When she asked for paper towels to help hold the key without getting stuff off her hands, the lady who was in a bitchy mood and said she could get them outside. My wife noticed there were paper towels behind the woman and after grabbing the key she again asked so she wouldn't get stuff on the door handle leaving. The lady goes "As I said before, there are paper towels outside."
