I was in the area due to a family emergency and found this restaurant from a quick search of restaurants in the area. This is some of best, if not the best, Indian food I've ever had. I went two days in a row. Saj was my host each time and he's awesome! The place has a great bar, great decor, and even greater food. I got garlic naan and chicken chettinadu with a Rupee IPA the first day and the IPA with a Biryani chicken dish the second day. Overheard some locals in another booth sharing my praise of the place. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll make it a point to get another meal here. read more

An unsuspecting gem in a strip mall. The restaurant is a lot bigger than it looks like from the outside with a nice bar area. The staff there is extremely friendly and welcoming. The welcomed any questions we had about the food and were able to adjust the spice levels so wonderfully for everyone in our party. The food is delicious and very affordable. Every meal is a healthy portion for left overs for more than one person. Truly will go there again and make the long hike from Cape Coral. A must go stop if you are in the area. read more

Don't judge a book by it's cover, I was skeptical when I saw the building on the outside but once inside it was like I was transported to another city/country. It was huge inside and the decor was beautiful. We sat down and the staff was super attentive. The menu was so easy to follow and the staff made recommendations. We ordered lamb vindaloo and lamb biriyani both spicy and a cauliflower app. The flavors were delicious and the portions were big! we very much enjoyed our visit. read more

Such a great find in Port Charlotte! We got medium spice in our butter chicken, and it was a great amount of heat but not overwhelming. The garlic naan was great as well. The food is amazing. If you are going with multiple people, I would suggest sharing dishes so that you can try multiple. Not too expensive and the food is amazing. When they ask you about how spicy you want your food, 3/5 is still very mild. read more

We got our food to go, staff are nice, mango lassi was rich and sweet, but more watery than milky. Butter chicken was tasty, but could've been creamier/fattier, and tangy in a tomato way, it tasted more like tikka masala, garlic naan was dry and not very flavorful. 4.5 stars for this dinner.. We got garlic shrimp, veg fried rice, Chilli Nan and goat Rogan Josh. Garlic shrimp and Nan were top notch; Veg fried rice could be better as only cauliflower was used( Chinese fried rice should have beans, carrots, peppers.. I got order for take out. Ordered a chicken Kourma and Lamb Biriyani with garlic Naan. First time trying Indian food as I saw this place on google for a while and always wanted to try. I'm European so I love stuff like lamb and beef. These guys did a great job, so much flavor. Bit pricey, 20 bucks per dish and 4 for the naan. But still worth it, It's enough food for a day and half for one person lol but the portions are great. Will be coming back to try new things here. Can't wait. Thank you Curry and Kebab. read more

My family recommended this place to me. If you love authentic Indian food this is the place! Small parking area outside but very big on the inside. Two rooms of booths and tables . The service is quick, the server was quite shy, but got the order right. I ordered a mango chicken with white rice and garlic naan bread. Also two other dishes. The white rice they give you is to share, but I'm sure you can order more. You can make any dish as spicy as you like as well. It was great and I will come back for sure! read more

My favorite place for curry. Very friendly and attentive. The food is far better than the exotic meals you might attempt at home. The meals are varied and reasonably priced. If you like curry, give them a try. The one thing I don't like is the tv constantly playing "Bollywood" videos. read more

I'll be honest, I'm a bit snobby about Indian food. I've been to India a half dozen times for work, and eat a good deal of great Indian food in NYC. We went to Curry and Kabab with a curry craving and hopes that they would serve passably good english/punjabi-style curries. We were very pleasantly surprised! It was really quite good. We got the butter chicken and chicken vindaloo and found both to be delicious. The butter chicken was spiced really well, and had that perfect creaminess you expect from the dish. The chicken vindaloo brought the heat we asked for and had solid flavor, though not quite as strongly flavored as we're used to, it was still solid. The plain naan and garlic naan was also solid though nothing unexpectedly so. By the end we were both scraping our plates clean nodding with full bellies. We're in town for a few weeks and we'll almost certainly be back, maybe even a few times. read more

It doesn't look like much from the outside, but don't let that deter you- it's comfortable inside and the food was *EXCELLENT* While it was a slow experience, our drinks were refreshing and the smells coming out of the kitchen let us know that when it came, our food would would not disappoint.
