When I think of fast-food vs fast casual this falls more into the fast casual for me. Or maybe a new category of premium fast food would be a better fit. I had the double mushroom swiss burger which was so big I could only eat half of it. Part of that was because I upgraded to the fried cheese curds as a side which is a large order in & of itself. You can not leave without getting dessert for which I chose a mixer of vanilla ice cream, salted caramel and Reese's. The food was fast (which is what we needed) but also good. The price tag is definitely more towards fast casual than fast food but worth it in my opinion. read more

For the prices I have to admit I expected a lot more. I got the 4 chicken strip dinner with sweet and sour dip sauce. The sauce was Awful I had 2 other people try it and all of us agreed terrible. The hamburger was ok, my dad got fish and took most home and it got fed to our 3 yorkies. They liked them and the chicken, since it was my Hubbys birthday we got ice cream, now that was good but pricey. Will we return ? No we have other places to go for less money and more to our taste. I returned tonight. I was sure they were truthful when they state that everything, including fries, are only cooked after you place your order. So I ordered a single bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. I was going to try their fries but saw about 6 bags of fries sitting under a heat lamp that never got served. And my cooked to order burger took less than a minute. Turned out to be a double which I did not want. And the crisp bacon was anything but. I think this was my last trip. read more

Yesterday was my first visit. I got a double Swiss and mushroom burger with onion rings. My son got a double cheeseburger and onion rings. My burger was juicy and flavorful. The onion rings were hot, with a crispy outside and tender onion on the inside. My son agreed about his burger and onion rings! We will be back soon!!!! read more

absolutely disgusting. one side of Sadie burger was warm and toasted the other was floppy and freezing cold. cheese wasn't melted. gross soggy pickles. the onion rings were to the birds. it was basically over-fried batter rings, no onions. service at window definitely not okay, had to go back in twice. don't eat from here. ever. read more

We went back the second time. Its new in Salisbury NC. It was still awesome. Burgers are excellent. I recommend the double cheese burger!

The food was good, but the portions were small for the price. A "small" concrete mixer should be called a "micro".

The staff was fun, professional and hilarious. One of them spotted my psychopath of a friend dipping cheese curds in ketchup, and promptly called him out on it. Another staff member quickly ran him some marinara sauce and even opened it for him to stop the madness. We were cracking up, and the food was outstanding, which was a plus. Thank you!! read more

I am a glutton for punishment. I think this is Bad visit X 5. I keep thinking it will get better BUT NO! They kept advertising the peanut butter shake and peanut butter malts are my favorite thing, I had to try again. Over 20minutes wait in drive-threw line, not a complaint, expected now a days because of the staffing problem, so the other issues are actually the staff. I ordered a peanut butter malt, and a vanilla cone. when I got to the window I asked the employee if they had any dog treats, because there had been many mentions of it on line and this time I had the dog with me. She stared at me like I was crazy, so I repeated it, "No , and we never have." she said now semi-glaring. Not outright rude, but you get the picture. I received the cone and a Reese's pieces shake, not even a malt. I did not receive a smile or any spoken word. My husband told me next time take him to McDonalds for his ice cream cone. Better and faster. At least McDonalds has a good vanilla shake, and I will save $5. PS How do they keep getting good reviews????? read more

Our favorite fast food restaurant! Tried it for the first time in WI and we were thrilled when it came to Salisbury the kids love it, their burgers are juicy, fried shrimp is and the concrete mixers top it all off!!! Highly recommend!!! read more

This was our first visit to Culver's. We saw an online review from a YouTuber named "Yankee in the South" about how good Culver's is. So we drove 45 mins to the nearest one and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by at least 6-8 people when we walked in. Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. We both had the butter burger and they were excellent!! I absolutely love that little crust around the edges of the burger and the fries were were seasoned perfectly. While we were eating we had 3 different employees come by our table to ask how everything was and if they could get us anything. The absolute best service!!! The ice cream, OMG!!! I have always loved Dairy Queen's ice cream, but it doesn't hold a candle to Culver's. The creamiest ice cream we have ever had. We can't wait to go back and try some of the other delicious food on the menu. Great job Culver's of Salisbury!!!! We will see you again tomorrow. read more

Culver's was our saving grace during the lockdown. Kudos to a savvy management staff who stepped up to offer curb hopping for those of us who just needed to see the outside world again. This place is spotlessly clean, the food is great and there aren't enough good things to say abou the managers and staff. Despite being extremely busy, the food was excellent, the wait was short, and the employees were friendly. One manager (a bearded white guy with brown? Hair) apologized for the lack of seating (they were so busy they had no seats in the dining room, which isn't their fault) and even alerted us when a spot opened up. Thank you kind sir! read more
