This is absolutely the worst restaurant in the Reynoldsburg Pickerington area. We stopped tonight about 9:15 and the cars ahead of were served but we pulled up were were told they were closed even though there store hours were posted til 10 PM. I pulled up to the window and a girl said they had to close because they had no help although there at least 6 employees there. I asked to speak to the manager and she said I could but no one came to the window. They then locked the window and totally ignored us. I never will return to this place and suggest you do the same. This is honestly the best burger option in the area! Surpassing Five guys, Red Robin and any of the fast food burger joints. You get a pretty big burger that is always fresh and the fries are always good. My boyfriend loves the chicken sandwiches as well. The service has always been pretty good, although you might have to wait a little longer than you would at McDonald's. The food is worth the wait though. read more

Always a treat and one of the places I have frequented most since moving to Columbus. I am always so amazed at the great service, everyone greets you with a smile, the food is all made fresh to order, they always come to ask you how you are enjoying your meal. I have been here countless times over the summer to get their lemon ice which is so refreshing and they add fresh fruit, I usually go with blackberries, strawberrys, raspberrys, they are all delicious! They also send out coupons every couple of months for BOGO custard which I never let go to waste! Also a bonus they do alot for local schools so when my son does well they send him coupons for free kids meals or custard, you gotta love that! I typically go out of my way for Culver's. This one is being put on my skip list. The line was unorganized to order food. The drink area was packed and moved very slowly. There was a lot of traffic in the parking lot, because this place is so very good -- the lack of parking did not detract from the wonderful evening. Wow, I wish we had these all over Columbus and not just on the outskirts. They're huge in other parts of the Midwest, especially Wisconsin, and I can see why, since they offer up fast and tasty burgers. I ordered one of their double deluxe butter burgers with bacon, and it was so good. I'm actually glad they're not too close, because I'd definitely be putting on some weight. One of their specialties are fried cheese curds, but I went with the crinkle cut fries. They were okay, but I'd suggest trying the cheese curds instead. This place is well-known for the frozen custard, so I had to try some. I went with a pint of their Buckeye flavor, and it was pretty tasty, but my buddy got the chocolate on a cone, and it was a lot better that way. The pint took away from the creaminess, since it was so cold and hard. We'll be back to this place for sure and hoping for another location in Columbus. read more

The owner Joey S. came to my car...he was very rude and offered no apology and was very smug. I was told it would be another 10 minutes and there was nothing else he could do. He told me Culver's is not fast food and insinuated that a customer waiting was not his problem! I requested a refund, he demanded I return the food 1st as if I wanted to keep cold food... and then told me that I didn't deserve an apology as now other customers were waiting bc he should be cooking but instead helping me...I will not be back. Ordered two Butter Burger with Bacon Meals and three kids meals; both Butter Burgers with Bacon were smashed very thin and had a burnt "crust" on one side. They had over 15 cars waiting in the drive through for over 45 minutes and told no one that they had closed. No signage at the order box. Nothing. The teen at the window said " that wasn't his problem" when we made them open the window. I had to walk the line and tell everyone it was closed. My husband and I stopped into this Culver's recently while running errands. I've always been a Culver's fan even though it is a bit pricier than some other fast food spots. I've never gotten a bad meal from them, and I will almost always take any opportunity I can get to have cheese curds. This particular location was pretty standard. Don't let this twist on delivery throw you off. They are still quick. On the evening we were in, they were busy but the place was clean and the dinning room attendant (yes, a dinning room attendant) was keeping a kind eye on everyone. Culver's seems to understand that fast food does not equate sloppy food. Their burgers are of the thin variety but are pretty good. Add the fresh toppings, a buttery bun, and hot crinkle cut fries and those aforementioned cravings will be satisfied. This is without a doubt one of the best examples of old school I cream parlor and diner. The food is the best example of real American diner fare. The deep fried foods are great and fit right into the deep fried foods that one would get in standard concessions that you would find at some of the larger fairs and festivals. The burgers are moist, and have a great "char" crust. The chicken sandwiches, are absolutely awesome! Made from real chicken bs not that processed "with rib meat" items that you will find at fast food joints. Over all I would say great. Just a heads up, though... If you go during the day, you get the standard music that you get in places where old folks are trying the live in the last, however show up after 4 and we have thankfully hit the 1980s. Oh and this review is not giving them a negative review due to the fact it is representing old school diners, we all know Coca-Cola won that battle, but it's ok, even they serve the socialist favorite of Pepsi, I accept it as at least they have 3 different diet colas. read more
