I was totally impressed by Cure coffee last weekend. They had a great selection of coffee and espresso drinks as well as Turkish coffee. The baked goods were really delicious especially the bacon and cheese scone. It can be challenging to find a good coffee shop that also serves delicious pastries but Cure does an excellent job. Drinks were prepared quickly and there is plenty of seating inside to enjoy. read more

Nice location, nice venue, great smelling bakery....ok coffee? I really like the aesthetics of this shop and love that it's easy access off the highway, but I was a bit disappointed with my coffee honestly. I got the brown sugar breve and I could barely taste any of the coffee. I know that breves are half and half but I didn't expect the coffee taste to be that muted. Open to trying again in the future, but expected more. Seems like a great place to work from/study. read more

I've never met such a disrespectful owner. I walked in late to a meeting needed the Wi-Fi password as I got all set up in my corner mind you five other people were about to show up for us all to have a powwow. I ran up to the counter and said hi. Can I have the Wi-Fi password? I just have a really important meeting. I have to log into for two minutes. He turned me down and told me I must order. I said absolutely I'm gonna order and so are my friends can I just have it really quick? I can't be late to this meeting. He looked at me and said no you need to order first.. newsflash this is a coffee shop where you just lost out on $100 and people never coming here again. To not give me your Wi-Fi password disrespectfully like that when I was fully about to order coffee and all of my friends is really disappointing. If you want to do not come here if you do not come here.. to withhold a Wi-Fi password from a client that has all of her stuff sitting down. She's obviously about to order and you denying the Wi-Fi is just nasty and rude. read more

Always looking for a nice, comfortable coffee shop that gets me away from Starbucks. Cure was great for that. I had a Turkish coffee and a scone. The coffee was good (though don't really have anything to compare it to as it was my first one). The scone was very flavorful. All their pastry items were flavored though, which was a problem for my kid (no plain croissant, basic scone, etc.). The decor was more modern - not sure it'd be all that comfortable for longer coffee shop sessions if I was looking to work. read more

Sweet family owned coffee shop. Owners created this space with lots of love and intention. Decorated for a fresh and open feel. Coffee is good and the croissants are fabulous, flaky and delicious!! Cute little coffee shop right off 183 and when I walked in I was greeted warmly. Really great selection of coffee and a decent number of desserts and pastries (both savory and sweet). I ended up getting a cold brew (black) and a ham and cheese danish. The cold brew was delicious and not bitter. Consider me wired after drinking half of it. The ham and cheese danish was scrumptious. My only complaint was not asking for it warmed up (took it togo and I couldnt help myself in the car). I'll definitely be back! #supportlocal read more

Found this place when doing a Yelp! search and saw that they served Turkish coffee. That's all I needed to see. I was in. The Turkish coffee did not disappoint. It's served with a small, light sugar cookie and small glass of water to cleanse the palate while you wait for the grounds to settle. If you're unfamiliar with Turkish coffee, you should know that the grounds are in the cup (pressed into the bottom). Think of it as a double espresso with grounds, so you need to let the grounds settle so you don't drink them. Ordered the blueberry scone and the chocolate croissant. The blueberry scone had just the right amount of moisture, not super dry or cake-like -- just right. The chocolate croissant may have been the lightest croissant I've picked up. Airy and not saturated with too much butter. The chocolate inside is a wonderful dark chocolate. Bright and inviting interior that lets you forget that you're just off of 183. Friendly and helpful staff. Regularly cleaned the tables when there was a break in customers ordering. You can just tell that this is a family business. Will definitely return. read more

Cure Bakery and Coffee is such a neat place to hang out with friends or get work done. The building gets plenty of light and is super clean. Stopped by and tried the blueberry scone and lavender blackberry cake. Blueberry scone was delicious, not overly sweet and it was buttery. It was soft and crumbly, not hard or tough. I should have gotten two. Lavender blackberry cake also had a hint of sweet licorice. Made for a nice surprise and paired well with lavender and blackberry. Cake itself was moist and soaked perfectly in what appeared to be blackberries. I ate both same day, and had coffee with each. I will definitely be back and next time I'll try the tomato mozzarella basil sandwich. The egg salad looked to be a good afternoon lunch. Can't wait to try! Sweet lady who helped me was very nice. They have a punch card system that applies to drinks only, and they had a good selection of different coffees, so I'll try one of theirs next time. What a gem of a place! I'm so glad I stopped by this place on a whim. The staff is very friendly. I asked for a recommendation for what pastries to get and the person I spoke to was super nice and informative! I ended up getting a slice of the mango coconut cheesecake, and I loved it! The cheesecake was surprisingly light and smooth. The flavors of the fruit was a nice accent to the taste of the cheesecake--not too strong, like a nice delicate touch. This place is right by 183, so of very easy access. There is a lot of parking and the it is very beautifully decorated. There is a lot of natural light. I ordered the vegan and gluten free banana bread which was fresh off the oven. It was a generous serving. Not overly sweet or grainy as we see with lots of gluten free stuff. The chocolate make it extra yummy and it had that kind of crust, but it was still moist inside. The banana flavor was not overpowering either. My friend had the danish and she mentioned it was flaky and creamy. Their coffee is strong, just like it is supposed to be. For people who are not used to that May not like it. Ahhh, it's so cute! The people working in the shop are very pleasant and the coffee is GOOD GOOD. I got the iced mocha and my husband got the Turkish Coffee. There was pretty much no wait and the presentation was lovely. The music they play is 90s fire. We will be back and hopefully add the fifth star :) read more

