For the first time, I went to a currency exchange location and was impressed with the entire process. After setting up an appt and going through their on site identification process, Keisha was a consummate professional with the currency exchange. She confirmed the total amount, counted the currency multiple times for both of us to view, and provided the receipts with every detail of the transaction. Keisha also reiterated, that if there was any currency that was left over, I could return and they would return it back to U.S. currency. I had to get currency for an upcoming trip and received excellent assistance from Tim. He was extremely helpful and even separated my currency into two different envelopes, with the amount and exchange value noted on each envelope. I was a bit worried because it's not a currency most banks keep onsite but was relieved when Tim said they had the amount I needed. They are open late so I was able to get there before 8pm on the same day (1/28/26)! This location is my 'go to' for currency, as their rates are reasonable and they have excellent customer service. Efficient, no line. Charged about 10% over market rate + 1.5% fee. $23 on $200 exchange. There was no line and it was quick. I prebooked all accommodations in USD and would recommend b/c credit cards in my experience also don't give market rate on foreign charges. read more

Easy to order. The have a 2 day delivery with Fed Ex. DON'T COUNT on that. I ordered some Canadian money June 11. It was to be delivered Thur. June 13. When it didn't come Thur. or Fri. I googled to see if the Fed Ex number I was calling was a scam but it wasn't. I finally got my money 6 days later. Unless you have days from morning to 8pm to wait for the delivery because it requires a signature I suggest you go elsewhere. They do not deliver on the weekends. read more
