This little coffee spot was just across the road from the hotel and I'm not one to pass up trying new coffee shops. I did have difficulty finding the door since they apparently had an issue and one glass door was covered by wood and the other had a padlock on it. The padlock door was the one you used but that was not immediately apparent. Regardless I figured it out and got in. It's a nice open and airy space with lots of tables and some seating. There appeared to be only two people working which proved to be an issue. They had a nice selection of breakfast items including donuts, oatmeal, yogurt, and chocolate pastries. The coffee selection was nice and they seemed knowledgeable about the specials. My friend asked about the yogurt and was told it was not Greek yogurt to her delight (spoiler alert it was) and she got that and the latte special. I got the special, OJ and a pastry. They gave me my OJ and we sat down to wait for the coffee and the warmed pastry. We chatted and waited. Her coffee came and then mine but no pastry so I reminded them. They had never taken it out of the microwave! anyway... the pastry was actually amazing. Cherry danish for the win. The coffee drink was so-so. I like mine sweeter and I didn't taste the honey. Despite all of the delays I really thought they had a nice place and the food and drinks were good. I would go back.

In town for a conference, and stopped here for lunch. Had the chicken salad sandwich, which was one of the best I have ever had. They spread the chicken on both pieces of lightly toasted bread, then fill the middle with spring mix lettuce, generously sliced tomatoes, and delicious pickled red onions. Hearty without being heavy! The staff were friendly and helpful; I was trying to choose between items and the counter staff recommended the chicken salad, and I am so glad I asked. The interior has plenty of seating and tables, and they also have a small outdoor patio. Cupla is worthy of your time and cash!

My latte was delicious. The breakfast sandwich was also good, though greasyna d it was missing the greens promiswd on the menu. Service was good. Beautiful, welcoming space.

Every time I've walked past this spot, it's been busy, so I finally stopped in to see what the hype was about. No surprise, it was still busy, but thankfully there's plenty of seating, which makes it a solid place get some work done. I kept it simple with an iced Americano; smooth, strong, and exactly what I needed. The dessert selection wasn't anything to rave about. Overall ambiance is nice; comfortable, lively. That said, prices felt a little steep for what you get compared to other coffee shops nearby. Overall, a good café for coffee and productivity, just maybe not the best bang for your buck.

    Beautiful pastry selection.

This is a charming, comfortable coffee shop with absolutely beautiful pastries and a better than average breakfast and lunch menu. Lines can get long because the place is popular. The coffee drinks were delicious. The donuts and bagels are fresh. I would have loved to have tried one of their breakfast or lunch creations but those will have to wait until the next time. As far as I can tell, it's street parking only. But this is good coffee and very good food options in an inviting spot. The high reviews are warranted.

The Lox was soooo good, I really love the ambiance of this coffee shop as well! The baristas had a great attitude even when it's busy. Definitely must try!

The place is super cute! The fall specials were great, I got the maple nut latte and 10/10 recommend. They also have a bunch of books, board games and cards. The coffee was done quickly and was really good! Would definitely come back !

Had a great cold brew here with oatmilk and crème brulee syrup! Several of my friends got different coffees and raved about theirs too. One also had the overnight oats several mornings in a row and said they were delicious. The donuts came in some flavors that weren't the norm and looked great!

Loooove that they made specials for the Young Living convention with their essential oils! Was such a hard choice because several sounded fantastic but I went with the Frankincense Mocha with almond milk which was fantastic. Perfect chocolatey goodness with just a hint of the grounding Frankincense eo. My next choice would've been the Orange Cardamom Latte. Maybe next time!

Food quality: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Cleanliness: 4/5 Value: 5/5 First time trying Cupla Coffee and overall, it was a good experience. I stopped by on a Saturday morning and it was fair busy, but the wait to order wasn't too bad. The staff was nice and the coffee came out quickly, but my only complaint was that the tables were not being bussed in between customers. There were several tables that were not cleaned and you could see several customers wiping down their own tables from the previous customer. The trash was also overflowing too and there is some room for improvement there. Other than that, the pricing was fair and the coffee was great.

The interior is a bit eclectic. There's a lot going on, but none of it really matches. There's a fun game shelf to play while you enjoy your treats. The coffee is pretty good, and a popular item of course. But I think everyone was eating the donuts! They're cake donuts so not my thing, but they were fresh. It's a run of the mill coffee shop, good proximity to hotels downtown, but nothing overly special.

I wish there was an option to give 3.5 stars. The overall aesthetic of the shop is absolutely beautiful and very inviting. I also appreciate its central location; it's conveniently walkable from many spots downtown. That said, I'd have to agree with a previous reviewer.. in regard to the matcha. I had a pistachio matcha and was a bit bland and didn't quite meet expectations. Still, the atmosphere and location make it worth visiting, and I look forward to trying other items on the menu.

The Food and the cappuccino are good but poor service and they charge you an additional fee when you pay by card.

We were quoted a 10-15 minute wait despite there being multiple open tables everywhere, which already set the tone. The person at the front also seemed like greeting guests was a personal inconvenience. Not exactly the warm welcome you'd expect from a place trying this hard to look aesthetic. To make things worse, several pastries sitting in the front display were visibly burnt. Not "artisan charred" -- just burnt. The pastries we ordered were actually good, which makes the rest of the menu even more disappointing. We tried the soft scramble, pork cheek tartine, truffle tartine, and mushroom fettuccine. Everything looked beautiful but tasted either burnt, bland, or both. Every toast item arrived burnt enough that you could taste it in every bite. Our server came by often to refill waters and check on us, but the service somehow still felt oddly impersonal. Since the restaurant wasn't busy at all, it also made us wonder how attentive the service would be during an actual rush. Honestly, this place feels more focused on looking trendy than serving good food. Stick to the pastries if you go -- it's the only thing worth ordering.

If you're looking for pastries that are as stunning as they are delicious, Fillings & Emulsions…read moreabsolutely delivers. Their fruit-shaped creations are little works of art--so realistic it almost feels wrong to eat them... almost. Each pastry is fresh, light, and packed with flavor. The pistachio was incredibly tasty, though definitely on the richer side, so it's one you might want to savor slowly. The raspberry had a beautifully balanced sweetness with a vibrant, delicious filling. The lemon was very zingy--almost intensely so--but still delightful if you enjoy bold citrus flavors (just maybe not an entire one in a single sitting). The standout, though, was the mango. Easily the winner. It had such a bright, powerful flavor, and the fresh mango inside made every bite feel special. Everything about it--from taste to presentation--was just beautiful. The only slight letdown was the macarons. While still good, they didn't quite match the intensity and uniqueness of the pastries and felt a bit underwhelming in comparison. Overall, this place is a must-visit if you appreciate creative, high-quality desserts. It's clear a lot of skill and care goes into every piece. I loved the building that the pastry shop was in, as it had a "lunch room" feel to it. There are a few restaurants inside so there are options and there's plenty of seating.

The location is in a food mall, which I wasn't expecting but it was so cute inside. I wish we had more time to check out the other vendors but we'll have to come back. On a separate note, it was kind of hard to find a trash can.
