I ordered their small hamburger meal with small fry and drink with a single cup chocolate custard. They got the ice cream right away which I promptly gave to my son and husband outside, I then had to weight for my food, shouldn't take long as I was the only person weighting and the drive-up had about two cars.. so I stood there.. watching the teen workers flirting and messing around, wasn't a big deal until I saw my food come up... and they were so busy flirting they just ignored the food and the fact that I was standing right there! So finally one of the teens got my food.. disappointment soon followed.. the food was not worth the weight and when i was finished I had no were to throw out my food as the trash was overflowing - underwhelming experience. read more

This place has been steadily going downhill for years. It's slogan is, "Welcome to Delicious" and while the pictures do look delicious, the food itself often fails to deliver. I've stopped ordering the salads because of wilted and slimy lettuce, rubbery chicken, and spoiled tomatoes. The burgers have become paper thin and flavorless. This last straw was this chicken sandwich. It's disappointing. They used to be an elevated version of fast food but now, I can find better eats at a gas station. read more

Intrigued by Culver's advertising for their cold pristine North Atlantic cod fish sandwich, we tried them. The basket with fries and a drink was $8.50. The sandwich was absolutely tasteless. Hot I'll grant you, but with no flavor whatsoever. Even when we smeared tartar sauce on them at home they were, like, inert.The fries very ordinary. We go here basically every week. Our food has always been served super fast, and been consistently awesome. I don't recommend getting the fish sandwich as I found it absolutely bland, but the crispy chicken sandwich is the best ever and I've had more than I care to admit. I approach rating restaurants based on eclectic culinary classes: As far as I'm concerned this is one of the best burger joints around. I consider them to be a step above places like A&W, Hudson's and Wendy's. Two steps above McDonald's, Burger King and Hardee's. I consider their burgers to be very good. They have a good variety of other similar fare, e.g. fish fry and onion rings. I am a fan of Patty Melt sandwiches. I really like theirs. Fairly fast service; they give you a number and bring the order to your table. Clean, fairly spacious, well-lit. I am not a big fan of frozen custard; theirs is good. read more

I've eaten at many Culver's restaurants throughout the state. But this particular one was the one that sent me off. The cashier seemed like he didn't want to be there. I was greeted with a huff and he asked me quickly what I wanted to order. I ordered a butter burger with the works with fries and a drink. When I received my food, it was a plain burger. I brought the burger back to have condiments, tomatoes, and lettuce put on it. He said he was going to charge me extra because I didn't let him know when I ordered. I told him I don't care for being charged extra, I wanted to have the items added. He spent a long time in the back, talking to his friends and never came back. I took the burger back to my seat and ate the plain burger. I left my tray, trash, soda on the table then walked out. I also emailed the company of the situation. All they said was "If you didn't want a plain burger, why didn't you ask them to put the items on for you?". Blah. This is why I don't Culver's anymore. Besides, a Whopper tastes so much better and I can have it my way. read more

I L-O-V-E Culvers, however, this one tends to fall a little short. The burgers just don't seem as juicy and delicious as other locations and I'm just not sure why. We go back because it's the most convenient Culvers for us, but we certainly wish it didn't fall shot compared to others. read more

Then after we ordered I literally watched her move at the speed of a damn snail. I stop here quite often, since it is on my way to school. The food here tastes very fresh. The workers seem to be very happy, and also, they will sometimes come around and pick up my tray for me. They are always asking me how my food is, and if they could get me anything else. It is very friendly, and the atmosphere is excellent. read more

I have had many great experiences with Culver's in the past. This Culver's however failed to meet the company standard. Where other franchises serve fast food this restaurant just serves food. The time we waited for poorly put together food and soupy half filled ice cream was equivalent to that of a respectable sit down restaurant. When our food finally came the lady rudely slapped it on the table without saying a word. I will never come to the Culver's again. read more
