The burger was juicy and cooked well, and the fresh toppings added a nice crunch. The fries were golden and crisp. This was a great classic combo. That's when the owner stepped in (My family and I have had many pleasant convos with him before at the old location), turned red, bunched up his face, and legit yelled at me "What do you expect? Do you want your fries to be cold or do you want them fresh?" (I was taken aback, and responded "I expect my order to be ready at the time indicated"). He told me I could go elsewhere. I get it. I was receiving consistently poor service and was upset when I asked the cashier about timing, so he stepped in to defend his worker. While she was mostly pleasant, after 45 minutes we had to flag her down to ask where our appetizer was and she apologized before bringing it out 10 minutes or so later. We had placed our dinner order at the same time, and that came out shortly after the appetizer for 3 of the 4 of us.
