I would say this experience was very MID. The food was perfectly acceptable and the dining room looked like it needed to be wiped down, just standard Culver's... but I had been trying to place an order online and redeem a discount, I tried to show the staff the issue I was having, and they were not helpful in the slightest. I had a discount code they were unable to redeem which resulted in me paying full price. This was irksome, seeing as I had only chosen to go there due to the coupon I had. The cashier looked to be around 15 and acted like it throughout the whole transaction. He was nice, but not helpful with my problem. I ended up giving up on the discount when it was evident they were unwilling to help me resolve the issue. Should've gone somewhere else. I would say if you're in the mood for Culver's you'd be fine to go to this one, just hope you don't have any technical difficulties. read more

We stopped by late on a Sunday night on our drive from Green Bay to Milwaukee, we were so glad this location was open until 11pm. Also, it was cool that their dining room/indoor ordering was available until 11pm and not just the drive through. When we walked in there was a line of people that the staff were helping pretty quickly. When I got up to the counter I had my order ready and the person who helped me was friendly and efficient. My friends and I sat down at a table with our numbers and chatted while we waited on their food. They received theirs pretty quickly (butter burgers and fries/onions rings). I realized I made a mistake ordering less popular items from the menu (it was only my third time here and I wanted to explore what they had to offer). Maybe five minutes after my friends received their orders I received my spicy chicken sandwich and the person who delivers it takes away my number as they say "enjoy". I realize that there is only a chicken sandwich on my tray and with no sides and secretly hope they'll be coming back with my sides- no luck. Eventually my friend goes up to the counter for me (she's finished her food at this point) with my receipt to let them know we didn't receive the mashed potatoes or cheese curds I ordered. Luckily they were sitting in the window ready, but it seems like they were definitely overlooked. On our way out we used the restroom and they were in rough shape, the stall I went into had a puddle of water around it. I was almost afraid it would leak if I used it. I'm not sure how the water got everywhere in the first place. We were thankful for some tasty food and a bathroom break before our 1.5 hour drive back to Milwaukee. read more

Ya know, you can never go wrong with Culver's. Definitely a top 3 fast food restaurant. But this location can sometimes be ehhhh. This isn't the first time I've had a negative experience here. Today when I was here with 6 of my mom friends (mom's night out LOL), we all got our food pretty quickly. Besides Sharron. All Sharron got was onion rings and a scoop of ice cream (the same thing I got! And mine came within 3 minutes). Poor Sharron had to watch me enjoy my onion rings as she waited 6 decades for hers. The second issue was that Kelly's flavor of the day (mint avalanche or something), had like no toppings in it. I felt bad for her because mint is kells favorite. I had to give her some extra Oreos from mine. On the other hand though, carols chicken tenders were awesome! She loved them, which is good because Saturdays her birthday! Will I keep coming to this Culver's location though every Wednesday evening while the kids are at soccer practice? Absolutely. But Culver's please get it together! read more

