I can't believe that anyone would rate the Culver's by Costco any less than 4 or 5 stars. I visit at least once a week. And have rarely had anything less than a perfect meal or employees less than among the best. The store is spotless the prices better than other similar restaurants and the quality beyond reproach. I wish other fast food chains could match their attention to find details and congratulations for being rated number one or number two for all hamburger places. To be rated equally to In-N-Out is quite an accomplishment, but since we don't have any on the East Coast, you should take advantage of Culver's and believe me they are more than just hamburgers! read more

We both had butter burgers, fries and onion rings. We sat outside on this beautiful day. They have plenty of tables & chairs. Evan brought us our food and he was very nice. This is probably the first bad experience I've had at Culver's. I eat here all the time and the service is typically perfect--never less than a four-star experience. I'm staying at a hotel nearby and ordered through DoorDash, but my order was completely wrong. The burger and the fries were both incredibly salty. I've never had salty cheese curds before, but these were inedible. Even though I'm in close proximity and the driver got here quickly, the food was a mess. It wasn't crowded when we went, but the cashier was patient with our large order. Since we don't get Culvers ever, we did go all out, and it's handy to go sit at a table instead of standing by the pickup counter. The chicken butter burger and chicken tenders were great for what I expected, both very meaty. I liked being able to select a side, so getting broccoli was nice to give something on the health side. The pretzel bites were unique, nice and soft, and with a delectable cheese dipping sauce. Likewise, the cheese curds were special and little amazing cheesy bites. Despite the overindulgence, I just had to get the custard. It was easy enough to order from the table, which they could then bring over. There is a monthly new flavor, but we tried the turtle sundae, which was overloaded with hot judge and a concrete mixer with great customization. The raspberries and cheesecake bites were amazing! Culvers is my go to when I want a cod sandwich, Bun is soft and fresh, the cod is fried to perfection, and the tartar sauce sets it all off nicely. Even better, if I am in the mood for some sweets, I can grab a concrete mixer to chase it all down. Service is always excellent though you sometimes have a long wait when in the drive thru line, but they keep it orderly and as quick as possible. Ivf you're inside, it's bright and generally pretty clean and everyone treats you nicely. Hate to say it, but it feels like a new version of the old DQs. read more

I want to edit this and leave this update. My wife and I went to this location the young man's name is Gavin or so his name tag says. He's very unprofessional; very rude; very short with customers and the swearing we heard from the employees in the front near the window that the food is given was something we wish we didn't hear. The food was good. We went inside this time and the seating area was filthy. Our table was sticky and there was no lids for the cups available in the drink area. The management or the owner really needs to investigate this and have the employees learn to run a store correct. read more

Ok... Culvers knocked the ball clean out of the park this time! I ordered a Triple Deluxe Bacon Burger with fries and a coke. Burger was perfect... a hard sear on all three patties, a lot of cheese and fresh veggies... and the bun was browned nicely. YUMMY! Fries were good, although the ketchup dispensers were empty, and I had to get a bunch of sticky packets at the counter. This location struggles with prepping the store before opening. I arrived before noon on Sunday and the general vibe is lack of detail in terms of cleanliness. Outside someone spilled chocolate on the garbage can which appeared to be left for several hours. The restroom are just not up to par. The condiment area usually has no mayo...this time someone woke up. I like the convenience of this location but the atmosphere is not pleasing...dirty floors and tables. read more

I'm that weird person who doesnt love fast food. The cheap ingredients usually hurt my stomach and I need my fries to be super super crispy if I have them, and fast food doesn't have a way of making that happen, so I usually avoid it for these reasons. Culver's is a breath of fresh air to me. The ingredients are high quality (compared to other drive thrus), and they offer a variety of non-potato sides. Plus frozen custard. Sign me up. It took me a few visits, but I have finally figured out my perfect burger toppings and my choice of side is almost always the pretzel bites. The staff is always so friendly. Just be warned, they cook to order, so you will have to pull over to a designated spot and wait. But it's worth it. read more

Me and my boyfriend come here after he gets off at night. They always seam to mess something up. I have a very easy order for everything. I always get a single burger with ONLY bacon & ketchup. They like to add cheese every single time. The one time they didn't add cheese there was no ketchup just a plain bacon burger. Price versus size was a problem, doesn't seem like a value to us. Our expensive order was wrong from the start and then took 3 attempts to deliver it. They kept leaving out parts of the meal purchased of each person. I kept having to go back and forth to get them to make good on their promises. I love the walleye sandwich and dinner. The employees have lovely manners and my order is always correct.

I have given this place a lot of chances and they just keep goofing up my order. They have goofed up my order so many times I'm almost certain they're doing it on purpose. It always takes insanely long even compared to other locations, not even fast food at this point. Like minimum 20 minutes. There is always gunk stuck to the box, cups, etc. If I order a shake with toppings they NEVER put the toppings in there. Many times nothing to eat the shake with. The way the burgers are cooked has improved since I first came here, they were not consistent with other locations at first but they seem to be cooked much better now. It seems like the night crew is the problem, I don't think there was any issue with the day crew but I don't think I've eaten here during the day many times. The staff always look super young and the mistakes that they hand me are not even worth complaining to them about. They can see what's on the receipt and what they are giving to me, they just obviously do not CARE they are handing me an incomplete order. It has been so consistent I typically drive all the way to largo if I want to get Culver's. This time I gave them one last chance since it's been some time since I've been there and they did the same thing as usual. They need to totally re-staff. Never been treated so wonderfully by any employee. I was having a splendid night out and ordered a couple milkshakes for myself to end the day, at the Culver's at 8410 Citrus Park in Tampa. When I was given my order by an employee named Max, I asked him which shake was which, and without hesitation Max said, "I'm not entirely sure, but I'll find out for a amazing customer like you!", rushed away, and did everything in his power to find the answer to my question. It was way more than just what was said and done-it's how diligently he worked to satisfy my needs. I was so awestruck that I went inside to talk to the manager and it was obvious that the manager was also an outstanding employee, just like the lovely young man who delivered my order just moments ago. I requested that I speak to the regional manager and insist on giving both these extraordinary workers a significant raise. It was very apparent that the Culver's workforce at this location all need promotions and need to be recognized for their professional and skillful behavior. Entrance to the restaurant has overflowing trash cans. So much trash that it could not have been from today only. Upon going inside the floor was filthy, covered with food, trash, ect. So evidently so, that Evan talked to Max and was giggling as he walked back towards me saying that his employee did nothing wrong and was likely a misunderstanding. Very apparent that Culver's "management" team at this location needs training on how to be a manager and in turn how to address reports of unprofessional and rude behaviours by their employees. Not the way to keep customers in any way. Despite asking several times, the manager Evan wouldn't provide their general managers info or any manager above him for that matter.
