So I don't normally write reviews... in fact this is the first review that I've EVER written, so that says a lot already about this amazing Gym! If you're looking for a clean a$$, gym great people (members & staff) and want to improve on your fitness journey, than this place is most definitely it!! I've been to plenty of Gyms and nothing matches up to HBTF (in my opinion) The staff are very friendly and always stay moving, not just sitting at the front desk greeting people. I swear they clean the gym whether it's mopping or wiping down equipment every 20 to 30 minutes (seriously). The atmosphere & aura in this gym are like one big giant family/team. Everyone is so easy to socialize and get along with and everyone helps each other out here. The owner (Mike) is so caring and energetic and makes it point to have a one on one relationship with every member here, and he works his a$$ off everyday to prove it (not just sitting back to make a profit) you will literally see Mike everyday and practices what he preaches (dude is yoked). He has created something that has been around for so long but yet so unique and different and I hope that it continues to grow. My husband surprised me with a membership to HBTraining Facility when I was struggling to lose my weight after having our son Maddik. I already had a gym membership but he signed me up because he wanted me to train at a real gym. And Holy Moly this place is no joke! I was a little intimated at first because the people here work out HARD and HEAVY. But the owner Mike always set a really good vibe through this gym and made sure everyone leaves their ego's at the door. One of the main reason's why my husband chose this gym was not only because it is the best in Riverside but because he wanted me to be trained by Lee@tinylittle411lifts. I can not thank her enough for the push and motivation that she gave me. She was everything I needed to push myself to work out harder and be to be consistent even at 10pm after a long day with my 9month old son. I've worked out my whole life to stay healthy and in shape but I've never felt fully accomplished until training with her at HBTF. It's been months now since I've trained with Lee but I still follow her meal plan and train like she's with me, even if I'm working out at home. I've been to this gym a few times now and the equipment out performs the standard equipment you get at a typical chain of fitness centers. I'm not a beginner in my fitness journey so I've noticed differences as I thought I hit a plateau with my legs. Until I used the leg press at this facility. My typical 2 days after is when I feel my workout but not this time, the next day it was apparent I had different results. The staff has always been welcoming to me but I don't really need guidance as I'm not a beginner, so just a tip tell them if you're new on your fitness journey as they will go out of their way to help you get comfortable. Healthy Body Nutrition carries some of my favorite products and I've seen Mike (the owner) go out of his way to make sure everyone is educated in what they're doing, and what they're putting in their body. Hands down this is the best Gym in the I.E. there is no other gym in this area that you can go to that has the machines that you want, dumbbell weights over 200lbs, powerlifting platforms etc. and upstairs day care great music and the best energy. The trainers are the best I have seen in the county, friendly, knowledgeable and very hands on to your needs ..... they have a fire juice bar along with amazing products to choose from ... Me and my husband have been training here for about 5 months. We are competitors and have a few gym memberships. Now we prefer this gym to our other memberships. It is special and has premium equipment. The vibe is really comfortable with people who are respectful and focused on training. And it is so CLEAN! Mike the owner is passionate about health and fitness. This gym is a gift to the fitness community! I started training with Enrique, one of the trainers there, and he is excellent. I have a knee injury, and really required a trainer to work around my knee, and to build up my legs. He has done such a great job in the 5 weeks I have been training with him...I will be able to get back on stage pretty soon thanks to him!! This is absolutely my favorite gym to train at. The gym is always clean, people are very respectful and the owner Mike is one of the best guys you'll ever meet. This gym is focused on getting results and has a bodybuilding and powerlifting centered feel for it. That's doesn't mean you have to be a professional athlete to train here! Just means you have to be serious about your goals. The trainers/ coaches here are the absolute best as they are all well educated in their areas of expertise. Not to mention the juice bar they have is great for a one stop shop. My favorite thing about this place is that it's a gym everyone can feel comfortable in. Just wanted to say I've known Mike for almost two years now. His gym is dope very clean and the community there is great. What really makes me a fan, though, is Mike and how he's always shown love to his clients and athletes. He has a vast knowledge of all types of supplements and genuinely cares about his people. Every time I've gone in to his nutrition shop, him and his brother have always taken care of me. This facility is the best I've ever been to! All equipment is brand new and always well kept, not the typical machinery you'd find at any regular gym, they have everything from inverted leg press to 100lb plates and 200lb dumbells! Switched over due to this whole quarantine BS. Had been going to LA and 24 for years. Heard about this gym staying open and decided it's time to really support small business owners. Was able to sign up at 6am with no BS and hit the weights. One thing I noticed about this is everyone here does not joke around about working out. An environment I've been craving. True bodybuilding gym that has new equipment to me I've never seen before. Been going since Tuesday and already feel like I've been there years. This is hands down the best gym in the Inland Empire. They have all brand new machines with 100lb plates which are fully iron so you can hear that good old fashioned clanking and dumbbells that go up to 200 for any serious athlete. It is always kept really clean and is open 24 hours so there's no excuse to not be able to get a workout in. The staff and members are really friendly and welcome you with open arms the moment you walk through the door. I've been to many gyms in different states and half to admit this is by far the best BAR NONE!! The equipment,staff assistance, nutrition bar and most importantly to me the VIBE is incredible. My workouts have never been so intense and I have the results to show for it. Hands down best gym around!! Great atmosphere, great staff, gym is always clean and well kept up! They also offer onsite trainers, the gym is connected to HBN (Healthy Body Nutrition) just a shopping center over! Mike is the best!! Yo really love this place I been to a couple gyms in the past and nothing had compared to it before, all the dumbbells be put back in place and attachments aren't all over the floor. The people here are super helpful and everyone is here to work. The workers are always on it especially that cute little brown jelly bean behind the counter named Serg.