I ordered a matcha latte , but asked if I could do it as a regular matcha tea and not as a latte .The guy behind the counter was a bit condescending and asked "so water on water ?"....From my understanding , latte meant milk , so no not water on water , but the regular tea powder with water was what I was asking for. I didn't argue with him since he was already being condescending so I just took it with milk and left it at that. The drink wasn't bad . Service could be better. read more

Im actually really wondering how this place has such high reviews. The coffee was not good and the customer service was not good. We waited at the front for 15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. Then when we did get our coffees they were watered down bc all the ice had melted and the coffee and flavors were just not good. 2 starts for having internet and a place to sit and work. read more

y'all need to come here RIGHT NOW. Like RIGHT NOW. They have been open for 6 months and it's super close to my apartment. So, to change it up i decided to go and see what it was all about and i was not disappointed. I has their caramel latte and it was perfectly sweet. Their pastries looked really good too I tried their eclair and it was delicious. Also got their full chocolate cake for my mom's birthday and she loved it! I stayed here for about 4 hours studying and it was so relaxing. Great music choices. The table and chairs are kind of limited so make sure you come early :) this has become my new spot to study!! read more

Asked for a muffin and was given a chocolate chip cookie instead, didn't realize until I got home. The banana chocolate bread and the chocolate chip cookie were both hard and the bread just didn't have a lot of flavor. Coffee was good though. read more

Stumbled upon this super cute coffee spot on a Rainey day. It wasn't very busy when I got there but just cute and cozy on the inside. They have Turkish coffee and a good selection of pastries. You guys...they MAKE THEIR OWN CHOCOLATE. What??! Yes, you heard me. I don't even know what that means but if you are a fan of the chocolates, get thee to Cure bakery post haste! We were delighted to hear that a new independent bakery had opened near us in NW Austin - so we scooted over on a Sunday morning to see what it was all about. The space is bright and cheery and welcoming with tables inside and out, and a comfy sofa and chairs. The staff was happy to see us - kind and attentive. Their menu is extensive with all sorts of coffee, tea, and CHOCOLATE drink options, both hot and cold. I tried the "sipping" chocolate and it's like drinking a melted fine Belgian chocolate bar. So rich and delicious. If you love chocolate like I love chocolate, you should stop whatever you are doing right this second and go get some sipping chocolate! You deserve it! Treat yo self! My companion had the special breve latte and loved it. He said it was "rich and creamy and excellent". We also sampled some of the baked goods - a blueberry scone and an apple turnover. Both were incredibly fresh and flavorful and not saturated with sugar. We inhaled them. It's so nice to see local businesses starting up again after the pandemic. Go give the fine folks at Cure a try. Your taste buds will thank you. read more

Super cute, very clean, & extra delicious coffee shop and bakery in north Austin! My friend had a sandwich and Turkish coffee before I arrived, which she enjoyed. I ordered the mango cheesecake from prior reviews- delicious! A chocolate croissant for later (yum!), and a freshly made strawberry lemonade complete with fresh strawberry slices at the bottom. My friend had the pistachio cake, which was also delicious. The service was warm and friendly. We highly recommend this spot! read more

Pineview Coffee can be hard to find as it doesn't have a store logo outside the building. There are many free parking spaces in front of the building, but just be mindful of any reserved spaces. The cost of the drink with tip was $8.00. Drink wait time was just a couple minutes. Pretty quick. I didn't take pictures because I didn't want to get people's faces. But the inside was clean. All the seats along the wall were taking by laptop people. So wanted to give them their privacy. They do offer non caffeinated drinks. Maybe when the weather gets hotter I'll try one of those as a comparison.
