The staff have never been anything but friendly, and they do take care of the inside as well. It's always been clean and tidy anytime I've been inside. A&W isn't the cheapest fast food option, but it also feels like a step above traditional fast food and the portions are typically reflective of the price. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can get backed up at times. It's certainly not the quickest place I've ever been. So just keep that in mind if you're planning on the drive thru. With 4 people being served, you would think they would get the fries right? They were over seasoned on everyone's plate, horribly over seasoned. Now when it comes to food, I never send anything back and i don't say anything because we might not be done with ordering. I have the biggest fear about retaliation. You hear the stories from someone you know, of possibly something being a little sketchy when food is reordered or it comes back out, so I just don't do it. I have been here before and it is pretty much the same as I remember it. The staff being great, but the food just being not worth it. The funny thing is it's the Chef's name is on the door when you come in the building. If I was him, I'd be a little embarrassed that his cooking staff can't do a medium burger and do some retraining.
