We decided to take dear old Dad to Circle 7 after seeing several positive photo reviews online. We joined the Yelp waitlist before leaving and started driving to the restaurant. We were 11th in line when we signed up, and by the time we arrived, we had moved up to 5th. Since it was raining, we decided to wait in the car. When we reached 3rd in line, we were unexpectedly removed from the waitlist. I tried calling the phone number listed on Yelp, which was the same number displayed on the building, but it went straight to what sounded like a personal cellphone voicemail. We decided to go inside anyway and discovered the waitlist wasn't necessary because there were plenty of tables available. The menu had a lot of interesting options, although I wish it included photos of the dishes. We ordered the Hawaiian Bowl, the Truffle Burger, and what I believe was the Blueberry Jam Burger, along with regular fries and sweet potato fries. The burgers were juicy and flavorful, and each bun was stamped with the Circle 7 branded logo, which was a nice touch. The Hawaiian Bowl was delicious and generously portioned. I had enough left over for another meal. The atmosphere is definitely more of a sports bar than a traditional restaurant. Every wall seemed to have multiple TVs, making it easy to watch the soccer matches from just about anywhere in the dining room. Our waitress was friendly, attentive, and checked on us several times throughout the meal. Before leaving, we couldn't decide on just one dessert, so we ordered the dessert sampler. The cobbler was the standout--it tasted homemade, especially the crust, and all of the desserts were served with ice cream. The only disappointment was the brownie, which was quite hard instead of soft and fudgy. Overall, we enjoyed the food and the service. The only downside was the confusing Yelp waitlist experience, which could definitely use some improvement. read more

This is a casual sports bar. Yet it decorated like a ranch. Large screen TVs filled the place. Sports on every TV. Customer service was great. I didn't get my server's name but it looked like she is due to have a baby any time now. She didn't rush us but was there for us. She kept our drinks full. The food was delicious. Everyone at our table enjoyed it. I had the El Borracho. It was a burger with queso, candied jalapeños. I got mines without bacon. I also had truffle fries. They were delicious. The wings were good. The fiery chicken wrap was okay, I'm not in a rush to try it again but will one day. The fiery wings were excellent. My girlfriend didn't really care for the fish and chips. Big selection, good for kids, and everything is usually pretty good. Some stuff is better than others, but can't go wrong with their tacos or their burgers. Frisco melt is good, so is their rise and shine (egg and bacon). Our kids ask for circle 7 regularly, so that's a pretty good marker! I really enjoyed the food, customer service and the atmosphere. I'm definitely going back! Thought the food would save the review, I was wrong.... prime burger has lots of gristle. The buffalo chicken melt was dry, the cheese and bread were stale. Side Mac n cheese was fake af. We came for dinner and were glad that we joined the waitlist on Yelp first! It saved a lot of time. We just checked in at the front desk when we arrived and only had to wait a few minutes before being seated. The restaurant is large, but broken up into smaller spaces, making it feel smaller than it really is. Lots of tvs with sports in and noisy, with people talking and enjoying themselves. Not o we powering and we were able to talk easily. We got the spinach artichoke dip, which was fine, same as it is everywhere. But the Cobb salads! They were better than we expected and really surprised us. Everything tasted fresh and the chicken was perfectly cooked. I ordered a twice baked potato thinking the salad would not be enough, but I was wrong. (Potato was good too!) If you ate looking for a good assortment of salads, this is a great place to check! Came here to celebrate my little cousins birthday. The ambiance is laid back and casual. There are a few large TV's on the wall so you can watch various sporting events. They were playing the Cardinals game, and another sports event. The walls are adorned with vintage like pictures. And the wood walls give this place a rustic like feel. They have a large patio to enjoy your meal during warmer and cooler weather. They have a few tables and a private room that has self serve beer stations. I ordered the Fiery Honey Chicken sandwich w/loaded fries. The chicken sandwich was seasoned well, and spicy. It comes with candied jalapeños, bacon, cheese, lettuce tomato and onion. (No onions for me). The spice level was just right. For me the spice didn't kick in until i finished my sandwich. The fries were delicious, crispy but still soft. They were topped with bacon, cheese, sour cream and onion. Service