Ordered a Diet Coke, was told by the girl in the drive thru it was Diet Coke, turned out to be full of sugar.

The food is great for fast food, the fries are crispy and consistently good. If you are diabetic or otherwise tracking sugar: steer clear of the diet sodas here. Photo below, but I ordered a Diet Coke and when I tested it at home, it turned out to be regular soda. Not a big deal for most people, and somebody may have just misunderstood or loaded the machine wrong, but either way my order as confirmed on my receipt was not what I actually received. Next time, I will be testing the drink in the drive thru so that I can actually get what I ordered instead of driving home and being out the money.

Just got a double cheeseburger, fries & ice cold Coke. Fries were hot fresh BUT too salty & so was the doubly cheeseburger. Management took care of me fixed. properly. The place was really clean. Had a floor fan at each entrance to dry the floor. To me which was a great idea I saw someone with a cane wasn't slippery for him to walk in. Now I got my fresh food it wasn't salty at all. I munched on it s so quick I didn't even realize that I was so hungry. The burger was just juicy. I would recommend this place to anyone. The supervisor was real attentive not only to me but to everyone she dealt with also. I commend them all... ***BUEN PROVECHO***

Visited Culver's recently as I was in a hurry for a meal. I went through the drive-thru and requested a fish sandwich meal with fries and lemonade. I pulled up, paid, and pulled around to await my food. A few minutes later, the food was delivered. I drove home and at my fish sandwich. It was hot, right out of the fryer. But the actual fish was fairly minimal. I didn't taste fish, I just tasted the frying oil. So it was bread, tartar sauce, lettuce, and a piece of deep fried fish. I wish the fish was bigger than the batter, but that was not the case. So the flavor wasn't balanced. The fries were really good as was the lemonade.

Back to update my previous review. I don't appreciate them playing in my face like this. They loaded it up with thicker cut veggies to camouflage the nearly see through patty. I won't be back.

Great custard! Very happy there's a location in Medina. It's right off of 18 and easy to get in and out. Didn't have to wait too long in the drive thru either for my custard order. I could clearly hear the person on the speaker who took my order. Person at the window was friendly and helpful! Will stop here again.

The food that I've been given looks nothing like the food advertised, but I guess that's true everywhere, except Five Guys. Today, I tried a Cheesy Gordita Crunch ($4.59) because it is a popular item that consistently gets good reviews and I've never had one before. So I ordered through the app and visited the drive-thru. My order was ready quickly and it was hot. But it didn't look very appetizing. It was the same size as a $1.79 taco. So what do you get for an extra $2.80?...a tasteless soft shell. After tasting the Cheesy Gordita Crunch, it was pretty bad. It had no cheese in between the shells. And the outer shell is actually terrible in both taste and texture. Not sure why this item is so popular. It's way overpriced for the volume of food you get. For $1.10 more, I could've gotten a Cheesy Gordita Crunch, a regular taco, cinnamon twists, and a drink. Don't ever buy the Cheesey Gordita Crunch alone - it's a complete rip off. I liked the retired chicken Quesarito. I also like the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito ($2.00), which has way more flavor, a higher volume, more toppings, and costs $2.59 less than the Cheesy Gordita Crunch! What I usually do is customize the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burrito via the app by adding rice, black beans, and pico de gallo. That adds to the price, but it still costs less than the overpriced Cheesey Gordita Crunch. Customizing my toppings adds to the weight and taste, making the burrito more satisfying. I'm done with trying the gimics on the menu. Especially when they're $4.59, but basically just a taco. I'm going to stick with what I know tastes great and provides the best value - and that is not the Cheesy Gordita Crunch.

That was novel to me and pretty convenient if you wanted to bundle your grocery shopping with lunch/dinner. I ordered chicken and waffles, BF got his biscuits and gravy, his friend got crab cakes and a Rueben. The crab cakes turned out to be a crab cake for $9.99. It was crispy, yes but filled mostly with the cornmeal and not too much crab. My dish was just okay. The chicken pieces were just tenders, not fried chicken pieces off the bone. The French toast pieces were pretty disappointing. I expected a bit more batter or frying done to the bread. They weren't crispy or cooked enough. The bottom two pieces were extremely undercooked and I ended up leaving them even though I'm a clean plate member, haha. I would've added strawberry pieces, or even just a spot of jam to spice it up. Our server was very friendly and talkative. The space wasn't crowded or cramped. It was fine but definitely didn't wow me. I'm okay with not visiting again.
