I recommend going to mint mobile unless you are doing a mobile order at this cura location, even then lines are long, staff is unhelpful and rude, side gossip and conversation going on leading to a slow turnover rate for the store. I wouldn't be surprised if the location gets a complete overhaul or closes down. I'm hesitant to let one bad encounter define my experience with this dispensary, but my last trip left a bad taste in my mouth and will not be going to this curaleaf location ever again. read more

I've been shopping at Curaleaf since it was Emerald. There are several dispensaries near me, but I love the people here and they have great sales. I've never had a bad experience - until today. Last week, when shopping, I told the budtender that I had some issues with Select carts, which I've been using for a long time. I explained the oil was coming up through the mouthpiece, then, when I tried to clear it, it pulled out like a string. He told me if there were any problems at all, just return them within 7 days for an exchange. When it happened again to three of the new carts I bought, I returned them today - day 6. I explained to the budtender what happened, and that all of the oil leaks out of the mouthpiece, but doesn't start until it's about 3/4 empty. In turn, the cartridges were empty from the leaking. I also explained I didn't have my receipt because there were so many staples in it from the bag, that it tore into pieces when I opened the bag. To be clear, the receipt does not specify it is required for return of a defective item and the boxes still had the Curaleaf Rx stickers with my name and date of purchase clearly indicated. The budtender was super nice, but had to get approval from the manager. This is when my experience got bad. He returned with the manager, and the man didn't greet me at all, He began to inspect the carts, pulling them out of the boxes. Upon picking up the third one, he loudly observed, "This one is bone dry. I'm not doing anything about this," and tossed it back to me. His entire attitude and demeanor made me feel like I was a criminal trying to cheat the company, not a patient who has spent THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS at the store and has NEVER ONCE MADE A RETURN. Not one time. He begrudgingly agreed to exchange two of the three, picked them up, and walked away without a word. I was so shaken that I told the budtender how horrible that exchange felt for me and that the manager had zero reason to be so blatantly rude to me. The manager never even acknowledged me as a person. To be clear, the ONLY reason I returned these was because a Curaleaf employee ASSURED me it was the right thing to do. I took time out of my ridiculously busy day to drive down there, just to be treated like I was less than worthy of any type of friendly interaction. The Curaleaf staff remains super awesome and I love them. But I don't want to take the chance of buying cartridges there again knowing that, if there's another issue, I may have to interact with that same manager and have another horrible experience. read more

I have been coming here for a year now, got to know staff, always smiling and kind to me. The prices when I walk in are always exactly what you saw online. No issues really ever. I come in maybe 2-3 times a week. 2024 comes around and the past 2 times I have come in, the lines are long outside the building. Which the lobby they keep empty when it's freezing cold outside. First experience I came in for a $72 order and im being asked for $81 instead at the counter. I showed them my email recepit with the correct price with the excuse "the prices may be different from what you see online than when you get here"....that makes no sense. For a place expecting cash you cannot overcharge cause you feel like it. Cause you do....I've never been overcharged in the past year of visiting. Today I come in for 2 8ths for a $32 order, being asked for $44 at the counter and I am being told my deal was a happy hour deal. That's a lie cause your website did not say on the special ends by 11 am. Both times managers came and "fixed" the issue, never apologized to me. I showed my correct email and deal and just brushed me off. I ended up getting something different and being charged more than expected. I do not recommend this business or bring an extra $20 and get ripped off more. I actually was gonna leave a review after my first experience but decided not too, didn't wanna be a karen, it could be just a bad experience. I really love coming to the dispensary! I always find good deals for my needs at least and they are all super friendly. Vinny has helped me a lot selecting some pretty good wax and I haven't been disappointed yet! Definitely like to recommend my people to this dispensary and it's kind of like a whole in the wall type deal. All though the parking lot could use some repainting of the lines sometimes hard to tell where to park and there is also a huge pot hole lol so be careful of that too. Usually love this location and the chill stoner staff but my experience tonight was pretty disappointing. Line was short, the guy at the door checking people in and the guy helping the line to move along were super nice, once I got up to the register to make my purchase, the cashier (Middle aged/Mormon looking blonde named Holly) asks "what do you want?" , I reply "I'm not sure, I know I want a find 1/2oz", she replies "They are all listed online but OK I guess I can grab them" (rude tone like she doesn't want to be there, doesn't ask if I prefer saliva/indica, etc). She walks off and returns with three hybrid half's and as she places them on the counter she looks to the coworker on her right and says "God I love when people wait twenty minutes in line and still don't know what they want when they get up here" I genuinely thought I was being punk'd. I have had one of the worst weeks of my life, and to go into a dispensary looking for relief only to be met with a bleach blonde valley girl with an attitude problem was probably the worst way my week could've ended. I have been shopping at dispensary's across the country for the past 5+ years and I have never come across a budtender that lacked couth & decorum in the way that Holly does. Truly disappointed with the experience she created for me, but I am thankful for the staff at the entry and the online pick up counter for apologizing on her behalf and taking care of my purchase. The manager also apologized profusely which was appreciated as well. I can tell Holly's lack of decorum is not reflective of the majority of the staff or the company, but it does make me wonder why they employ her when her work ethic and attitude clearly do not align with their normal standards. read more

