Culver is a great family friendly place with a clean atmosphere. I like Culver but I had to divorce them due to them taken that good fried chicken off the menu. What the heck was yall thinking who turned vegan at Culvers... LOL But they still have other good food items. The grease, I mean BUTTER BURGERS are awesome the FRESH FROZEN CUSTARD is great if you like the stuff, they took fried chicken off the menu but they still have a conspiracy theory PREMIUM CHICKEN sandwiches that is fabulous. LOL They also have fries and other cool food items. Go check them out. And if you see chickens walking around on the outside tell them to report to the Culver's kitchen. LOL. read more

Unclean indoors and it needs to be aired out. The grease needs to be changed more often and the fish needs to be cooked longer to prevent food poisoning/illness. Slimy fish? No thanks. Culver's is generally a safe bet. Great mushroom swiss burgers. Crinkle cut fries and frozen custard. The cheese curds and sweet tea are the variables. Up north and the sweet tea is lacking as usual. They forgot to add sugar until you make it to the south. All the fried goods were either over cooked or the grease/oil needs to be changed. Very dark and hard. Burgers were great as always! For fast food, you usually get decent service at this chain and this one was no exception. read more

Friends in town and they never had been to Culver's before, so we went. Hamburgers were greasy and bun had hard parts. My pork tenderloin was also greasy. Again we had to pay extra for tomatoes on sandwiches. The only positive here were their crinkle cut fries. They were good. Me and my friends were disappointed overall with our visit. read more

This is my favorite place to eat! The tables sometimes might have like a couple crumbs on them but other than that they have amazing food to eat and their service is very fast and the food is nice and fresh. Love Culver's in Wentzville. Manager Kayleigh is amazing. The employees are always polite. Food is always fresh and hot. Inside is always clean. Love the custard!!! The owners should be proud of the staff they have and how well they keep it neat and clean!! One of my biggest things is even the younger employees are always pleasant and helping!!! Best fast food burger that exists. Always friendly people. A little more expensive than other fast food joints but I'll gladly pay the extra $1 to have a clean place to sit and competent employees. Think Chik Fil A for hamburgers. read more

Twice in the last month we had issues when eating at the Wentzville Culver's. Both times we did the online survey and described the problems, both times the manager called us and apologized for the problems. Both times she said she would mail us coupons for our trouble. Been there three times in the the last 3Months,needless to say my order was screwed up all three times,all using drive thru,always with missing food or wrong food,once I went back to get the right order,and had to wait while it was corrected a again, The last time was the finally draw,paid over $20 got home and was missing a burger,I called them they remade the order went back and got it and it was all cold, I 've got better things to do then drive back and forth to a resturant with poor service, plenty of other places to eat in Wentzville,this one doesn't deliver what is advertised on tv,no thanks Jim S read more

Horrible service, I placed an order in the drive thru. When I recieved my order I noticed it didn't have any fries in the bag. I went inside to get my large fries that I ordered and was asked to show my receipt. The lady behind the counter told me they did not charge me for large fries and that she would only give me a regular fry. Odd but ok that's fine. When I got home I realized that this was not the burger that I ordered, frustrated I called the number on the receipt it went to a voicemail that was full! I called cooperate who told me that they would have someone from the store contact me. That was a month ago And I have never heard from them. Needless to say I will not go there again. read more

Culver's is a fast food restaurant and so I only hold them to the standards of the catagory. Why am I paying more at this restaurant than its competitors if they serve subpar product. They used to have good product and service to the point that it set themselves apart from others. This is no more. Say you want to order the special sandwich as offered on their website. Well their answer is sorry we are out. Try to speak to the staff up front and you might as well try cracking the obscure language of some tribe on the upper Amazon. You will get about as much verbal response either way. Marketing strategy number 76, load your service staff with barely functional introverts. The restaurant is not filthy but it does smell like a fryer that has some antique grease still in use. Kind of like a deep fried unwashed grandmother who is still wearing soiled depends undergarments. My wife claims it's more like the smell of fried old carpet but I'll let you decide if brave enough ye be to travel this dark road of a restaurant. In the end it was still just a disappointing experience that is only made more tragic by the low expectations they had to meet. read more
