I ordered chocolate custard with Oreos and Snickers, but got no Snickers. And having only drive-thru only right now, I couldn't take it back without waiting in the drive-thru line again. In addition, they won the Worst BLT in the WORLD Award. 1 very thin piece of bacon, no mayo, no tomato (a tiny smear of catchup!!!), and shredded lettuce that looked like they had grilled it. This particular Culver's is so inconsistent. We ordered a two scoop flavor of the day in a cup (caramel cashew) through the drive through and got the smallest two-scooper I've ever seen. Barely covered the entire bottom of the cup. Additionally, there was a sliver of caramel and what may have amounted to one cashew. Basically it was vanilla icecream with theoretical camel and cashew. Very disappointing. Skip it and head west a couple of blocks to Nelson's or even the pretend icecream at McDonald's would be better. read more

For fast food, Culver's is pretty good! I'm giving it a lower rating for the cost and longer time it takes to get you meal. My favorite food here is the Chili Cheese frys and the Onion Rings with dipping sauce. Hands down the best I've had in town, even over sit down restaurants. read more

Their custard is the reason we come here at all, but their burgers are quite tasty as well. It's a little expensive for what you get, so we tend to ignore the food in general. However, the custard is worth it! We've had a couple of instances where we got the wrong food or they had to ask us again what we had 5 minutes after ordering, and with the amount of people working the counters it's a bit annoying to be so disorganized. We'll frequent this place when we feel the need for creamy goodness though! read more

First time here went thru the drive thru, ordered the double deluxe value basket. They got my order wrong went back was treated nice they just fixed it, they gave me a free value basket next time I came in for the wrong order. I come here for the custard. The eclair flavor of the day is amazing. embarrassingly enough I'm going to say, it's worth marking your calendar for. Yummy puff pastry, creamy custard and chocolate swirl. Prepare to die and go to heaven. As far as the actual food goes I can't speak to it either way. Today was the last time I will ever go to culver's. I ordered a large fry and a cod fillet, to go. I paid full price of $7.87. As I left the building, my receipt flew away in the wind since they are too cheap to staple the receipt on the bag or too stupid to put it in the bag. When I got home, I ate the fries. When I opened the cod fillet, I was totally surprised. Instead of a cod fillet, I found the bottom half of the bun, with a piece of fish, nothing else. Anyone could clearly see that it was not a complete cod fillet. So, I paid full price for 75% of what I had ordered. If they can't manage their finances without cheating their customers, they should close. read more

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Literally every time my family and I have come there our orders have been screwed up, the food is cold, burgers not cooked all the way through, stale fries, rude managers, and to top it off... they always forget your receipt!!! So when you want a refund or whatever they treat you like crap for not having a receipt. Midvale Culver's is MUCH better service and food quality than this location. read more

We got burgers, fries, and ice cream. We drove from kind of far away and were excited for our food. The burgers were unseasoned and had no flavor. I didn't even finish mine. The fries were nothing special. The frozen custard I was very excited about because I LOVE frozen custard and ice cream. My concrete wasn't mixed properly, so all the flavor was at the top and it was plain custard at the bottom. The plain custard at the bottom was not good. If the custard isn't good by itself, then adding toppings can only mask the bad ice cream, which I found to be true with the top of my concrete. By the time I was done with my meal I was just mad about the mediocre meal for such a high price! The 1 star is for their good customer service. Do yourself a favor and go to Nielsen's Frozen Custard down the street instead. Also high priced, but the food delivers, and the custard is to die for. read more

My family and I were happy to have a burger joint that we could walking to. We have been there twice. The first time we went the burgers and fries were pretty good and the customer service was excellent. Unfortunately I think that this was due to it being within the first week it was open. The second time we went things were very different. The customer service was still good but the food was horrible. You could have looked through the hamburger pattie it was so thin and both the fries and onion rings had so much salt on them they were mostly inedible. We also got a concrete with some mixers and it was no where near the consistency of a concrete. It was more like soft serve ice cream. With all of the burger joints around I doubt we will be back. read more

Worst experience today. We just ordered a shake and a root-beer float. It took 30min and my husband's root beer float was 1/6 ice cream and 5/6 rootbeer. For a regular rootbeer float, they only give one scoop of ice cream. You get more for ordering a small! Will be awhile before I try culvers again. read more

I've been here quite a few times and find that Culver's strikes an excellent balance of variety, quality, and value. Price point is a little higher than larger national chains (mainly because there's no dollar menu) but quality is far superior in my opinion. The burgers are delicious. My family comes away satisfied and everybody seems to be able to find something they like. The décor doesn't necessarily scream latest fashion trend, but part of me sort of enjoys the nostalgic, let-your-hair-down feel. Sometimes the staff seems a little overwhelmed but they usually land on their feet with my order. Oh, and I LOVE the house brand Root Beer, especially the diet. What other non-snobby burger joint has their own root beer and diet root beer on tap? OK, maybe A&W but this is way better. read more

Everything I've eaten here has been great! I do have a complaint however. Their cups for soft drinks are CHEAP. They collapse in your hand just you get the drink full. The tops are in the same class. This is a great place if you want an upgrade from regular fast food. The burgers and chicken are good and the ice cream custard hits the spot. It's always good for big families or groups because of the large seating areas, but it's very busy every time I've been. Culvers is the worst value in ice cream in the valley. My one scoop caramel sundae was just under five bucks. It looked freakishly small even in my wife's tiny hand. I thought I was being "punked." For the same money I can get 50% more frozen yogurt at Menchies. Double the amount of ice cream at Cold Stone, and 4-5 times more ice cream in a regular Iceburg shake. Yes, the frozen custard is tasty but it's not THAT good. I am voting with my dollar and I will never eat there again. read more

Once again, the star staff at culvers got our takeout order incorrect. Today's $34+ meal had numerous errors...no rolls, no onion rings (fries instead), two pieces of fish in the instead of three on one meal, no napkins. Although the fish was good, the continuing screwup by their staff drove the final nail in the coffin. We're done. If management can't train the staff adequately, I see no improvement down the road.
