It's your average Culver's but the service was great and the place is clean. I don't have a Culver's where I live so it was a treat for me.

I stopped at the Yorkville Culver's for a turtle sundae and was given the smallest two scoop sundae I have ever seen. Everything from the custard to the hot fudge to the caramel was WAY too small for the $8.40 I paid for it. The entire sundae didn't fill half the plastic cup. I was told it looked small because the hot fudge had melted some of the custard. Surprising since it was 16° out and only two minutes had lapsed between the time I ordered and the time I got the sundae. I won't be visiting this particular location again! read more

Where do I start? I was already upset in the drive through because of the kids that were working tonight, when I asked for extra toppings and sauces on all my Sunday's. Very clean place. The gentleman that took my order was very respectful and pleasant. I ordered the curd burger. It was very cheesy and the build of it was spot on. As far as the flavor it was ok. I don't know what happened to this place but I've given my last chance. All we got was a strawberry sundae and a Mixer. We had to pull around with all the other cars waiting, and there were a lot. 15 minutes later we got our stuff and it was basically liquid. What happened to this place?!?!? This culver's hit the spot! Stopped in on a thursday afternoon for dinner. The person who served us was really nice and the joint was very clean. He did mess up our order but only because of a miscommunication. He was very apologetic and made the correct order. The food was very delicious! The butter burger was the best. Something happened there. Drive through used to be fast and efficient. Went the other night and the entire front parking lot filled up with people waiting for their orders. They kept taking the orders and filling none of them. This is the third time in a row we had to wait over 15 minutes to get our food. We will go to Sugar Grove or Oswego in the future. We frequent this culvers often but this time horrible experience. My son bit into his burger only to get a mouthful of a piece of plastic. Thankfully he noticed and spit it out. So disappointed in the Yorkville Culvers. Called on April 29th regarding a large ice cream order for a local school. Tom was kind enough to offer us a price of $1.00 per scoop/cup, and said to call day before we needed them. Called today (May 20th) at 1:30 and was told by manager Shawn that his general manager would need to verify this information with Tom as no note was left and would call me "right" back. An hour later, I called to follow up and spoke with Ben who was incredibly rude and offensive. I explained that I simply needed to know so I could prepare other options as we needed this in less than 24hrs. He informed me that "WE are doing YOU a favor. It is the owner's discretion and we don't need to do anything for you". Reassured me that he would call me as soon as he heard from Tom either way. Have yet to receive a returned call. Will no longer dine at this location, and will share experience with friends, family and associates. read more

I truly truly truly love everything at Culver's. Everything & anything for their menu selection is top notch. From burgers to custard you're covered. The added benefit to this specific location is that they're speedy with orders & everything is always accurate! Sometimes depending on what you're ordering it can get quite pricey in comparison to other fast food chains. But nothing beats getting a burger & cheese curd, you wont be saddened by what you receive! A must go for anybody! read more

I really enjoy this Culver's, it's a great stop that's open pretty late for some good food and late night Ice cream runs! I love just the regular Reese's concrete mixer and the chicken sandwiches and if of course the cheese curds! My favorite part about it as they saved me money by letting me switch the fries with my chicken sandwich for cheese curds! This way I didn't have to order extra. But I won't lie the food did take longer than expected to come to the table, my cheese curds weren't the hottest and my bun was a little dry in my chicken sandwich. But that's no worry when I got money saved and they treated me really well for a "fast food" place. I will continue to come to this Culver's location! read more

Culvers is almost as savory as Portillos. You never know what you have until it's gone and me living in upstate New York and being away from the food I enjoy makes it that much more enjoyable. I find it difficult to make up my mind on the menu at Culvers because it's all so good. But my favorite thing I like to get is the sourdough burger and a concrete mixer. The mini is plenty of sweetness. Since it isn't offered anywhere else, the Wisconsin cheese curds are a must. The best way to describe them would be bite-sized mozzarella cheese sticks. read more

My first visit at Culvers. Apparently, they were having an off day. I ordered a single burger with no cheese and a side salad and drink. I received a double burger with cheese and was charged for a double burger. The salad was wilted lettuce with no salad dressing and no fork to eat it with. Later, I ordered a single scoop of ice cream and again he rang it up as a double scoop. This time I was watching him and told him I ordered a single. The ice cream was good but for the amount of money I paid, I could have gone to another restaurant and got a much better meal. Culver's. Kids eat free on Mondays. Custard is alway delish. Fries are always hot and crunchy. Friendly staff. Probably the one and only fast food I will actually eat. Also, they have gluten free buns for their burgers which is a GAME CHANGER for me. No other fast food place offers that. And they are actually good! No complaints here! read more

This culvers is allways clean, they participate in many school fundraisers in the community, and the frozen custard is yummy, if you get a turtle sundae they are very generous with the whole pecans. They have very good chicken tenders and chili cheese fries. We have taken our kids for a kids eat free night (some weeknight i forget which) and they had a really great balloon artist. For a fast food restaurant this culvers is as good as you can get. read more

I bought $40 worth of food tonight during a storm and they didnt give us our complete order and we did not notice until we were home. We went back after the storm to have them correct it and they required us to bring back ALL the food so they would give us a sandwich. Since this is a chain, I always expect the same good quality that Culvers is known for. This is not the case at this store when it comes the ice cream (which is what my wife and I usually go there for). Let me say firstly, we go there almost every single week for a sweet treat. We noticed that the custard was waxy and had (what we think) was ice particles in it. We called to mention this, and they comp'd us our next 2 deserts. Next time out, we had the same experience. We werent happy and called yet again. They said they'd check their machines. Next visit out, SAME EXACT EXPERIENCE. At this point my wife and I were fed up with the quality at the Yorkville store, so we drove to the Oswego Culvers and bought the same deserts. Surprise, surprise, it was perfect. All I can imagine is that the Yorkville store is doing something wrong with their machines causing it to build up that wax that we are tasting. Since we dont want to drive all the way to Oswego everytime we want custard, weve just given up on this location, and skip our weekly treat :( read more

I like the owners of this Culvers, but the kids working there need better training. The last time we were there, we were charged for substituting a different cheese on the Strawberry Fields Salad. Tonight we went in for the Flavor of the Day: Turtle. The picture of the dish shows the scoop of ice cream mounded above the top of the dish. Our sundaes filled the dish about 1/2 full. Kind of skimpy for $2.39. Mine was free though, because I did the survey. I couldn't do a survey this time, because I didn't get a receipt. Guess I will go elsewhere for a while. read more
