This Culver's was a really nice stop. Very clean and fast service. Burgers were really good and fries were piping hot! A big shout out to Noah who took our order. He was excellent (10 stars) as we changed our order and added a lot of extras. He had very good product knowledge and didn't steer us wrong! Our order was made perfectly. Service is fast and efficient. Fries, onion rings and cheese curds are all great burgers are thin but very tasty. The only problem is that the buns are soggy. Supposedly they butter the buns and then fry them. I wish they would skip that part and just use the buns as is Highlight of the meal are the shakes. Thick and full of flavor. I've been a fan of Culver's for years. The food is always fresh and always good. The service is always amazing with very polite people. This location in Eau Claire Wisconsin is the exception. I would NOT recommend this one. The young man at the drive through was rude. When we got back to our hotel the burgers looked like something from old school Burger King or McDonald's and were completely smooshed. Almost intentionally it seemed. read more

This is the fastest Culver's in the world, even when the line is crazy long. All of the employees should make like $30/hour.

So we just arrived in Wisconsin and were super eager to try all of the delicacies this state has to offer. We knew we HAD to try a butter burger AND frozen custard. On our way to Eau Claire, we stopped at Culver's to try both! It was the perfect place for us! It's fast food with a pretty large menu. You order at the counter and then they bring it to your table, which is nice. you know it's fresh. Three of us shared just a butter cheeseburger and a frozen vanilla custard with PB cups on top. We all just wanted a snack. It came out after a short wait, fresh, hot and delicious ( the burger that is). The frozen custard was generously topped with PB cups and was so rich and creamy. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. Apparently there are many locations in Wisconsin and would definitely recommend for a quick fix of these decadent morsels. read more

I'm from Cali & I am very glad I tried this place before leaving WI! It's delicious!! As good as In N Out. Will def come again next time I'm in the state again. Burnt bacon but it was unnoticeable once you eat it. Moist and delicious meat/bun. Dripping juices. How drive thru works: order and pay. Then pull forward and wait with all the other cars. They give you a number to out on the window. When the food is done they will bring it to your window. read more

Pictures posted here on Yelp. West side of Eau Claire location 11/28/15. My son's burger was served nearly icy & raw and they would not give a refund for it. We bought food for 4 people. We only asked to be refunded $2.79 for the inedible burger and we were refused. They offered a new burger but after the bad experience it was unwanted. The best they would do for us was free kids meal certificate. Too bad, we have previously had good experiences here and we realize mistakes happen but I feel a refund for raw food was a reasonable request. So 1 star for how they handle their mistakes. read more

DONT GO HERE IF YOURE PASSING BY EAU CLAIRE ON I94. The highway advertises Culver's like its right near the exit but it's like a 5 mile maze away. When I finally found it, I wished I hadn't. The customer service was very poor. No one made eye contact or welcomed me, asked for my order, told me "enjoy!" or anything such. It took 12 minutes for a simple chicken strip order at 345pm with no one else around and then they weren't even hot. By far the worst Culver's experience I've ever had. I'm a wiscosninite and I'm a huge fan of Culver's-best fast food ever but this place was advertised as being right off the high way, but is more than a few miles off. When we finally got to the place it was about 8 o clock after dinner rush and our food (to go) took more than ten minutes- not fast food when there's no one there. Also they didn't give us ketchup for our to go fries. Sad. read more

I took my son for dinner at Culver's and ordered two chicken sandwiches my son requested no pickles he is allergic to pickles and he couldn't eat it so we asked for a replacement because they gave him pickles the server said we could keep the sandwich and the person that brought out the replacement rudely took the other sandwich through the fries by the new sandwich then lectured us so the mistake wouldn't happen again! read more

Great service (for fast food at least lol), GREAT food (I'm vegetarian and they had many options for me), and a great staff. Everyone who works there is very nice :) The grilled cheese sandwiches are amazing, I highly recommend it with a chocolate and brownie concrete mixer and some fries. Yum! Great food, great custard, great service. A butterburger with crinkle fries and a chocolate malt is the perfect summer meal on the run. For a healthier option, try the grilled chicken sandwich or one of their large salads. You really can't go wrong with anything at Culver's. read more

Usually a decent experience. Last one, not so much. Cheeseburger w/works and strips for the kid. The burger was missing the works and the strips were large nuggets at best. I called them and got the "Popcopy" experience. "Manager, ah hold on, I am the manager." Same guy. He told me "if the chicken were small they would send 3.
