My husband and I went to Cupertinos for a quick breakfast this week on the way to go shopping in Short Pump. I got an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion and my husband got a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Both of our sandwiches were really tasty. My husband thought his was a little on the small side but he did like his. The service was really fast. Probably within less than five minutes after sitting down at a table, our food was out. I had 2 plain with butter and grape jelly, we had a sesame with butter and grape jelly and then 2 everythings - one with blueberry cream cheese and one with plain cream cheese. I wouldn't have minded paying for the cream cheese had I received a way better response from this guy. I wish I had known about this bagel shop earlier! After 25 years living in Richmond, I found a nice little local bagel shop that's conveniently located in the West End. There are plenty of parking spots since it is located inside of a shopping center. I was afraid that they'd be completely out of bagels since we went in 10 minutes before they closed. To my surprise, they still had a lot left and they were so kind even though we went right before they closed for the day. They even asked if we wanted to dine in, but I didn't want to overstay since they were about to close. The bagels were good! I wish that it was just a little more toasted, but it was still fantastic.
