Whether you love unique, classic cars and/or unique, vintage (and new) guitars, Walt Grace Vintage…read moreis a super cool place to visit and peruse in Wynwood Miami, F L A. I don't believe there are any other stores (in the world?) that combine vintage cars and vintage guitars under one roof, but I always thought they were similar in spirit. When I bought my Dakota red telecaster from 1965, I admit that I also pictured a Dakota red classic Mustang from a similar era. I was actually in the market for a new acoustic and with the help of Jeff, tried a number of the new guitars for sale. I didn't buy one that day because I was still looking and visiting stores in south Florida. I think more than any purchase, you have to physically play a guitar to see if it fits you and the sound is appealing. I suppose a lot of people collect guitars without the intent to play them and that's fine, too. The cars are pretty impressive - reminded me of James Bond movies. And the wide range of electric and acoustic guitars are equally impressive; every one of the them has a story to tell. They also sell used and new amplifiers and other merch (including a Cafe!); I'm thinking of bringing in my amplifier for consignment.

Thought it'd be a quick stop... nope. Instantly hooked. Sipping a breve flat white alongside a chocolate croissant and an oat-milk capp, surrounded by vintage cars and guitars? Yeah, that escalated quickly. Then they throw in collectible vinyl just to really test your self-control. Come on now. If you're a music lover or just looking for something different, this place fits perfectly into the Wynwood vibe...creative, curated, and effortlessly cool. Honestly, once you see La Colombe on the menu, everything else just falls into place. Service, staff, and vibe? Perfetto! Didn't plan on staying long, didn't want to leave. See ya again soon. I had a great experience buying my first car at this dealership. Juan was my fav, super genuine and…read moreprofessional and Mauro was helpful as well. Also the guy who did the financial part and the paper work was kind and helpful (I forgot his name) Even thought we weren't one of the "heavy" costumers (many purchase there VERY expansive luxuries cars) they treated us like VIP. I purchased the car but had to fly out and they held it for me for two weeks, then they delivered it to my house. The car is pre-owned in TOP TIER condition. It had extra parts, all the paper work, I feel like a got the most amazing car for half of the price of a brand new JCW, but it feels new in every aspect. Will recommend this dealership for sure.

Within 7 minutes of dropping the car off I was contacted by their sales team offering to buy my car, which should have been the first red flag. I was told it might take "a while" and was brought to the loaner car desk. After waiting for about 30 minutes I was told that my insurance was not accepted. I was offered an uber home and back to the shop when ready, or sign up with their rental car company with a deposit and their insurance. Not understanding how long this was going to be I took the uber home. No update was given that day. When I called on Saturday I was told it wouldn't be looked at until Monday! When I expressed how unacceptable that was, I was told, "I said it might be a while". I was not provided with a single update until Monday when "someone should reach out shortly". Never happened. On Tuesday I got my quote for the repairs 5 days after I dropped it off. $10,000! I called them to ensure all services were denied, and they tried to have me sell them my car as a down payment towards a new one. Avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst car-buying experiences we've ever had…read more During the sales process, the dealership was relentless with communication. However, the moment the purchase was complete, the customer service completely disappeared. We purchased our vehicle in April and were even required to arrange shipping ourselves--something other dealerships we've worked with have always handled. Months later, we are still waiting for our tags. Getting anyone to respond has been nearly impossible. No one will call us directly; communication is limited to email, and every delay comes with another excuse. First, the person handling our paperwork was on vacation. Then we were told it was delayed because it was the end of the month. Now we've been informed that the FedEx package containing our tags has been lost somewhere in the dealership. At this point, there has been a complete lack of accountability, urgency, and customer service. Once they have your money, don't expect the same level of attention you received before the sale. If you have other options, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of dealerships that value their customers both before and after the sale.
