For a fast food place its pretty good quality. We have only gone through the drive through but never a long wait and they make your order fresh so the burgers and chicken are always hot. Always get the cheese sauce for fries and my burgers but they really need to learn to fill it to the top versus just half way. Price is a little bit pricey for what you get but at least it leaves you fuller for longer. Food quality is pretty good for the most part. Lately though the spicy chicken has been super thin which means it burns quicker. We only come like once a month. read more

I made a complaint about experience that I had with Culvers here in Murfreesboro, Tennessee and once I made that complaint, With guess service I never got a call back so I tried to call a location another location here in Murfreesboro, Tennessee first the young lady hung up and then I was told they were to ignore my complaint of what I went through at the restaurant. then on 718 2025 A message was left on my voicemail a phone call from Tony Grayson, after I made a complaint with Vicky from guest services then Tony Grayson,who talked very aggressive on that phone message and stated that I've been barred from All Culver's here, He never listened to my complaint. He never spoke with me .Tony Grayson never listened to nothing I had to say never called me back ,but he did leave a message I am glad I didn't answer after listening to Tony Grayson message. So I went to Culver's Friday after work in Murfreesboro on October 11,3024. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with fries and a mini ch milkshake as a concrete mix with Heath bar chips. The chicken was not spicy. MOF, I kept looking at it thinking how it tasted like fish and then it wasn't that warm in the middle. What happened to Culver's?????? The service was lacking. In the drive thru, there were 4 cars pulled over Four!!! Then the lack-luster food too. I had no condiments. I assumed when I drove off I would. None in the bag. TERRIBLE customer service/management! After receiving the WRONG order in the drive thru I called back immediately to inform the staff .. My name was taken along with the information concerning the order.. I was offered a remake but didn't have time that evening..My info was taken for a return visit. I eat at this Culver's a lot because I work at MTSU and they give a discount if you show your State ID. I always appreciate discounts! My favorite thing to order is a single butter burger with cheese, everything but onions, make it a value meal with fries and a Pepsi. It's below $7 with my discount. Can't beat it! read more

I know most people don't have a lot of good things to say about fast food restaurants but I Just visited Culver's for a quick lunch today and while their dining room wasn't open, their drive thru was. I'd like to say I just had the best butter burger and chili cheese fries EVER!! It was definitely made exactly the way I ordered it and exceeded what I was expecting. Their customer service was excellent and I would definitely recommend this restaurant. I wish I would have taken a photo of the chili cheese fries but I ate them before I decided I would share a review. Sorry lol And let's not forget their frozen custard is by far amazing!! About 5 years ago my wife and I stopped by to try this place out. At that time, the employee did not acknowledge that we were at the counter, and continued to do busy work until, out of frustration, we walked out. Today, I stopped by to see if things have gotten better. And they have. An employee greeted me as I came in and my order was taken right away. Culver's is a Midwest burger/frozen custard chain from Wisconsin. I had never heard of it until I moved to Nashville. I don't usually review too many chains but I thought that this one was pretty good. On our visit we each got a ButterBurger Cheese with crinkle cut fries and a side of cheese curds to share. The hamburger meat was good although the fries were just slightly undercooked and the cheese curds were a bit of a let-down to me. They resemble small mozzarella sticks except just with cheddar inside. I tasted the breading but not the cheese. They come with a dipping sauce that is okay. We also each got a concrete mixer, which is a frozen custard and you can add in up to 2 mix-ins. I got a vanilla with a Butterfinger mix-in. I enjoyed the concrete mixer I think more than the burger or the sides that we got. Service was nice and friendly although the cashier looked like she had been through the ringer. Overall, I'd be back for a frozen custard but would probably pass on the food. read more

Came to Culver's for the first time today. The food was amazing, but the service was outstanding to where I would come back. Thank you to Jordan for being great at the cash register, and a big thank you to Joe for checking up on my wife and I while we were having our lunch. As we were eating our lunch, Joe came by to check on us to see if we needed anything, Joe also helped recommend ice cream on the way out and also gave us a veteran discount that we were unaware of. Coming from Southern California and dropping off our grad student son at MTSU, we had to again frequent this place for their concrete mixers! My husband and I were in town for a week and this was our favorite place to get a custard ice cream treat! Can't wait to go back! We had dinner here tonight. The food was good. However why ask what I want on my burger if your not going to put it on my burger. And in my shake I asked for toppings in it and I didnt get any. When you pay $68 for your food and have over 10 burgers and they stuff them all into one plastic sack with fries and condiments, it's ridiculous.
