While on vacation, my husband and I visited CuraLeaf dispensary! Sometimes, we have issues falling asleep and had recently traveled home from Asia and then turned right around and flew to Vegas. Traveling through so many time zones and not being able to get restful sound sleep, we decided to try some gummies. Our sales consultant, Nickolas, was very helpful with his suggestions. He was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and interactions with other things. He also clearly instructed us in how to use the gummies (as far as quantity, wait time to take effect, weight differences & strength needed for each person,) etc. Unfortunately, he got it a little wrong as far as quantity for me. I was sick most of the night as opposed to sleeping soundly. My husband had NO problems at all. This was my second time trying gummies as well as my last! Just not for me. I am NOT singling our consultant out but I do think the advisors at dispensaries need to ask as many questions as possible about the individuals who will be consuming what they're purchasing. No two people are exactly the same and their bodies can definitely react to cannabiss products (or anything for that matter) VERY differently. With that being said, the CuraLeaf dispensary was well- staffed, well-stocked, very clean, and seemed very safe with an armed security guard inside. It seemed like the other attendants that were women were at least more talkative and friendly. As places become comfortable I the valley we have been seeing a small boost in new rules, such as; do not touch the bag of flower you plan to purchase before the transaction. Also do not pick up the package. Just that itself is unacceptable. We are taxed crazy, super low THC % for the prices and now you are expected to not inspect your flower before you purchase. I asked the bud tender well how does one know what they are buying? His response was to trust the bud tender. cleared out all my points and will not be back there. Jardin is still the best dispensary to purchase flower as far as im concerned. Go see for your self. I only purchase an ounce or more every single transaction. I've been coming here for a few years now. I love that they have a well lit parking lot and there is always parking spots available. I come here from everything from pre-rolls to cartridges. Lisa has been a huge help for me every time. She knows what terpenes I like and is really helpful to explain everything. They have a pretty awesome selection and their hours are unbeatable. I buy Select vape cartridges here when they are on sale. Select is the Curaleaf brand. The are always underfilled and frequently don't work. I recently bought three cartridges. Two of them didn't work so I called and asked if I could exchange them. The woman on the phone said to bring them in and speak with a manager for an exchange. The manager wouldn't exchange them because there was so much fluid missing. I told him that is the way they came out of the package. He wouldn't do anything to make it right. The staff is great. UNFORTUNATELY customers don't go for the staff we go for the product. With that being said you will have to spend 200$+ on trial and error to find the good quality strains. I am VERY sad that this dispensary has such a low score. The prices (even when they aren't having amazing sales) are literally the cheapest for the same product. EVERY staff member has been super amazing, helpful, remember who my whole entire family is and goes out of there way to be amazing. For some reason my whole entire families ID wont scan, they chalked it up to something with my last name (its Samples. LOL) So it flags as a fake account. They manually check it for me when I have literally been REFUSED service at other dispensaries. this is literally the WORST dispensary i have ever been to. i waited OVER AN HOUR to get in for an ONLINE ORDER and left empty handed. You can't beat their $59 half oz. Super great deal! I always do curbside pick up, but when I do have to go inside the wait is never long.

I've placed a few different curbside pickup orders at this location and for some unknown reason, my orders are NEVER ready for me when I get there, or the items that I've ordered aren't the same as what was picked for me. This location is one of the farthest locations from my house, but the online specials are intriguing sometimes, plus I used to be a regular customer when it was Acres Cannabis and The Underground. It is extremely exhausting trying to keep up with the way they run their business now though. Usually love this place but today is different. MOST of the employees here are awesome! Today though one of the supposed "supervisors" the short male with the short black hair and beard thing on his face was by far the worst worker, supervisor, living being that I've ever encountered. He was rude, disrespectful and condescending from the first moment we came to the register. I came during the underground and literally spent $250 on edibles and other things like that. This "supervisor" comes over with bags of my stuff and a rude attitude. Just to make sure it's right I ask to see because I have three bags of stuff. He literally is so rude like I'm bothering him. Since I can sense he is obviously having a semi melt down I decide to just go ahead and ask for the total instead of hurt his mental status further by looking at my items. He then tells me the total is $213 but I have screenshots from the website of my orders. One came to $99.44 and the other $106.54. Simple math would tell you that doesn't equal $213. Mind you the website already takes into account the tax associated with your order. So the total is approximately $206. I get it's a $7 but it's incorrect HENCE why I asked to see my order prior to his melt down. I then tell him that's not right and that the total should be $205.98 Aka $206. He says "I don't know how to do math" mind you I have a bachelors degree in business and am currently in graduate school for my masters. So I definitely do know simple math. It's giving projection. Anyways, after being insulted by an employee on the clock I call over his manager and ask him to assist since the employee is struggling with addition. He then tries to assist but I guess he is busy with something. When he walks away the employee helping us having a melt down and an attitude problem then tells me my total is $206....hmmm weird. WOW where'd that come from? I just thought it was $213 and I can't add?! He then said he didn't push some button before I called the manager over to assist. So basically he literally failed to do the last part of the transaction to finalize the order to give me the true total and instead of just admitting he absentmindedly failed to do something he just decided to not take responsibility and be well, ridiculous. Literally never seen anything like that before. Best part however is I'm just waiting to ring up my other order and he then says "I won't help you guys I don't feel comfortable" LMAOOOOOO. I am screaming. When one thing doesn't work play the victim. Anyways the black gentlemen with the bald head took over and finished our order for us. We spent another $50 with him and left him a good tip. I like this dispensary but this experience is a one star. I have an 100k YouTube channel though so it definitely will make for a good storytime and ridiculous behavior.
