Worst Wendy's experience ever. These idiots didn't even acknowledge our existence. We were in a hurry and saw the drive through was slammed. We decided to go in to jump the line. Apparently that tactic doesn't work if you're a horribly run restaurant. The morons behind the counter kept servicing the drive through and didn't even say "hello" or "we'll be with you in a moment." One idiot walked right past us to carry out food to a waiting car. She then came back in and walked right past us again. At some point, these people need to realize that just because you have cars in the drive through, it doesn't mean they've been there forever let alone before your restaurant customers. Completely disrespectful. read more

I like this location. They are nice and efficient and I always get fresh ingredients. I recently tried the takis chicken sandwich and although it looks very diff from the pic, it was super good;) I would recommend this Wendy's. read more

If I could give a negative star i would. The service was horrible, over 25 minutes to receive our order. There were 9 people working and the hygiene of the employees was questionable. The staff at this location could barely do their simple, minimum wage, fast food job. I was waiting for service at the counter mid-day in the fully staffed Wendy's for over 10 minutes. When I was finally helped, the staff was beyond rude and quite literally laughed in my face. If there was a way i could give 0 stars i would. The employees that ive seen countless times act like they just started and struggle to get an frosty order right. Especially which i paid EXTRA for an added puree. I had asked for a regular base flavor and received the strawberry popfart frosty. I completely dislike poptarts so this upset me. We ordered on the app because it's always very slow in the drive thru here. Well it's even slower to order on the app than it is in the drive thru. First they gave us the wrong order and took it back and then gave it to someone else after we looked through the bag. Then we had to wait 20 minutes while they took care of the long drive thru line before they gave us our order. Never using the app again. read more

Worst customer service ever!!! We got to the drive through and asked for more time, when we're ready I called the girl twice no answer... we thought she couldn't hear us so my husband said hello a little louder. Apparently she thought we yelled at her. Very rudely answered give me a minute! We got to the window and my husband was to far from the window to reach for our things so he backed up and got closer. Apparently we took to long and she slammed the door shut. We waited for a few minutes and my husband tapped on the window. The workers are beyond rude and inconsiderate. My friends and I came into the dining room at 11:15 to order food. When we walked in a woman said "They actually just fu**ing walked in here?" Wow. Also when we left at 11:30, they locked the doors after we walked out. The dining room closes at midnight. Another customer tried to go in and we warned the man that they locked the doors because they were mad. Maybe find another job if you don't like working at a place that YOU KNOW closes at 2 am. Got the Orange Dreamsicle frosty at Wendy's. Not bad, pretty good, especially when you use the app and get a free burger with it. The junior bacon cheese burger itself was 'ok', especially if it's $3 and some change, but for free, I guess I can't complain too much. Employees didn't have great communication and did not hear them greet any guests, and didn't really seem to know what was happening even though there was atleast 6 people standing right in the front working together, to do a whole lot of nothing (standing and breathing), super slow both in service and customers at the time of my encounter. read more

This place is just stupid. The orders are almost always wrong and the place is just dirty with tons and tons of flies. The food is awful, being served cold burgers and lukewarm fries, and on top of that, (Not being racist or anything), most of the employees working there don't have the best understanding of English. I tried ordering an extra drink, which she didn't understand, didn't put it on the order and on top of that, started yelling at me that I only ordered 3. Also, we ordered a to go order. They set it up as a for here order. When I told them, the guy gave me a mean look and instead of normally putting the food into the bag, he just tossed everything into the bag without even caring. We were also told by another person there, that the coupon deal that Wendy's is supporting, they are not allowing you to redeem those coupons. They will just yell at you that no, you can't. I ordered food at the drive through,took a long time for 2 biggie bags which were prepared incorrectly. Also the man bringing the food to my car held the bag extra far so i had to reach extra far. I came back with the wrong sandwiches and they gave me another one that was wrong. Its cool playing games,must be the glasses that made me a target. Very rude staff. I just went by to order a couple drinks (lime coke and strawberry dr pepper), and when I came to the second window the dr pepper was a sprite. I informed the hispanic woman with winged eyeliner working it was a Dr pepper and she replied with "No" and nothing else. All I expect is a little respect and obviously she has none. read more

Every time we go through the drive thru they forget to give us fries that go with the meal. Normally I have to park and go in and ask for the fries. Last night we forgot to check the bags and half way home realized again no fries and they forgot the drink. I blame myself a little too on that one but still we ordered 1 meal and 2 other side items.
