I've now been here twice in one week and I've solidified that I love their Power Bowl with Shrimp. I could eat this every day. We got the kids a steak quesadilla (the normal menu item is the same price as the kids menu item). They ate a little, but didn't love it, which I thought was weird. I ended up eating it for them the next day. Now I know that I should try something different next time. We stopped by on the way home on a Saturday around 6:30 p.m. and there was only one other person in the store. We opted to take it to go and the food was ready pretty quickly. The restaurant is bright and clean with tons of parking. This is one of our go to places if we feel healthy. I'd recommend it to anyone. read more

I walked in to SoFresh & it was very bright & clean. No one was behind the register when I walked in, everyone was in the kitchen making orders. It gave me time to look around and decide what I wanted. I also saw that they have an order kiosk for ordering which makes it convenient to order, when the customer is ready & it also takes a little responsibility off the staff trying to prepare the food. Also , if you order on the app, at the time that I ordered they have a $5 off coupon. Who doesn't like saving money? So I ordered a bowl, a created a custom warm bowl and my order was ready fairly quickly. The bowl was really good, I enjoyed every bit of it. It's nice to know more places are becoming vegetarian/ vegan friendly. The customer service was great, the food was great, the place was nice and organized and they have parking available in front of the restaurant. Good food, but expensive. Most of the food is organic and they take a lot of pride in their food preparations. The prices are not cheap, and there are not many alternatives in the area where you can get fresh vegetables prepared to order. Typical prices are between $15-25 a person and this is still counter service. Since this is a chain, the prices are set. If the people in charge would drop the prices collectively - by a dollar or two - this place would be busier. The food is good, the selection of fresh ingredients is great, and ai have yet to to have a "bad experience". My only concern is the price tag. read more

Every time I order from this location I am never ever disappointed no matter what time of the day it is whether I walk in and order on the kiosk or if I order Uber eats while I'm at the office. I know what I'm receiving will be excellent, fresh and so delicious! Today, while on a quick lunch break I decided to pop in with the coworker to get a a healthy choice. Awesome. Create my own warm bowl and to my surprise there were a few people standing around waiting for their orders as well. Although I found this to be slightly unusual because there's never really a crowd forming at this time of the day, but I assumed we all have the same thing in mind. Nevertheless, I went ahead and placed my order. Shortly after, the cashier made an announcement that they had a very large unexpected order that came in and they were doing their best to fulfill it as well as everyone who was in the lobby. We waited about 30 minutes for our meals. The good thing was we had an option to either cancel the order or wait and we decided to wait because it's that delicious! I want to start off by saying that I'm a huge fan of SoFresh. When I happen to be near USF I'd stop in at the Fowler location occasionally. I was so excited to find out that a SoFresh was opening in Westchase. My first visit the month it opened was decent. My family sat down and we noticed there was a fly problem, but that fly problem got progressively worse on our second and third visit. The second visit we noticed the customer service wasn't that great. The third visit being the worst was unbearable between the non-existent customer service and so many flies! As I was sitting and swatting flies I noticed how dirty the kitchen, tables, drink area and trash area was. The workers just didn't appear to care. I have to say on my first visit, which was the most friendliest of the 3, the owner was present. The third visit he wasn't there, so I thought to myself that he hired the wrong people. I lost my appetite. My husband was so appalled that he wrote his review right afterward in hopes to see some change. I decided to give it a few months before coming back because I really want SoFresh to work out in our neighborhood. I came back for lunch this week and things were a whole lot better. It wasn't squeaky clean, but the mess was reasonable for the number of patrons inside. There were no flies! It also appeared that there were new workers that seemed to understand customer service. I ordered to-go but sat long enough to notice the changes for the good. I did notice that the owner was present, which makes me wonder if when he's gone if everything runs as smoothly. I commend him for being an owner operator and taking care of his business! The only bad thing I can say about my last visit is that I asked for the steak to be cooked medium and it was well done. However my shrimp was cooked to perfection! The food is so good. I know that most of the bowls come with a dressing, but there is so much flavor that I really don't have the need to add dressing to my bowls! I really love SoFresh and I'll be back! I went to this place since I was in the Westchase hood and it wasn't far from Repeal 18. It looked appetizing from other yelpers' reviews. This store is in a plaza and is in a plaza with Publix, but it is perpendicular to it and closer to the Countryway road. I've never been to any SOFresh branch so I skimmed the menu. It basically seems like a Chipotle style system where you chose a bowl or wrap and customize ingredients. I chose the Power Bowl based on the description and ordered zoodles and steak upgrades.I also wanted a soda. First, the soda station is mostly "independent" brands that are similar to regular brands but I was tired and didnt want to experiment too much. I almost had a Wile. E. Coyote moment when trying to use the bathroom as the door blends in with the mural in the back. The cashier was very helpful and the food was brought to my table in 7-8 minutes by another guy. The other young employees were very courteous The steak and the chimichurri sauce that came with the bowl were flavorful. The bowl had a good amount of food and lots of good stuff like raisins, almonds, kale, carrots, but I wasn't really enjoying it as much I should have. The food was cooked well and wasn't bad Maybe I ordered the wrong dish? I usually like elaborate salads and various bowls like poke. The zoodles were just long thin strands of zucchini. In my mind I was expecting it to be a noodle with taste of zucchini. Also, the zoodle upgrade was 2 dollars, and the steak was $3(worth it) but it made the base price of the bowl $16. I appreciate their health conscious aspect , but I think its a bit much. Poke has sushi fish in it so I Can understand that being expensive, but even then that was only $13. When I got a girl's attention to ask what the difference was between the adult and child portion the girl replied with "I don't know, it's whatever it says in the screen." The bowl was about $15 which is a bit high compared to a Poké bowl as another yelper mentioned which offers more variety of vegetables and fresh seafood. The drink has no caffeine and also zero sugar , I thought it would be sweetened with some type of Zevia honey or monk fruit sugars being a healthy establishment, but it was pretty bland meaning I could not taste any flavors of the fruit advertised in the drink which is crimson berry. The fruit bowl is as-is, it's a fruit bowl and that was pretty fresh my son enjoyed that as a healthy on the go snack. I've been back to SoFresh many times since my initial review, and I really love it there. The quality is consistent (consistently delicious), the employees friendly and super convenient. I've tried many of the bowls and salads and they are all super tasty, with fresh, healthy ingredients. Sometimes I dine in (and enjoy a little froyo after my meal), and sometimes I take it back to the office, and everyone sniffs around and tries to figure out what smells so good! My current favorite is the Power Bowl (with no slaw due to my allergy). The BBQ bowl is also amazing. Here is how I look at it, you could spend 8-10 bucks at McD's for some plastic food, or you could spend 9-12 bucks on fast, healthy food. I haven't had McD's once since I started going to SoFresh. I am truly grateful to have this place in my neighborhood, it makes keeping healthy a breeze. And so very yummy! read more

Ordered the Veggie Arap which consisted of sweet potatoes, chick peas, kale slaw, spinach and their homemade tzatziki sauce. I dined in so the approx wait from order to serve was about 8-10 minutes. There were no other customers there waiting. The wrap came out hot and the taste was clean and fresh. I saw all the ingredients which made up the wrap right from the jump. Can't remember tasting such a wrap full of flavor and such a crisp taste. The serving size was pretty decent measure from about the top of my middle finger down to where I would wear my watch on my wrist.
