I will attach photos of what it is supposed to look like, and what I received. I did come in 30 minutes before close, and I felt like the employee must have been done trying for the day and decided to just make the "sandwich" however they felt like it. It was clear they were blatantly disregarding this order which is u fortunate because I also paid extra for this order to have the gluten free bread and didn't even end up eating it. I was having a rough night and this was supposed to be my 'pick me up'. Very disappointed because I usually have no issues with my order or the service, which is why I would come frequently.

When I arrived, the eastbound right lane of 28th Street was backed up at least a couple of blocks with stopped cars waiting their turn to enter the drive thru. I'm not a drive thru person so I luckily found a parking space and saw a few empty tables inside. I ordered the usual chicken tenders and instead of fries, I tried dirty rice as a side item. The chicken was very lightly battered and very, very tasty. There are a variety of sauces you can order. I stuck with the basic honey mustard. It was good as well. Next time, the peach honey pepper will be my choice. As excellent as the chicken was, I was blown away by the biscuit that comes with the tenders. Light and fluffy, I'll take this over a bun or Texas toast any day. I wasn't real impressed by the dirty rice so will likely go with fries next time. You can order directly at the counter or use one of the terminals to the right of the counter. Even though there was some available seating, the restaurant was packed with people picking up carry out orders. It was definitely a well controlled chaos. My order was ready less than five minutes after ordering. As far as I know, Bojangles has been open less than a week. It looks like they hired and trained a good staff. I'm a sucker for breakfast chicken biscuits. I'm sure I will have one here quite soon! BONUS: it was pretty busy when I ate here and when I took my coat off, my wedding band must have come off as well. When I realized it was missing, I recounted where I had gone and called Bojangles asking them if by chance they found a ring. Sure enough, a staff member saw it in the floor and had it secured in the office. Very grateful for that.

This place has been so very busy every day from opening to closing and the employees were all friendly. I love that they serve breakfast until 2pm! I had the Bo's Chicken Biscuit combo. The biscuit is soft and delicious, the chicken had a nice kick to it and it's REAL chicken. The Bo Rounds are amazing hash browns with a bit of onion flavor. The Bo sauce has a bit of more radish flavor and the Peach Honey Pepper sauce was sweet with a little kick. I really liked dipping my Bo Rounds in it. For those of you complaining that they don't have bone-in chicken, there's a Popeyes like 1/4 of a mile away. Get over it. I will definitely be back to try other menu items.

I should've asked for silverware, but didn't. Next time I'd ask for it pie cut instead. The flavor was really good though. It was a bit pricey for what it was - it was a 12" pizza, and each topping an additional $3. $21 just seems high to me for a thin crust pepperoni mushroom pizza. I had draft beer and my cousin had a mixed drink. She had no complaints about hers, and mine was quite good! So many places draft beer tastes a little soapy, whether it's the way the clean their lines or how they wash their glasses, but I didn't taste any of that here. There aren't many choices on draft but was a good variety. They also have a full bar and lots of canned beverage choices. They don't have the healthiest menu, but that's not surprising since they're known for Chicago hot dogs, Italian beef, and pizza. If you know what you're going for it's perfect! The vibe is good. The space is pretty open, gets a decent amount of light, is clean, and there is parking! The restrooms are tiny, but clean, and I appreciate that after you wash your hands the door opens out so you don't have to touch a handle. We went on a Monday after work, which does turn into karaoke night, but we had time for a couple drinks and food before that really got going. It also wasn't crazy in there and we could still carry on a conversation at the bar without having to yell. I'm glad I finally made it in, and fully appreciate having them in the North Monroe area.