was good. Our server was Destiny and she was attentive and patient. Very short note so as not to waste anyone's time. I like the Clayton Road location but my date lived near this one so we dropped in for an early (4 PM) weekend night without a reservation. I was shocked when they told us 40 minutes mebbe more. So my point is if they offer an online waitlist you may want to check it and sign up before driving there. I have not had a bad meal at any Circle 7 but for people deciding to run out at the last minute, you should call ahead. One other issue. The host / hostess said you are free to wait in the bar, that's open to anyone. However they didn't go look, nor ask us if they could show us where it was, again I'd not been to this location, they just kinda waived and took my phone number. A host would have been helpful as there were some single seats but with some prompting often a patron will shift their spot over a seat or two to let a couple sit together. We weren't afforded that opportunity so chose to try another nearby spot. read more

Yes, it tastes exactly like the dessert. Lady in Red - Their take on an Aperol Spritz, and honestly? It's a glow-up. Forbidden Love - Berry-forward and citrusy with just the right balance of sweet and tart. The Fire Honey Wings? Unreal. Sticky, spicy, sweet, and worth licking your fingers for. I had dinner with my family here Friday night, and it was a great experience. I come often and sit at the bar but we sat in the dining area this time. Our server was wonderful and very attentive. We had a goat cheese dip and fiery cauliflower which both tasted great. They have a great cocktail list and the spicy margaritas are always on point. Our food came out quickly and all tasted great. After performing in a show, our group decided to try Circle 7 as it was open and close to the Kirkwood venue. It's been quite awhile since my last visit to 'The Circle', so I figured a review was in order. My party consisted of about 12 people, so we were sat in back room which was nice. There were plenty of TVs in our room and in main restaurant to satisfy all your sporty desires. Our server was great! Very attentive and efficient. She handled the large party with ease. I ordered a French Dip with fries and that is where things took a turn. The beef in French Dip was underwhelming to say the least.....lack of seasoning, very plain jane and bread was average at best. The Au Jus was not much better, but I will say, making every bite as soggy as possible, enabled me to eat the entire sandwich.....that, and I was really hungry. You can imagine that eating a soggy sandwich is not what I was thinking when I ordered it, but alas, it was what it was. Had it not been for my food, I may have rated this experience a bit higher, but as it is, I'm feeling generous giving this a 3 star rating. Oh, did I mention the fries? Room temperature and no flavor....unless potato is the flavor you were going for. I tried to use salt to enhance the experience, but the salt just fell off each piece of fry. Perhaps this was an off night for kitchen, perhaps my order sat under warmer too long before being served. Whatever the cause, it was not an ideal experience. Will I return? Probably. In town for some shopping and decided to swing by for an early lunch. Arrived just after opening so no wait time and seated immediately. The waiter was great. Very attentive and on the ball. It filled up quickly and the noise level increases quickly, but not to a level that is uncomfortable. We started with pretzels and queso, which was amazing. Definitely recommend that as a starter. I stuck with the buffalo chicken wrap and fries again this time. I enjoy their homemade ranch that is served with this wrap. My husband tried a New Orleans wrap and fries. I came here with a friend for lunch and it was a good experience. There was a 5 minute wait, but both the hostess and our server were mostly nice. We ordered the Pretzel Sticks to begin. The queso was hot, the pretzels were steaming and buttery, and the flavors of both went well together and satisfied my hunger before my meal coming out. For my meal, I had the Nola Wrap- so good! My only complaint was it was quite saucy, so my tortilla was not holding up well. Nonetheless, the flavors of the sausage and shrimp paired nicely and it was tasty! Returned to Circle 7 for happy hour with my sisters on a brisk March afternoon. The porch is enclosed and has heaters, but the 5 of us opted to sit inside. Our server was very attentive and our drinks arrived quickly. We order a number of appetizers (probably too many!) and they hit the table fast. Our server then let us know her shift was ending and she was handing us off to another who was just as kind. We were a little surprised how few people were there, though we did meet pretty early (3 pm) on a Tuesday, but still, I've never been there when it was that slow. It did make conversation easier, which is