My husband was at the Q with 4 others ppl,the counter there were no staff taking order. After waiting n saw more ppl coming in n joined the Q so we decided to ask a lady nearby us,she wore a beige baseball cap.my husband just asked is there a person can take our order,she answered us"we r very busy" ! She did not turn herself to talk to us n I felt that she is very rude in answering the customer ,there is no eyes contact n her body language was very bad. After the order we went to the drinks section,the catchup container was empty, then the salt n pepper containers were empty that we have to take from another table. My Baby Sister and I visited the location in Conroe. I had been to The Woodlands location years ago and wanted her to try it. We had the Wisconsin Cheese Curds. They were the bomb. I stopped here for lunch while out shopping with my daughter. Excellent place for burgers, chicken and fish sandwiches. Homestyle dinners are even available. Most basket meals are under $10. The cashier was super nice. This store was super clean even though it was fairly busy due to the lunch hour and a huge bus of guests had just left. The bathroom wasn't that great. While fairly clean, it appears that there is a leak with one toilet. (My daughter stated that it was also leaking the last time she was here). I tried the crispy chicken sandwich and got the cheese sauce for my fries. You order at the counter and they give you a number. You get your own fountain drink but they deliver your food to the table for you. Our food came and was super hot and fresh. My chicken sandwich was pretty good. It was very crispy and juicy. My granddaughter had the chicken strips and they were real tenderloin chicken pieces. Culver's is known for using farm fresh ingredients which is important to me. If you like rootbeer, be sure to try the rootbeer here as Culver's brews their own. read more

DO NOT GO HERE WITHIN THE HOUR BEFORE THEY CLOSE! My family really loves Carter's but twice now my husband has went around 9:30 and they have messed up our order. Both times my sandwich was so burnt I could smell it before I even opened the wrapper. Tonight they mixed up our burgers. My husband was left with a skimpy single while I had a very dry double as they forgot the Mayo on my sandwich. Not to mention they forgot my cheese sauce as well as the fries being cold! So I had the pleasure of visiting this establishment today. It was clean, service was friendly. I ordered a Chicken burger combo. It came hot, my fries were crispy and the wait time wasn't long at all. I got a side of cheese and even that was delicious. But what made me the most happiest was when they got my fries, they didn't palm them with their dirty gloves they actually used a utensil to grab my fries and put them in my bag halllllleluuujjjjahhh or however you spell it lol. I'm sorry to say this but we had a terrible experience. The tables were dirty so we had to clean our own. All of our burgers we're burned, the chicken strips we're overdone, my order side was wrong and the mashed potatoes were dry as sand. The only reason I'm not rating this a one is because they replaced our food when we complained. I think this is the last straw for our family. We will never order food at Culver's again. Maybe we will get custard in the future but even then we can go to Freddy's. The Woodlands location sucks and now so does this location. It's a real shame. read more

My husband and I loved to frequent the Culver's in The Woodlands pretty regularly up until it closed. We excitedly decided to drop by this one since we were gonna drive by the area for once. Definitely different service and quality at this location. Service: everyone seemed to have an attitude. Food: the curds were mediocre at best. They were a bit OVER-fried. The burger meat was quite charred and poorly seasoned. The frozen custard was great though. No issues there. I would be willing to drop by again for the frozen custard whenever we are in the area again. read more

I really like how this place has a variety of choices and combinations. The burgers were really good and the buns were so soft and buttery! I have to say I love Culver's. Not only because I am a Wisconsin transplant down here, but because of the consistency of the food. I can visit a Culver's in Wisconsin and it taste just the same as this one. The food is always hot and fresh, which is what they are known for. The cheese curds are amazing and still have some squeak to them (that means they are fresh). The staff is always very kind and accommodating. I love Culver's. Their butter burgers are fresh, their fries are crinkle cut and perfectly crisp, their chicken tenders are uniquely battered and fried to golden deliciousness, and their frozen custard is the best there is. They don't just have the standard fast food fare either. You can get pot roast, mashed potatoes and green beans or fried shrimp and cole slaw. They even have a family size fry for a couple bucks more and feeds my family of four. They have a custard of the day unique to their normal custard menu, but my go to is chocolate custard with marshmallow cream. The receipt that comes when they deliver your meal has a two minute survey on it and once completed bring the receipt back to the restaurant for a free custard. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because their restroom was dirty. read more

We always stop at this Culver's when we vacation in Galveston. We stop on the way to or from. They are always super nice and the food is fantastic! But TODAY, the really treated me extra special. I asked for a bacon burger with no bun since I'm watching my carb intake, and they were more than happy to accommodate my request!! I didn't see the aura of this spot before my first visit or after but my daughter LOVES it. She and her siblings go Butterburger while the wife enjoys the North Atlantic Cod. The burgers were definitely bigger and better than Mickey D's, Wendy's, NO, etc. The cod? Not I says the blogger. The custard/ice cream is the highlight play for them all. I have been here many times. Yesterday was the first visit with everything in the poor category. Service was terrible. Had to repeat the simple order 3 times. She was rude and didn't seem to be listening. At the window rushed and attitude again. Then had to go to wait area. Someone with braids brought the order, didn't even acknowledge me. The order once got home order was cold, milk shakes spilled with the stupid open lids. The hamburger meat was burned to a crisp. Very dissatisfied with this visit. I've eaten here twice. The first time I got fish. The outside was burnt and the inside was uncooked. The second time I got a banana split. The ice cream was fine, but the banana was not edible, meaning I couldn't even get a sharp knife through it, and it wasn't frozen. It was warm.
