I'm sorry. Culvers, what happened to you? I know you have always been more expensive than all of the other fast food joints but it's always been worth it until now. This isn't a review about the food. The food is always great. My wife always gets the shrimp dinner and I always get the cod dinner. They are both always awesome! I don't know if I just got complacent and just never paid attention to the pricing but my god. I looked at the menu board and seen the three piece cod dinner was $20.45. Both my wife and I had surgery and haven't been here in a couple of months, I could have swore it used to be in the $13 range for the two piece and $16 range for the three piece cod dinners. The two piece is over $16 now. We walked out. I can't in my right mind pay this kind of money for a couple pieces of fish at a fast food joint. My picture is from a previous visit. Great food! Had the sourdough butter burger with fries and it was very tasty. I like their fries alot as they are not the battered/seasoned ones that so many places serve. A solid option with good food. Appreciated the late hours. Enjoyed the patty melt and my family liked the Friday night fish fry.

I placed a pickup order and did not receive all of the food I ordered and paid for. I did not realize it was missing from the bag until I had left and could not go back. No condiments, no sides, and no cutlery to eat meals with - try to eat mashed potatoes without a fork?! I contacted the store for a refund and was told I had to go in. All you have to do is take my order and deliver it to me. I tried to leave a review on Culver's website but they make it so crazy hard to submit it, I'll just to my venting here. This is what I wanted to say plus here I get to include photo's. At 5:47:10 this evening, I ordered two pork loin sandwiches. One with everything plus jalapeños and the other with catchup, onion and pickle. What I got was nothing on the sandwich that was ordered with the peppers but something that looked like the bun may have see catchup and mustard. The other sandwich had what was ordered but it had a 1/4 inch of a single onion strip, one nearly see through pickle and catchup that was in the bun but not enough to actually show on the pork. This is really bad. If you can't afford people to get the order right - If you can't afford to actually put condiments on the sandwich - if you are in business to serve your guests - - What do you THINK is going on at your stores. I should add that the first time this happened, I thought it was a fluke. But the very next time I place an order - to received the same result tells me this is the norm and not the exception. read more

Went thru the drive thru for a butter burger. Brought it home to eat. Halfway through I noticed it was pink in middle, like almost raw! I knew it came out to my car way too fast. Ugh. As a person who eats burgers well done I freaked out. I had been food poisoned in the past so severely I had to be hospitalized for 4 days. I brought it back and they offered to make me a new one. This Culver's is GREAT. They have a fantastic location and the service is friendly and prompt (by Culver's standards). Also, every week on, I think, Wednesdays there's a gathering of classic car owners. One of the nice things that sets Culver's aside from other fast food places is the frozen custard. Also that they have a different flavor of the day every day. This Culver's seems to have a good selection of daily varieties. I don't know how they're selected -- if they're assigned by the region or selected by the store -- but whomever chooses this store's varieties does a good job. If you're in the area of this Culver's, especially if you've never tried one before, you owe it to yourself to visit this restaurant. And eat-in, the Culver's drive through experience is not like other restaurants. read more

The menu variety was good especially when it comes down the to the Custard. You can choose from so many different ones. You can customize it from sizes, toppings, and much more! There is even a flavor of the day(you can even get another topping in that) Then they also have free 1 scoop Custard with a kids meal and a free kids meal every 10 Scoopie Tokens you earn. Food/Menu Variety:4.5/5 Service Speed: For a semi-fast food restaurant it is pretty quick. Though when it comes down to the days where there is a lot of business it take quite a bit longer. The drive thru is fine, the employees have to go outside and give it to you while your in your car. The average speed is 2-5 minutes and on busier days it's 5-10 minutes. Service Speed rating:4 Employees/staff: The employees are 95% of the time really nice and I have never had someone screw up. They definitely try there hardest as I saw a lot of staff run to your car at the drive through to get you your food as fast as they can. Employees/staff:5 Appearance/design Again for a semi-fast food restaurant the design is good in my opinion. They have nice walls and the table placing is great. The flaw though is the outside part.