the point of getting together, after all. I had a brown ale on draft that was tasty, two of my sisters had the Tuesday margarita special which they didn't like all that much and the other two had tea. All the food was terrific! We particularly enjoyed the Fiery Honey Cauliflower and the corn fritters, but the t-ravs, and boneless Buffalo wings were also on point. But the best was the baked goat cheese with cranberries and walnuts...SO good! The place was packed, and between the chatter and music, it was very loud. Our server was alright. She gave good recommendations about items on the menu. However, flagging her down for refills or the drink was pretty difficult. Granted, she did have most of the tables inside. They need more servers, I think. We started with the Fiery Honey Shrimp, but with the sauce on the side. They were pretty good, but not something we'd get again. Our entrees were pretty good. The VooDoo Chicken Tacos were a great blend of sweet and spicy. My Mom loved her Steak Fajita Salad. Honestly, this place was pretty good but just too loud to really enjoy dining in. I took my 4 kids yesterday, out to eat at this location. We asked to sit outside at the patio. We were the first table to be seated we were there around 3 o'clock or server took our order. The waiter was a white man thin, with dirty blonde hair. I cannot remember his name. My son asked for a plastic cup . He Brought it in a glass cup. When my son again asked for a plastic cub he Told my son to grow up. He's a big boy. He can drink out of a glass cup since he would be eating off the plates and silverware. Honestly I was dumb founded then when I handed him the cup back he said I'll take that away from you so you don't have to see that anymore in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I told my kids to get up and we all left. I have never been treated like this at an establishment before. I hope this makes it to the owners. First of all, I am not in the habit of leaving reviews but tonight was disappointing Took my family there tonight for my wife's birthday ... Group of 10, patio sitting ... It was loud as several groups of HS kids were celebrating graduation ... No issues with them but difficult to carry on a conversation as they were very loud. Appetizers order ... Fried Pickles and Corn Fritters ... didn't get very many of either for the price but they were delicious. Dinner served, my wife had a chicken dish with mash potatoes, which were served cold. My French fries were served cold and my grandson ordered a fried chicken sandwich but got a grilled chicken sandwich. The drink options are alright, when sitting at a booth, you only really get a select choice of certain beer on tap, and they are all different so it's basically a lottery of which of the better booth you get (that's if the place wasn't packed with people.) Sometimes the tap doesn't even work too, so there's that! Either the tap was out after 4 refills or the machine was glitching and wouldn't give us a refill. Definitely was not fun. Place was definitely packed when I went, then again it was a Friday so it made sense. We went for the first time to Circle 7 Ranch, a local chain. Dinner was tasty but the restaurant was very busy and it took over 30 minutes for appetizer to arrive. The chicken wings were tasty and we split the batch into two flavors: Buffalo and hot honey bbq. The later was really good, Buffalo was ok. Entrees were three carne asada soft tacos which were good and the black beans with Mexican rice were delicious. Chicken salad wrap was ok and enough to take home half of it. Food at other tables looked good too. Our female server was attentive and quick to refill our drinks. Crowded restaurant and music was too loud for our tastes. 4 out of 5 stars overall. I was looking for an easy spot for a birthday dinner and found this place, which somehow, I hadn't heard of. But I'm happy that we stopped by. First off, the service was great - super friendly staff and we barely had to wait for anything. And then we got the food - delicious. I'm surprised more places don't have something like their Hawaiian Chicken, which was quite flavorful with the pineapple and teriyaki sauce. Although we were there just to eat and visit, by the sheer number of tvs hanging up, it does look like this would also be a good place to eat while catching part of a game. The parking lot is a big old pain with the way people drive. But there were plenty of spots, just a bit of a walk. The patio is huge and great. Inside the hostess greeted me quickly, and asked if I wanted bar or table since I was dining alone. I asked for a table (recent surgery, so I wanted normal height chairs). I enjoyed the fiery honey cauliflower bites. Super tender and tasty with crunchy bits, and ranch to bite through any heat. Couldn't decide what to order, so my lovely server talked me through some options. I ended up going with the GOAT burger. It was good.
