactly what I am craving. read more

This chain restaurant features fresh food including their ButterBurgers & Frozen Custard. Our dinner experience here was good. Service was quick and friendly. Their menu is diner-like, featuring hamburgers, prime rib sandwiches, chicken sandwiches, fish, pot roast, fries, etc. I ordered the Pork Tenderloin sandwich with mustard and pickles and a side of onion rings. The rings were lightly battered and cooked perfectly. The pork tenderloin was larger than the bun but was slightly tough to the bite. For dessert I tried their Concrete Mixer with peanut butter cups and Twix bars. It was good. read more

Ambiance: Fast food chain with drive-thru. Enough said. Food: Better than most other fast food joints, but that is hardly a compliment. You will pay more here, but for the prices they charge, I'd rather have a sit down meal in a regular restaurant. Their butter burgers are moist, and better than McDonald's. Burger King, etc, but clearly I have had better burgers. The novelty of their frozen custard has worn off on me, and now it is nothing special. Their fried fish selections, though better than Long John Silvers or Captain D's, is still uninspired heavily-battered fish pieces, ala Gorton's or Mrs. Paul's. I visited this location at approximately 8:30 on 21 August. Two guys were at the front on their phones. I stood at the counter when the manager told them that they had a customer. One of them turned around and said "Do you want me to help him?" I could not make that up! She said yes, of course! I placed my order and he told me that they couldn't make part of my order, and I said what do you mean? Ge said oh, I was just joking! I told the manager that she needed to mentor him. She agreed. I was looking on my phone how to fill out a survey at Culvers.com. The site requires an order number on the reciept that the Culver's on North Academy doesn't provide. Then, he brought my order and smirked during an apology. So, there's no way for corporate Culver's to know what's going on at the North Academy store, because the omit the information needed to fill out a survey. read more

Culvers makes a great burger but let me explain why the 2 star review. When your hungry for a burger, you look forward to having that burger made to order to your liking, correct? Well some of like everything on it like the regular condiments; lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions. Some of us opt to cut the onions or cut the tomatoes, etc. Well, when Culvers asked me what I would like on my burger, I indicated lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onion. Their response was "we charge .25 cents for tomatoes." :) I thought they were joking. No they were not. He repeated himself. I asked laughing, "are you serious?" He shook his head and said "yes man, we charge for tomatoes on the burger." I laughed and walked out. I know it's only. 25 cents, but who in CO charges for tomatoes on a freakin burger!!! :) Had to post it!! read more

4 stars because this place has A1 sauce packets. Service is super upbeat too. Their fries and shakes are excellent. My burger was ok... still excited about the A1 sauce in the packets! Surprise! And a very pleasant one at that. It was a quarter to 8 at night, and I was getting ready to hit I-25 for my drive back to Denver. My stomach was beginning to growl, and I saw Culver's sitting there along N Academy Blvd (hope I'm posting this under the right location!!!). I saw something rare on their drive-thru menu: fried chicken. Okay. Why not! So, I ordered it (2 pieces) with a side of onion rings ($1 extra for the "premium" side). The drink (iced tea) was included. Total damages were under $8.00. I drove the few blocks to Woodman Rd, hung a right for the freeway, climbed the on ramp a few blocks away, and settled into my lane for the 50 minute drive home. That's when I opened the styrofoam container. The aroma was so great, it almost sent me to heaven. Then, I took my first bite of an onion ring. Delicious. It was crisp, full of flavor, and not overly salted. The chicken was the same, though it was a bit on the dry side (I ended up with a back and wing; I prefer dark meat) but the flavors and crunch were just right. Might I suggest you go about 30 seconds less in the fryer to make it juicier. But, the spices were just right. Even the iced tea was remarkable, nice and clean without a bite, and yet a full flavor. Wish I knew what they used, cause that's what I'd drink and home. I have one thing to ask of the Culver's people, now that I've enjoyed their chicken dinner. We love Culver's! And we spent years living within less than 15 minute of multiple locations. Not we are a solid 45+ minutes away from the closest Culver's so they are a special treat. The food is not gourmet but they make a truly enjoyable burger and know whats up with cheese curds! More often then not their flavor of the day is delicious {the not part of that is my not liking peanut butter...a lot of their flavor of the days involve peanut butter!}. Plus, you can get the kids chicken tenders meal with fries for cheap...along with a free single scoop of the flavor of the day! Double win! read more

Went to this Culver's for lunch today and ordered the North Atlantic Cod dinner with two pieces of Cod, mash, coleslaw, a small drink and no bun. The red headed cashier messed it up and ordered 1 piece of Cod and gave me a bun; when my order came I asked about the other piece of fish. They said I had to pay for it, which I agreed, BUT they wanted to charge me $4,85 for it and it was with 10% discount..... LOL. I ate why they gave me. Worst customer service ever... read more

A worker came out at 9:59 and asked half the drivethru line to leave and that they wouldnt be served. There were only 2 cars in line that got served. Having worked at many businesses this is not how you treat paying customers. If you notice you need the line closed and you have people coming close it off but never turn down a customer while you serve another in front of them. read more
