I would give 0 if possible. Employees give so little meat you would think it's coming out of their paychecks. Ask for a double and the second scoop is gonna be about 1/4 the size of your first scoop which merely held a piece or two of meat to begin with. every single time I do a pickup order the service and food is terrible. when I picked up my bowl last night I quite literally saw the bottom. it was the smallest portion I have ever gotten from a fast food place. then, when I took a bite the rice was hard and crunchy like it was only halfway cooked. I want to preface by saying I am not a Chipotle person, I haven't had Chipotle since they came out with the Sofritas (tried it once, haven't been back since until today) but for some reason I had a really strong craving for a chipotle burrito and their chips/guac lol. I decided to go to this new location instead of the one in Oswego since it's a little closer, new, and they also have the drive-thru mobile pickup window which is a huge plus for people with anxiety like me. I can't speak on the interior since I went through the drive thru, but the girls working were delightful. My order was being finished when I got to the window and I had a 5 minute drive home. I was kind of surprised when I took my burrito out and it was cold. Taste wise, it's a chipotle burrito. I don't know why I was specifically craving this but it's really nothing special. The chips on the other hand which are normally fool proof were either burnt black or greasy to the touch. Weird experience food wise, I won't be back since again, I'm not a chipotle person, but the staff there was incredibly nice. read more

The employees at this chipotle are horrible. Do they even have managers at this establishment? Everyone just seems to be doing whatever they want, arguing with each other, or on their phones. I couldn't even get an acknowledgment when I walked in for a few minutes. The lady at the register talks in a whisper where you can't even understand her. Then gets mad when you tell her she rang you up for something you didn't want because "I asked you if you wanted it and said yes". No one can hear you!! Definitely not the right person to be running a register. The place is also just dirty and the food is just so-so. There's times where it's decent and other times where it's not even warm. They really need to get this place in shape. read more

I would like to leave a ZERO. As an over the road trucker I have visited Chipotle all over in the USA and I live near this location and it is by far the worst. They have children working that have no customer service experience and that says a lot about the management. If you are looking to spend a lot of money with minimum food and bad customer service this is the place to shop. Pass this location and save yourself the hassl. read more

My family and I have Chipotle fairly often. We were excited when this Yorkville location opened. This is our third attempt to give this location a chance. Our dinner tonight (ordered through GrubHub) had something wrong with everyone's order. Wrong rice. Meat on a vegetarian bowl. Missing chicken on another. The tortilla in the quesadilla was stale. Some of our chips were burnt to the point of blackness. Definitely not worth the price. We will stick with the Oswego location where they work like professionals and get our orders right every time. read more

I'm extremely disappointed in the service we received tonight. One bowl had about 1/2 the amount then the other and they both had the same stuff inside. Then we got to the check out and asked for chips. We were told they were out of chips, which we understand they are busy and we decided to get a side of tortillas instead. It wasn't until after we sat down and saw an employee sitting there and eating a bag of chips. It's one thing to be out because of business, but it's another to let an employee take a bag when supplies are low. We also saw several people check out after us that were offered the small bags because that's all they had left. Don't straight up lie to customers faces. My boyfriend and I enjoy eating at Chipotle and have never had an experience so disrespectful and rude. Safe to say we should have just gone to the one in Oswego. read more

First thing the parking lot sucks people are going the wrong way and couldn't get out it was a cluster F***. Second we went in to order and after standing in line for about 10 min they said they only take on line orders. We wanted to eat there and they have in door dining but they would not let anyone in line order at the counter. We we're all told you have to order on line. Third if I want to go into a restaurant I should be able to order there not on line. If this restaurant is going to be on line only and I have to wait over an hour, that's how busy they were inside, that did not include all the cars in line outside to go thru the drive thru. I will never go back there. I'll go to a chipotle that you can actually go in, pick out your food and eat there. This place will never survive doing business the way they are right now. I would give zero stars but that's not an option. I'm totally disappointed. read more

We ordered food on the Chipotle app for pickup at 7:10pm. When my husband arrived they couldn't find our order and assumed I placed my order in Oswego. My husband showed them the confirmation email confirming it was in Yorkville and they still asked him several times if he was sure. Then they left him sitting in the car trying to figure out the issue. Finally after waiting 10 minutes they told him the computer had to be rebooted so they didn't receive our order and we're preparing it now. Once home we realized our orders were wrong and there were a few pieces of chicken on our chicken burrito bowls!! This is not the 1st time we have had issues but today was the worst. They insinuante my husband was lying!! They had several employees ask if he was sure he ordered in Yorkville! What really upset me was that we had confirmation and they still didn't believe him nor did they get our order right! We are not returning there again. read more
