We first ordered through Uber Eats and loved it so much, we looked them up and realized they were right near us in Lancaster! Since then, we've been consistent supporters because it's just THAT good. Now let's talk favorites. The honey butter cornbread cookies?! Don't be taken aback by the name. Absolute perfection--soft, rich, and melt-in-your-mouth GOOD. And the Oreo cookies?? Whew... easily top tier For the ice cream, the buttered pecan is smooth, creamy, and full of flavor And the cookies n creme?? Loaded, delicious, and everything you want it to be Take home message: If you're anywhere near Lancaster, you NEED to check them out and support this amazing Black-owned business Trust me--you'll be hooked just like we are!

It's located in the same shopping area as the Lancaster Cinema Movies by Aaron's. It does need more marketing and the tree in front of placed in a different place. It's there! Don't drive by it. Why not try it? We went on a Sunday around 2pm and my nose appreciated it tremendously. For the grand opening, all guests were invited to "sign the wall". The wall had 100s of signatures. We were greeted by a newly employed, friendly Miss. The store was clean, clean, clean. FRESH! One large cookie was $3. Special for multiple cookies purchased. They offered minis too. Day old cookies (what's that?) were only $8 for a bag. Did I mention their ice cream? Everything was great. A lil pricey, but we need to support our community FIRST. We will be back.

Soul food cooked and prepared completely with love and care is so hard to find. I first experienced this establishment a couple weeks ago via door dash and I've been stocking their menu daily ever since . Soul food Sundays at this place are not to be played with or ignored at all . My first go around I ordered the neck bones, oxtails, collard greens , cabbage, mac & cheese and candied yams(no judgement, because yes it was all for me ). This time around I got the pigs feet , salisbury steak and two sides of greens.. nothing much to say after admitting that I am a fan .. !! Although I enjoyed everything I ordered , I feel that I must give more acknowledgment and appreciation for the neck bones. They were PERFECTLY seasoned , tender , and whatever else is required to make neck bones exceptionally perfect . I won't make neckbones ever again or get neckbones from any where else but this place moving forward. And the portions are massively given. They've got a forever customer with me, and obviously there are many other people who feel the same , because it was nothing left but onions floating in that pan. I blame myself for why there was no more neck bones , I had been bragging all week to my staff and others about how good they were that I was almost tempted to get a straw to suck up the left over broth/gravy , and I also mentioned how I couldn't wait for Sunday to get me some more , I guess they all went to experience for themselves . I picked up my most recent order and the staff/ owner was really sweet and upfront. Felt very warm and family oriented, and I enjoyed watching the workers / owner interact comfortably with each other and the other customers. There was even a couple who said they had driven a long distance to eat at this restaurant. The owner jokingly confessed that after the after church rush there aren't many options left lol , and I believe her indefinitely. I can definitely see how and why you would need to get there early , because the food at this cafe is so comforting and fulfilling. It's a great way to end your Sundays. The set up matches the title perfectly. Cafe set up allowing you to see all the amazing food options . Surprisingly, bigger than I imagine. And looked like to me that the cafe sits on its own private lot, so tremendous parking spots . They open at 11am , my plans to be sitting in the parking lot by 10:30 every Sunday , first come first serve lol !!!!!!

My favorite place in Lancaster!! The fried fish is excellent as well as the sides. Delicious!read more

Jersey Mike's is the nationwide franchise that I have been waiting to make a home with us out here…read morein this area. Out of all the fast food, this is the everyday sandwich choice that is fresh, high quality and delicious - every single time. We have been eating and appreciating their sandwiches for years and so we were thrilled to see this franchise open. As with all the others, the people are friendly and helpful and the sandwiches are so good. I had my favorite, The Original Italian. The Italian meats are sliced fresh and the bread is perfect for a sandwich. I get the Mini, a 5 inch sub on white bread with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami, and pepperoni. Dressing the sub Mike's Way really pops and I get it all - lettuce, tomato, onion, olive oil and red wine vinegar, salt and oregano. Jersey Mike's also offers a hot cherry pepper relish that is WONDERFUL! Yes, it packs some heat; but it is the good kind. The other item to request on the side are their excellent, crisp and tasty sandwich pickles. I like to eat them out of hand rather than on the sandwich, but remember to ask for them. My husband always gets one of the 7 inch Regular size Cheese Steaks. There are nine different selections and they're grilled to order. This time he had the Big Kahuna Chicken with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, jalapeños, and extra white American cheese. He loves the way the Rosemary Parmesan bread tastes with it and the way the bread holds all the juicy ingredients in. He also uses some of the hot cherry pepper relish and eats the pickles, too! They're really that good. Most of the suburban Jersey Mike's Subs that have popped up are small - heavy on the to go side of things. This restaurant is the same. Three 4 chair tables and three 2 tall chair tables. It's a shame really because we love to eat our sandwiches "hot off the press" so to speak when the bread is perfect and my husband's sandwich is steaming hot. But it's adequate and most folks actually are just coming and going. The parking can be a little slim, it's a busy lot. Frankly, I would even walk from down the street if I needed to. Once again, it's that good!

I ordered one sandwich and it took 15 minutes which is fine but then all the jalapeños were thrown on one side with none on the other. The staff were also blasting a movie very loudly and the whole place seemed pretty unhygienic. I really love the Firehouse in Waxahachie tho so I recommend just driving there for a sandwich, it's a lot more professional and might even take less time. My main recommendation for the restaurant would be some supervision for these kids.

I ordered after them. They received their food finished eating before I got mine a guy that came in and ordered behind me. That is food before I did. If I had not stood up and asked where they going to make my sandwich. I would've never received my food. This was very disheartening. Afterwards. I called the manager on duty. His name is Nathan. He is extremely rude. He told me my food was only sitting there for a minute before he handed it to me, and was very smuggle on the phone. He was not helpful. He was nasty. He was not there when I was getting my sandwich made because workers on the line. I am extremely disgusted about how I was treated not only in the store, but on the phone. This is very discouraging, and I will not be giving anymore, and for a manager to speak to a customer like that. He needs to be retraen. This was discussing and does not need to happen to anybody else. Please avoid This cost.
