Spicy chicken sandwich and crinkle fries
    Bryan M.

It was ok. Not the best but not the worst. I got the spicy chicken sandwich and crinkle fries. The sandwich had a good spice to it but not much other flavor. There was mayonnaise on it which smelled fishy, though I'm sure that's just because they sell a lot of fish. The fries were lightly salted but again, lacked flavor.

    Order of onion rings. $3.69

My son wanted me to grab him dinner. I downloaded the Culver's app for the first time. It was actually pretty user-friendly, though it told me I earned a 25% discount for getting the app, but it wouldn't accept the code...so full price. The bigger issue was I received a text to let them know I was there by texting HERE. I did just that. I was texted back that they would bring it right out to my car...even asked make/model/color. I sat for 25 minutes, watching countless other orders get delivered. I finally went inside, and my order was sitting on their shelf...cold and melty. I was frustrated and spoke with someone, who offered to remake it, but 40 minutes after placing the order, I wasn't interested in starting all over again. I finally got home, and had the reheat and refreeze everything...$30 basically down the drain. To top it off, this was my sad order of onion rings...$3.69! That's $.50/cold ring. Sadly, I will not be back.

    Limited time only.....

So many restaurants have added fish and other seafood dishes to the menu for lent. Culver's took it up a notch by adding two. Customers have a choice of their delicious cod or the walleye which is only for a limited time. Cooked to order, lightly breaded white fish. Restaurant is always clean and the cashiers are always friendly.

    Terrible customer service

Went thru drive thru the total was almost $52 So when we finally received the food half of The items were missing so I had to give them Another $20 the manager had facial features But has the name tag alexus on I'm not Sure what that was about so out of the $20 I got back 7.09 I should have gotten the items Left off the items ordered for free but this Is Chicago th hey properly do things different

    That's what I wanted.

They have yet to get my part of the order right. Other people have gotten food for me from this Culver's. There's not much I will eat from this place. 1st time - ordered an icecream that with chocolate in it, received vanilla. 2nd time - ordered a veggie burger with cheddar, no mayo; received a plain veggie burger. 3rd time - ordered a veggie burger with the toppings I wanted. I see it on the receipt exactly as I requested, bia text to the person who ordered it for me. It was was paid for; it wasn't put in the bag. WTF! Yet again, everyone else's order was fine, and I didn't get a thing. I will NEVER order from Culver's again!

Second time I received a cup of cheese that was less than half full
    Alisha M.

Their serving of cheese is a joke. This is the second time I visited this location, paid $1 for a cup of cheese, and received a cup that's less than half full. I'm disappointed in myself from not learning from my mistake. During my most recent visit, I should've checked the cheese cup before I drove off. I love Culver's, and this location is close to my home. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. I'd rather make the trek to 92rd & Harlem. The last time I visited that location, they actually gave me 2 FULL cups of cheese when I only ordered one. Disappointed.

Delicious cod sandwiches! I wonder why just the chicken nibblers (?) seem to be advertised. All fare is great though.

I think they mix a lot of ingredients so much that you can't taste the actual burger. A bit too much. It tastes like a burger you would make at home. Still good, don't get me wrong. The fries are good and the onion rings are top notch!!! I would actually go here for onion rings. I would like to go back to try other things on the menu.

We were craving authentic diner food and tired of preformed burgers and seriously processed meats…read moreso we tried Top Notch Beef Burgers on the recommendation of a friend. She ordered a Corned Beef Sandwich on rye bread served cold, with jalapeño jack cheese on the side and mustard. The corned beef was flavorful and tender, and the cold preparation worked perfectly. Simple but satisfying, although they put the cheese on the sandwich. The ¼ lb Beef Burger Deluxe came with fries, raw onion, lettuce, tomato, and pickles--upon request no mayo--on a regular, non-toasted bun, as requested. The burger was juicy and cooked well, and the fresh toppings added a nice crunch. The fries were golden and crisp. This was a great classic combo. For drinks, we tried three large 24oz milkshakes--banana, Oreo, and vanilla. Each was thick, creamy, and rich in flavor. The banana stood out for me! Overall, it lived up to its name--Too Notch burgers--good quality food, generous portions, and great flavor across the board.