My last three visits have been disappointing. They let you put in an order online but then make you wait when you arrive and check in like anyone else. If they can't accommodate an express pickup window, they should make that clear. Don't send a text telling me it's ready and then make me wait behind people that still need to place their order. They will tell you 15 minutes to wait when you check in but that really means 15 minutes before they text you that it's your turn and then there's another wait inside. My 15 minutes turned out to be 45. If they pick the order wrong, even if you show them they did, they won't accommodate any substitutes to make it up to you. They ran out of the 1g and I didn't get one because of their error but they wouldn't give me two 0.5g for the same price to make up for their error. Also, they will throw you attitude for letting them know your order isn't correct. read more

I've been going with them since i moved out from cali, they're literally my favorite dispensary so i stayed loyal to them. but today really made me think if i should just go to the phoenix one and do the drive over there than to go to the gilbert location. This is the second time i get a cart that isn't a full gram. I love going with them because of their sales that they have but man it makes me think that the sale is only going on to get rid of the old stuff or used stuff im guessing now. Went in to get their 4g of wax for $65 deal. I go in and they tell me they are out of that brand of wax. That's fine with me but definitely a disappointing start. The guy talks to me about their house brand wax and says it's good. I decided to buy a gram and try it. I get home and open it up and is looks like less than a gram. I pull out my scale and weigh it, and it's 0.85g WTF!!! I'm never going back there again!!! How can you skimp your customers with a brand that has your customer name on it, sad. read more

Used to like this place. Typically great deals. Dumb associates! Literally over charged me $14! There was no way for me to verify price since it didn't pop up on the screen, it was black so I was told $107 and some change. Come to find out my total is only $96! Little bit of advice, stop obsessing over the Crumbl Cookie menu for the following week and take care of your guests when on the clock!!!!! I will be in contact to see what I can do. I'm sick of associate mistakes constantly overcharging me. 1st time happened when I update my med card and they checked me out as an adult at 20 years old and overcharged me $35!! I have been to this dispensary about 10 times. Eight of those 10 times I have had to wait at least 20 minutes just to place my order. This time I had to wait 40 minutes in line just to place my order. I asked to see the manager and I told him very peacefully that I simply would not be back due to the long waits and he didn't even care a little bit. He just shrugged his shoulders and said it's a busy place. Every dispensary in town is busy but none of them have lines like this place does. They need to revamp the entire system. It's horribly inefficient. I was only going here because it's close to home but I will never go again. I will definitely drive the two or three extra miles to go to harvest of Chandler. They are a busy place too but I've never had to wait more than five minutes to place my order there. Curaleaf's quality is too low and prices are too high anyways. read more

I come to CuraLeaf two or three times a week. Their budtenders are usually very friendly and patient. Today I tried to pick up my online order using the same debit card I always use here. The machine gave a "communication error" and the budtender tried to process it again. This has happened on several other occasions and is always solved by simply moving to another register. However on this visit the manager on duty, Jacob, insisted this would not resolve the issue and denied my request. He was extremely impatient handling the issue caused by his register. The only resolution I could find today was to leave, waste my time, and retrieve cash from my bank using the same debit card. Very upset to be treated this way by my local dispensary. Will probably be taking my business elsewhere from now on. If they do not have the time to even attempt to use another machine, I don't have the time to spend money here. read more

I have been here twice once as a walk in and once for an online order. 1st time I was there I waited about 15 min, no biggie cus it was pretty busy and after work hours so I didn't mind waiting. The second time I decided to order online because I figured it would be quick in and out, I was wrong. I checked in and was told I would be next to call. I waited over 15 min because the guys behind the counter were having what I'm assuming was an important convo. Literally 5 people were called up before my turn, I could have just walked in. Don't get me wrong the customer service is awesome but the online order wait was a bit ridiculous.
