I love Korean food; and I love going to cup bop, it's very fast and convenient. When they opened one up in Roy I was excited. I have been so many times I can't remember. But always the staff are very friendly, and enthusiastic and helpful. They are very fast in taking my order; and always ask the best questions to make sure it's something that I want or want to try. The restaurant is always mopped and cleaned every time I come and it always smells fresh and clean. I appreciate that so much, The only reason why I am giving this place a 4 is because they put very little about it meat, and that's not the staffs fault, corporate has told them how much to put; but if we are paying for food, we should get enough, they pack the noodles and rice on there they should pack some meat as well. Regardless, I love this place and the different taste and flavors and kids of bowls they have are fantastic. If you're in the area come by and check them out!

Gift cards to be purchased for fam and friends. I like how cute they are!

Newest store to open and it's been super busy from day one. It's smaller and every table was occupied. Drive through wasn't open but no biggie. Parking is never gonna be an issue as it shares the lot with WinCo groceries. Employees were friendly and professional considering the phone was ringing on top of a full house.

    RAW chicken
    Natasha B.

Just stopped by to try this new spot... The flavor was great, but then noticed that the chicken was raw and not fully cooked. We went back to return food and request refund, and the manager said "oh snap" with no apology whatsoever. He issued us a refund, but wow, how disappointing that the manager himself did not even care that I took a bite of RAW CHICKEN and potentially could get sick! All he said was "oh snap, and yeah I know I'm going to find out what's going on." We witnessed him frying and preparing the food from the drive thru window. This is a huge health concern to not temp food and make sure it's safe before serving to the customer. Will not be returning, especially due to the terrible customer service.

    Worlds worse k dawg

This k dawg took 20 minutes to make it came out as a big ball of under cook dough.. probabaly would have taken longer had I not asked. It had been sitting there for awhile as it was not hot. They didn't have rice noodles etc. only one kid there was helpful but I didn't catch his name young blonde wavy haired kid. I won't be going back to this location until they figure out how to get it together.

Spent $60 and our bowls are half empty. They used to fill the bowl and now they're the size of the kids bop. I used to recommend them.

Used to fill the bowl now it's barely half full. I like the food but $60 and I'm still hungry is ridiculous.

This location is bad. Put three pieces of meat in our cup. I asked they be made "sloppy," it was in fact not sloppy.

Strike 3 your out Roy cupbop. Service is slow, food was wrong order, scrimp on the cold portion. Management should retrain the workers.

From Yelp reviews, we started the gastronomic adventure with lunch at Pad Thai. After a pleasant meal, I inquired as to where I could locate an Asian grocery store. The lovely lady tending us directed us to Z World Express. It took a couple of passes up and down Main street looking at both ends of the RV lot we were directed to look for before spying the brick building with red white and blue sign. Not much to see from the outside, no hint that groceries are there, but on inside, jackpot!! This place is packed floor to ceiling with tiny aisles you have to squeeze through. There is a nice representation of Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, and some Indian selections. There are several chest freezers filled with a plethora of frozen seafood. The back wall is a bank of coolers with a nice selection of fresh veggies, Fresh Pho Noodles, and other tasy treats. I picked up Tom Yum soup base, Masaman Curry Paste, coconut cream, Thai Tea, instant Pho broth, Mabo Tofu sauce and a nice selection of snacks. Prices are actually a little less than what I am used to paying in Seattle, another nice bonus. The owners were very engaging and very helpful. They directed us to Best Teriyaki for a Korean fix, which turned out to be spot on. Good service, excellent selection of foods, definitely a hidden gem

Karaage Chicken was a hit (sorry for the poor photo, my boys attacked this voraciously, so there was a lot more in the dish than in the photo. Needless to say they recommend it.) It is about a two-hour trip on transit each way for me to get here, but since I had the day off, I wanted to make the journey specifically to visit this location and walk around the area. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I walked in right when they opened at 11:00 AM. Despite being one of only two tables in the entire, huge restaurant, the service was chaotic and aggressive. The staff was openly arguing and yelling at each other across the kitchen and floor because they couldn't remember what was on the specific ramen I ordered--which is wild considering the menu only has about 10 options. The food itself fell totally flat. They warned me the broth wasn't fully ready/hot when I ordered, but even when it arrived, it was lukewarm. It was steaming, but nowhere near the piping-hot temperature required for a good bowl of ramen. Worse, the spinach in the bowl was incredibly gritty, meaning the kitchen didn't even bother to wash it properly. To top it off, I was completely rushed out the door. I was asked if I needed a fork for my soup (which happens every time), and while I was actively eating with a quarter of my bowl still left, the waitress interrupted to ask if I wanted dessert. When I shook my head because my mouth was full, she just said she'd be right back and slapped the check on my table. It was barely 11:30 AM and the restaurant was empty--there was zero reason to push me out. Frankly, this was unacceptable. I'll probably stick exclusively to the Farmington location from now on, even though the service there isn't great either. At least the kitchen staff there doesn't treat paying customers to a live workplace argument.
