We were going to use this van to haul veterans and supplies for our Post. Putting an after market DOT approved bench seat in.. I asked them if they could give me a few hours to see if I can get in touch with the Treasurer of the post to see if we can pay what they wanted. I got approval called them up and they sold the van. WOW did they really screw our Post. Yup they did. The salesman was very rude and kind of laughed ha I sold that soon as I heard it was here. Basically go screw yourself was his attitude. Yup they really care about the people who protected them. Stay away from this Veteran and Military unfriendly business. They will sell the car that you asked to hold for a few hours to see if you can get approval. Thanks guys for nothing.

Stupid me for thinking a dealership like this was upstanding. After taking the vehicle to them to fix they informed me they would only fix 2 of the 3 problems. I then contacted the salesman to ask what was going on. His answer is below in the attached picture. After receiving that i updated my review on Google and contacted the better Business Bureau because I felt this was outrageous. Shortly after doing this I received a call from the general manager Geoff crossley. I was shocked to hear him extremely mad because of my honest review. He was so irate I was unable to explain why I was unhappy and why I wrote the review. He continued yelling over the phone and told me he is now refusing to fix anything on my car due to the review! This in itself is a violation of the new york state lemon law. He refused to fix safety issues on a car they sold to me 3 weeks prior!! While I was in the dealership during the purchase I was hearing concerning things from employees like ' we don't get paid for the sale if we don't receive a good Google and Facebook review '. I was also surprised when the sales manager was talking amongst the salesman about how much I've overpaid for the car. Not realizing I was the one that bought it standing right in front of them! I am now stuck having to pay to fix the issues with the car I bought out of pocket. NEVER COME HERE. NOT FOR SERVICE AND CERTAINLY NOT TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE.

In my opinion, they're at least as bad as any used car salesman around rural NY. Bought a 2016 Ford Fusion for my niece w/ 136k on it. Was assured by salesman "Zach" it would be inspected, etc. The usual pressure, like someone's waiting for it if you don't buy, in the lobby as we speak. Then dear old Zach tries to get me to buy an extended warranty. Found out his recommended extended warranty company is rated one of the worst in the industry. Praise God I went w/ Endurance extended warranty compay. Within weeks of driving the Fusion off the lot, my niece believed there were major transmission issues, amongst other things. like brakes. In-house service assured she was wrong. Advance a few more months, new engine needed. A NEW ENGINE! Zach says, oh well, once you drive it off the lot.... Yes, loyalty to the community faded quickly after I paid in cash. My niece was w/o a car for months!! I had to pay for a rental until the ENGINE could be replaced. Thank God for Endurance Extended Warranty who could not have been more helpful. I'm out thousands upon THOUSANDS of dollars. Better Business Bureau complaint pending.