My son wanted a slice of tomato on the Butterburger in his kid's meal... the single slice of tomato was half a dollar!!! Fifty cents for a slice of tomato! Ridiculous. A kid's meal should not cost more than eight dollars, as it did today!!! The service was poor, too. I exchanged a receipt from prior visit, complete with survey code, for a gratis scoop of custard. The young lady behind the counter tried to charge me for it. Then, when my order arrived table-side, some other employee had ripped the free scoop token from my son's kid's meal bag! The staff is not as friendly as at other Culver's locations. This is a direct result of the owner's poor leadership and hands-off attitude. This restaurant was an absolute mess, vanilla custard was all over the floor and employees were literally stepping over it and didn't care. We waited over 30 minutes for ice cream so we just ending up leaving. The manager just didn't seem to care. Tons of other customers ahead of us had nothing but complaints as we were standing there. **UPDATE: Owner operator Angie Kelly contacted me to let me know she stands behind this behavior and since I don't like it, I'm no longer welcome (not that I planned to return anyway). If I could give zero stars, I would! Management is the absolute worst and they've trained their employees to do the same! I've been dealing with health issues and just wanted a nice after lunch Mother's Day treat with my family. The group I was with, everyone received their order, except my son and I, even those that ordered after. It had been about a half hour and everyone was finished and we still never received anything. Tried going to the counter and I was completely ignored. Once I was able to get the attention of one of the kids behind the counter I asked for a refund. He tried to be kind and apologize and offer to make it real quick but I said no, I had somewhere to be. So he got his manager Jessica who was absolutely rude!! Of course I'm frustrated and mad, I paid for something I never received. She sarcastically apologized while rolling her eyes, my family could see from across the restaurant the look of annoyance in her face. I said how it was absolutely ridiculous, which it was! All we ordered was two ice creams. Then as she whipped my money at me and I'm picking it up off the counter, she says in the most snotty, rude, condescending way "could be worse, you could be working for 10 hours".... First of all, I didn't make her work there. Second, as the manager, you call that work? You're not even doing your job if people aren't receiving their orders. If you were working, you'd be doing your job which is making sure that place runs flawlessly. It means making sure your crew is doing their jobs. Not hanging out with the cooks where they make the hot food just bs-ing and hiding in back! Sure a manager will help out where needed but what I saw was not working. Then after I leave to be standing behind the front counter where all the customers can see and hear you with all of your employees making fun of me because I asked for your name and customer service info. I know that because one of my family members walked up on them and told them how unprofessional they are. Jessica at the very least needs to be demoted. From what I hear from others, their entire management team needs to be replaced. I don't go out to eat often at all because of my health issues I've been in and out of the hospital for, but I most certainly will never return to this location, or probably any Culver's! Jessica even called a friend to come, probably to harass me so Jessica didn't get in trouble at work, but because I had already left, Jessica's friend started harassing my mom and sister in the parking lot, lurking up on my sister's car, parking behind her and screaming negative things out the window at them and then just took off! Real trashy behavior! Apparently real customer service doesn't exist anymore! If I could no stars I would, what a horrible experience. The service here is a joke, 35 minutes in the drive through and then double charged. We have coupons for two deluxe baskets, which my husband told them when he ordered, he was told to pull up and they would adjust the charge at the window. Instead of a soda he ordered a shake for one of the dinners so we knew there would be an up charge. When he got to the window they charged him $28.09, he questioned it and gave them the coupons and they said they would fix it and had him pull ahead (at this point they had the coupons and cash). The two people at the window trying to figure it out were speaking Spanish so he had no clue what they were talking about, he pulled a head as directed. When they brought our food out, there was no refund or our coupons back. He asked about it and the person that brought the food out said he would check, again the people supposedly trying to help didn't seem to know what was going on and said they didn't have the coupons, since he had already been there 45 minutes he gave up and came home. I have been trying to call and realize the situation for an hour and they don't answer the phone, what a horrible way to do business. This was our first time trying Culver's and loved it. Stopped by after a Packers game and the place was swamped with packers fans. The staff did a great job of accommodating all of us. Service was fairly quick the lines inside and the drive through. Food was delicious. The burger was good but the star was the spicy chicken sandwich. We're only here for two more days and we're definitely getting Culver's before we head to the airport. read more

I came through the drive thru at 10:49pm. I know it was 11 minutes before the kitchen closed but still. On Apple Maps it says they're open till 11pm. I was starving and there was no other place open when I got done with work. I also saw an ad for a butter burger and was really craving one. I pulled up to the order screen and a message popped up saying they were closed. I then called the store and got no answer. When I was pulling out of the drive thru I saw two girls just standing there talking by the window. Very disappointed and probably wont come back to this location. read more

Visiting from Phoenix, AZ. Pulled into the drive thru at 9:58pm this evening. Several cars in line and drive thru lights lit. Sitting there for a couple of min. Drive through lights go off, then a worker (manager?) appears from door closest to the drive through ordering signs. She approached our vehicle & said that they were closed. She said that the car in front of us was the car that they chose as the last customer of the evening. THERE WERE NO CARS BEHIND US!!! We were the last vehicle in line. She turned us away and we were in line BEFORE closing time. It's truly a shame that she would not serve one more customer. I truly enjoy Culver's food and custards. I will NOT go to THIS store again. I was visiting from California, and my friend who lives in Wisconsin recommended me to come here. Whether it is a quick snack after a baseball game or like tonight we are here to eat AND get a treat to help support our local school they never disappoint. Stopped for a quick dessert yesterday. One sundae was totally missing the second topping we requested. So disappointed. Our two scoop sundae was all custard with very little of the sauces I craved. I think this is my favorite Culver's. Staff is so friendly, helpful, competent. Burgers and fries are consistently well made and delicious. My latest favorite burger to order is the Wisconsin Swiss melt - love the grilled onions. Don't usually get custard when I've gotten a burger (too full) but had to try the dark chocolate decadence. It lived up to its name - very rich, creamy, dark chocolate flavor. One of few flavors that doesn't have chunks of anything in it. read more

Short story: after we paid for our drive thru order, we had to wait half an hour, never got our food, and had to ask for a refund. Long, long, long story: how much time do you have? We went to the drive thru. They asked us to pull forward with number 185 for our food which was two hamburgers and fries. We waited for 15 minutes while several other cars that came after us got their food. During that wait, I had asked one of the food runners to check on order 185 for us. After which several more cars got their food. I called on the phone to speak to the manager. She said there was a problem with the printer so our order was missed. She asked, "What was your number again, 85?" I told her it was 185. "Oh yes, they are making your food right now." We waited more than 10 more minutes while several more cars went through the drive thru getting their orders. At that point I decided I wanted a refund. I walked inside with the lonely number 185 sticker. I handed the sticker to the food runner asking for a refund. After taking a few minutes getting our order ticket from the kitchen and punching up the refund, the manager gave me a cash refund. The food runner asked the manager what to do with the 185 sticker. I'm rating this a 2 star because they DID NOT put a fork and knife in the bag with it and I was upset like I can't eat the chicken with the mayo with my hands lol.
