Stopped here for dinner. LOVE the warm welcome and friendly staff! We ordered 3 kids meal and a spicy chicken sando and fries. Price is a touch on the higher side: was $33-something but we don't come here often. Food came out quick and was made to perfection! Kids LOVE their FREE ice cream after their meals. Only disappointing thing was the flavor of the day. My sister had told me they went to a Culver's that day and their flavor of the day was MINT with Andes candies. Sounded HEAVENLY. This location's flavor of the day was double strawberry. Boo. Apparently each location offers different flavors to allow people to choose. Ah well. The kids still loved their sweet treat. I actually don't eat ice cream and I was still hungry sooooo I treated myself to a 2nd spicy chicken sando. So good!! It seems every restaurant that is actually good.......messes it up. Culver's lot roast sandwich has been my favorite and last time I got it, it was wrong and again today it was wrong which I can tolerate but it was wrong and nasty. Pot roast was tough and grilled onions were not cooked properly . Worst of all it was served on a bun that looked to be soaked in water and it was so bad the container with the sandwiches was wet and falling apart. There really is no reason to be served food in this state. Furthermore, again my order was messed up and I was not given what the chili cheese fries I asked for and their fries are nasty in general so they went in the garbage. I'm not a big fan of fast food, but when my teens ask, Culver's is a top choice. I'm sure it's because they can get some delicious custard with their meal. I personally enjoy the lemon ice treats. They are perfect for summer. I really like that they ask if your gluten-free choice is due to an allergy or a preference, so they can try to avoid cross-contamination. The drive-thru is always busy, but they keep it moving. It's a Culver's. The food is what it has always been which is subpar but the custard is delicious. A kids meal for more than ten bucks is crazy to me but saying that makes me sounds like my grandpa, "back in my day...". The biggest problem is the location is really hard to get in and out of off Manchester. In addition, they're slow, you go through the drive through to be given a sticker and go park and wait for way too long. There are better options but if you have to get Culver's there's another farther down Manchester. read more

What can you say about culvers. Its a chain restaurant that serves fast food chain restaurant food. I do like the fish and chips. The one down side to them is that the batter is perfect. Too perfect. After a bite the fish normally falls out of the batter and you are left to pick up fish pieces. The burgers....well....fast food burgers. Good ones but.. What ill say about this culvers is that it is extremely consistent. The only word of caution I have is that I would avoid popular times. If you go there at peak hours be prepared to wait in the drive thru for quite a while, good luck driving in line, good luck finding a parking spot and good luck getting in and out of it. St Louis Manchester/Sulphuric Springs Store: My daughter was extremely sick this week. She finally had enough energy to get something in her stomach so she did DoorDash. DoorDash did a wonderful job, they picked up the food and we're there in a very short time. When my daughter got the food, her sprite was filled to the very top with ice, the top piece of bread was smashed into the cheese, not edible. Fries were almost raw. $17 for this. The GM (Bruce) blamed door dash three times during our phone call. He was very clear that there was nothing he wanted to do to make it right. Shame on you and your company for treating customers this way. read more

We've never had a bad experience here. I've had many of their burgers and sandwiches, all were great. They have plenty of employees and they are always helpful and understanding. It's not fast food but it's faster than a restaurant and better tasting than fast food. It's normally clean. Kids can grab some crayons and color while we wait. Love that you can get healthy things like broccoli and make the kids eat it if they want their ice cream :) read more
