Best chipotle in the area. Great staff and blows surrounding chipotles out of the water

I've been dining at this Chipotle for the last few years. They are consistent and fast. Because I live so close, I always order on the app and pick it up. Then I peer at the people who are standing in the long line waiting to place their orders. If I was standing in line, I'd download the app and place my order as it would get made quicker. Instead, people are standing in line staring at their phones. The phone is a tool, people. Use it. Great food! read more

Chipotle is one of my favorite fast food places to eat. I love the option to make it my own. I appreciate the amount of toppings they have. Chipotle has stayed true to themselves and has rarely made changes to their menu choices. This is why I love eating chipotle. My meal is always amazing. 8/20/25 - i ordered a chipotle bowl with extra rice and extra steak. i received less than a normal portion for both. why is a company, especially like chipotle allowed to f*ck someone line this. i paid more to get more, and you give me leas than a regular portion? never again, will never forget. read more

Some of the places are good, some bad. It seems like it is all hit and miss. I've gotten burritos that were incredible and I've gotten some that were so salty I couldn't eat them. Mostly the service is good. I was in one that they acted as though we were getting in the way of there duties. It was so bad and we had to wait so long that we just left. If I could give 0 stars I would. Barely any meat in the burrito and burrito bowls. Had a whole cilantro stem, unchopped onions, and big chunks of avocado in the guacamole. At least the cheese in the quesadilla was melted this time! Will never order through the app again. read more

There is a new thing going on here. When the Manager is not here, they shut down full service, and ask all customers to order online, so it's easier for them. This is not customer friendly. They even turned me away, along with another customer on a Thursday afternoon at 4:30, because I wanted to walk through the line and order the food. He even placed chairs in the line, so no one could order in line. The gentleman who turned me away said "he didn't want to deal with any issues". There you have it! One worker made it online ordering day and it's all about him. Thanks to his new rule, I will not visit the restaurant. I will go to another Chipoltle down the road. The Manager is one of the best I have ever seen. Hoping she finds out about this and turns the business back into a customer friendly restaurant again. read more

I love this chipotle! It looks a little different inside than other chipotles, but it's rarely jammed packed! The line always moves fast and the employees are super friendly. I love Chipotle food when it is fresh and I am a stockholder in this company since it's IPO. I am tired of going into this location and the food is subpar. The meat is old, dried out and almost non existent in the container. You have to ask them to cut fresh meat every time you go in. The bean selection is old and crusted over. Sour cream is usually scraped off the bottom with a spoon. I should not have to ask every single time I go for them to cut fresh meat, get fresh beans and toppings. Super disappointed. Will not patronize this location again. read more

Good food but had to wait a long time in line. The outdoor seating area kind of sucked since there is only one entrance, meaning if you parked next to it, you would have to walk all the way around just to get back to your car. I really enjoy sitting in a nice seating area surrounded by a giant parking lot. At least the interior design isn't boring. Good job Chipotle corporate. read more

Hadn't been here for quite a while because, when I stopped over a year ago, on entering they announce they were out of fajitas and only took exact change. How can you be out of fajitas when there are other Chipotles in the area they could borrow from and a grocery store just half a mile down the street? So, I left and went to Casa Del Mar Express in Fairlawn. Stopped in a few weeks ago on a Sunday and the only two people, two very nice and friendly gals, served me without any problems. Carnitas were delicious and portions were great. Remembering that, I stopped a week ago and had the Barbacoa. Again, it was excellent. The meat was actually shredded, not in fatty, gristly chunks like it's evolved into over the years. So last Monday I was hungry for Mexican. Thinking I'd have the shredded beef again, I made a quick stop after a trip to the grocery. At the counter was a small sign stating that cash would not be accepted! Seriously? Not exact change, but no cash whatsoever. I left. Don't know when I'll be back. Casa Del Mar Express thanks you. read more

I haven't been to a chipotle in long while, to he more exact a couple years it has been. I stopped going to chipotle because they're chicken was always chewy (which is off putting for me), and it was just always spicy for some reason. Well, I figured I would try it again and I'm actually pleased. The employees were attentive and nice, there's a very open seating arrangement and the pop actually tasted good. The chicken was great, no chewy pieces- as if they changed the recipe and it wasn't super spicy. The bathroom was clean, which was great for me. It was a little crowded with customers but we were still able to find a table to eat at. Would definitely go again, but the prices have definitely raised quite a bit over the past few years. $6.95 for chicken and $7.50 for carnitas. read more

Nit the most exciting meal i've had. The rice was so stale and hard it was hurting to chew almost like it wasn't cooked. They charged me for queso which would've been fine if it wasn't a teaspoon. And also if i payed 12$ for a bowl a 5 year old could've made. these scoops need to be better and more worth the money! read more

Best chipotle around. No Question. While the one on North court is more accessible to me, I drive about 10 extra min out of my way to get this one. The main reason is they fill up your bowl with correct portions. North court makes me feel scammed while this one I feel like I spent my money correctly. Second, the building is brand new and is kept clean. Lastly the staff is top brass. They are quick, clean and efficient. I will continue to come here over the other chipotle in Medina. read more

One of the better chipotles I've had in the area. There is another Chipotle in Fairlawn which is not nearly as good. It's usually not too crazy busy which I like. Also the online ordering I've found to be pretty speedy. I eat here several times a month and am usually not disappointed. read more
