On my most recent visit, I asked if they could help replace the battery in my Volvo key fob, which wasn't working. I handed it directly to the person at the front desk. It wasn't damaged--just likely had a dead battery. But when they returned it to me, not only was the battery still dead, but the entire key fob was broken. I later had it inspected at a Volvo dealership, and they confirmed the internal components were cracked and beyond repair. The replacement cost? $850. I emailed the shop to explain everything and got no response at all. When I followed up by phone, I was told, "Well, we tried to help you," instead of taking any responsibility. No apology. No accountability. And frankly, no care. As someone who had been a repeat customer, I expected better. If your vehicle has a specialized or sensitive key fob--especially a Volvo--I highly suggest you go somewhere else. They clearly weren't qualified to handle it, and now I'm left with an expensive problem and zero support.

Filing a small claims case against the owner after refusal to reimburse my $819. I took it to a different shop that Audi Atlanta recommended me to and they charged me the correct price of $754. The headlight bulb wasn't even blown, just needed a new ballast.
