I have never been as sick as I got after eating at this place it was so bad I had to take two days off work. I ordered the fish sandwich my doctor told me I had to be under cooked and that I was very lucky that I didn't end up in hospital due to dehydration. This place has seriously declined. The amount of food has decreased and you are paying the same amount. Order a burger, chicken tenders with 2 honey mustards, and a root beer malt with extra malt powder. Order comes out, they forget the malt. I check the bag and the honey mustards are missing. As I'm driving away I realize a got a vanilla shake. The service was also bad, every time I brought up an issue with them messing up, they looked at me like it was a chore to give me the proper service that I paid for. Pathetic. read more

This was the absolute worst drive thru experience that I've ever had. Drive thru line took about 10 minutes for me to order. I got to the order window and paid, per usual, at this time was asked to move and wait for my order, no problem. About 8 minutes of sitting away from the Window, I was asked to move further away (even though I was not impeding anything) after moving my car, I sat waiting for my food for another 35 minutes. At this time, I'm thinking that if I wanted to wait 30 minutes for dinner, I would've went to a sit down restaurant. Once I got home, I realized that my burger had mustard and full onions on it, after asking for a plain burger. Will not give this place my money again. Also overpriced for what you get. read more

I ordered two fish sticks that came with fries and coleslaw, and a small Coke to go at the drive-up on May 1st, 2023 at 1:00 PM for lunch. Took my order and cc, and then I waited almost 10 minutes for order to be brought to my car. Order arrived minus french fries and my receipt was for $16.67! Fish sticks were tasteless, heavy greasy bredding. The french fries were missing in action. Cole slaw was beyond bland. How can they charge this for absolute disappointment! At least I will never eat at their chain again. I sincerely suggest that you avoid this dismal excuse for food! They don't dererve a 1. They deserve to be avoided at all costs. I ordered the mushroom burger meal, almost $10.00. one of my favorites, not here there we tiny amount of mushrooms on the middle of the burger. Not even a table spoon. There tiny mushrooms on the lid of the bun. That was it. Fries ok but no salt. Was busy but no excuse for poor quality. Honestly, the 5 stars is for the service with a smile. The people here were extremely nice and accommodating, it's a very welcoming environment even at the drive thru. Twice I have ordered the 3 pieces fish dinner and both times I get home to find only 2 fish. The first time this happened I called and talked to a manager. I heard Culver's was voted best burger in America (on what list I don't remember). I'm from California and we don't have Culver's. So on our trip to Colorado I wanted to try one. We passed an In-N-Out on the way to the Lakewood location and almost went there instead (we have those in CA, but like to get the shirts from other states) because the reviews for this Culver's were iffy. But, I'm glad we didn't. They must have seen their negative reviews and worked on improving. This was a Thursday at lunch. Frankly, this Culver's had it down. There was a short line inside. It moved quickly. The ladies at the register were paragons of customer service to each and every customer. Immediately greeted us. Were helpful with ordering for us first-timers. Told us what to expect. The food was made in less than five minutes and brought to us by one of the smiling friendly ladies from the front. The food was great. These are tasty burgers. Love the crinkle cut fries. The store was quite clean, although the booth we chose was still dirty. But, even the restroom was clean, stocked, and had a hotel vibe (nice fake plant and a box of tissues even). This was a great experience and the customer service was key. We even came back a few hours later for an ice cream (delicious by the way) after our visit to Red Rocks amphitheater and the same quality service. Five stars all the way today! read more