First time I came in got southwestern chicken soup. Spicy without being overwhelmingly hot. Lot better than progreessos version of the soup. And a grilled cheese that came with fries. Grilled cheese is an outstanding sandwich one that I don't eat as much since I'm not a kid anymore but it felt all warm, gooey brought back childhood memories. Second time I came got jerk chicken salad. Flavorful, zesty. The jerk chicken didn't have the taste from like an actual jerk place but I liked it. I got the Maplewood fat pug for a beverage. It also looks like they sell beer to go.

Service from Nick (owner) was TERRIBLE…read more I was a long-time (20+ yr), loyal customer up til I was yelled at by Nick because I spoke up about consistently receiving orders much later than promised via online orders. I had placed many online orders for pick-up on my 30min lunch break, to ensure I had proper time to drive to, pick up my food, and quickly drive back from the restaurant. After a few pick-ups took around 20mins after promised time, I was pretty upset. I was told they only start making food once the person is there to pick it up, so I asked what's the point of placing an order online and receiving a pick-up time, when the food only starts to get made once you're at the restaurant to pick up? That's when the owner stepped in (My family and I have had many pleasant convos with him before at the old location), turned red, bunched up his face, and legit yelled at me "What do you expect? Do you want your fries to be cold or do you want them fresh?" (I was taken aback, and responded "I expect my order to be ready at the time indicated"). He told me I could go elsewhere. I get it. I was receiving consistently poor service and was upset when I asked the cashier about timing, so he stepped in to defend his worker. What I don't get is how you can tell a customer to go somewhere else when they're expecting their food at the time promised (or at least within 5 mins...I'm not THAT picky). Perhaps my expectations are too high?

He didn't treat the other people like this at all, he catered to them and was pleasant. I believe that something was wrong with my drink and I don't trust this place, I have never been to a bar and got this sick before and the bartender gets angry that I point out that something is wrong. I will go to the hospital if I feel any worse. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE The drink was $12, the kind of treatment is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE! EDIT: immediately after posting my review I received a direct message , saying that im only here to get a free drink and they see people like me all of the time (hmmm I wonder what that means) When I was actually looking for a bar to frequent and have a good time. I actually told my server that I was there for several drinks tonight. However, after my interaction and the message I received I am now POSITIVE that the bartender is racist and had someone message me to attack me.

We came in and waited to be greeted by the hostess. Maybe 10 minutes passed and 2-3 other groups also came in before we saw the hostess and she had the sourest attitude I've seen that wasn't a snotty teenager arguing with their mom. The tables were so close together and booths tight that multiple groups had to adjust chairs or add chairs to a booth to be able to fit their group of 4 comfortably. Tables were left dirty & covered with dishes - two tables we're left uncleared for the entire 2+ hours we were there until the hostess with the horrific attitude cleared one glass at a time with a truly horrible look on her face. At one point when the hostess was walking back to the front from the kitchen, a young child (maybe 3-4) was politely walking to her table and the hostess said something to the effect of "get out of my way" - to a toddler, behaving perfectly reasonably and the hostess wasn't even carrying anything that might topple over. Our waitress was not much better than the hostess. While she was mostly pleasant, after 45 minutes we had to flag her down to ask where our appetizer was and she apologized before bringing it out 10 minutes or so later. It wasn't so busy that the kitchen was behind - I think she just forgot to put the order in or the kitchen forgot to fire it. We had placed our dinner order at the same time, and that came out shortly after the appetizer for 3 of the 4 of us. The 4th member of the party had to wait 10 minutes or so for her chicken wrap to come out. Flagging down our waitress for the check was also a challenge. She would disappear for long stretches of time. Service was truly appalling and we were there for over 2.5 hours for what we had expected would be a quick and delicious dinner. I won't go back.
