This place did satisfy that craving! We were the first ones there when they opened and they provided wonderful service throughout our time there. A= Appearance - The restaurant was clean and had dark lighting inside for a relaxing lunch or dinner. T= Taste - I love comparing paneer tikka masala to other restaurants because I'm on a mission to find the best one! I will say this is up there with my favorite one. The menu is ENDLESS! Which makes me really really wish they had a physical menu. Scrolling through and clicking through the various pages on my phone through toast tab was annoying and tedious. The seasoned rice was a on the dry side but we really enjoyed our entrees and naan. Given how huge the menu is, I think it's a great place to sample some Indian dishes you may not have been able to sample before. Wow!!! One of the best Indian restaurants I've ever eaten at! I don't live in the area, but if I did, I would eat here several times a week. My favorite was the lamb, butter chicken, and shrimp. Even the naan was extra delicious! Be prepared to get really full, as you will not stop eating! The service was top notch, and the restaurant looked very high end with the color scheme and lighting. I think my forever hunt for good Indian place in SLC has come to an end. My husband and I have heard of this place but it has changed quite a bit from the first time we visited this place. We ordered their combo and got chicken majestic, one chicken dum biryani and one goat biryani and everything for 40 dollars which is a real deal. I can't believe I never heard of this place or eaten here til now. This might be the best Indian restaurant I've been to. The menu is extensive with items you can not find in other Indian restaurants. And it's not a buffet style for lunch, you order top notch menu items. I will be coming back and bringing anyone that enjoys good food here. Sadly I only got one picture before we dove in to all the food we got. We started off with pani puri, pictured, hollow crispy dough balls that you crack open and fill with an assortment of sauces and fillings. Chicken 65 was a great appetizer of battered and fried chicken. Goat sukka is something I had for the first time and was hands down the most flavorful thing we ate. Perhaps the best biryani I've had as well. I don't think you can go wrong but did not have enough room for the chicken pulav or dosas. Yelpers, you do not need eat Indian food anywhere else. This is the real deal. And the best deal. My wife and I had the butter masala, tikka masala, butter naan, garlic cheese naan, and mango lassi. It was enough for three or four meals and walked out with leftovers with a bill of only $45. This is a bargain for the best masala and naan we have ever had, period. So delicious! Yes, look at their ratings here by the large number of reviews. Same for their reviews on Google Maps. Yeah, this place is outstanding. For several first bites of our food, it was peppered with utterances of "Oh....SO good!" "Oh, man...." "Delicious!" Yes, you must try this place. Or you're not a true foodie. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Great Indian food! This place has a lot of options. I really enjoyed the cheese garlic naan. The texture of the naan bread is not your typical naan. It was much softer, which I greatly enjoyed. This establishment also has a lot of naan flavors. I had to try the rosemary one since it's not typically available at other Indian restaurants. It was good but I definitely prefer the cheese garlic naan over it. The chicken wings, specifically bone in, were cooked nicely - the meat was very moist and tender, while having a nice exterior crunch. The honey garlic glazed was my favorite flavor. The Manchurian wings were a bit too salty for me. The lamb coconut korma was delicious! Per my request, it was indeed very spicy! The spice added a hardy nice kick to it. Very nice and clean ambience. Staff was pure business and not overly helpful. The Kashmiri naan was the hit! Loaded with fruits, nuts, abs coconut and served very fresh. The roasted chicken palau was very complicated with flavors -- lots going on there -- and comes with much spice. It was fine but I ended up not taking the remainder home. We went here Christmas Eve with our son. The food is amazing. Every time we go here the service is really bad. We still left a great tip because they were busy and it was Christmas Eve. Love that we found a new late night Indian spot that has excellent food here in Sandy. Stopped by Curry Connect after a very long road trip arriving at 10:30 pm on a Friday night. Ordered several dishes including garlic naan and a couple chicken curries, onion pakora, and tomato soup. The tomato soup was just regular tomato soup so I wouldn't recommend getting tomato soup here but everything else was very good. Their menu is super super extensive and takes forever to go through the hundreds of options but in a way it's kinda nice they have such a large selection and that the food was still on point for having so many choices. This will be a regular spot ongoing given the late night hours, full bar, and overall great food. read more

So we tried this place for the first time this week. A huge weight to this score is due to one big issue but that issue was so big it couldn't be ignored. As far as Indian cuisine goes, I loved that there were some different things on their menu you don't typically see on most Indian restaurant menus. I was anxious to try some. We also got some traditional dishes that we knew we would enjoy having had the like at other places. We ordered take out and got the goat biryani and chicken tiki masala. We ordered a very different rice dish as well that had mushrooms in it and some different spices and sauces to put on it. We also got regular and garlic naan bread. The flavor profiles were excellent. Very tasty. The Naan bread was just ok. Based on its texture I don't think they make it in house. But it wasn't awful. The chicken masala was the best item and slapped! Just delicious and the chicken was tender too. We ordered everything medium spice and I think we considered it mild for our tastes. Still it was very pleasant. The big issue. The goat biryani had great flavor, the rice was perfectly cooked, and the meat was soo incredibly tender and flavorful but the entire dish was full of bones. And not just big bones. Very small ones that were sharp. The kind that if swallowed could do real damage internally. We had to eat each bite with great care to not bite hard and feel every morsel in our mouth so we didn't injure our teeth or internal organs. And just about each bite had bones in it. No caution was given when we picked up the order either. I can recommend the place in terms of flavor but that one thing might not make it worth the risk of ordering that dish again. And it makes me wonder if they cook other dishes the exact same way. So just be warned. read more

I randomly stumbled upon it after my doctor's visit and let me tell you, they have made a new regular. The portions are GENEROUS with no compromise to flavor. I believe the owner may have been who helped us and offered helpful guidance, we chose to go with his recommendations and HOMERUN!!! The dinner was by far the best Indian dinner we've ever had. The chicken and lamb were expertly seasoned and prepared. Both were tender and great. Even the plain rice was excellent with subtle hints of seasoning. The garlic cheese naan was the best we've ever had. The restaurant has plenty of seating and has a warm ambiance. The service was top notch. This was a nice place. More of a modern feel inside compared to more traditional Indian food restaurants. Plenty of tables and good for groups of all sizes. The menu is a bit more limited than most places I've been to but still solid. We got the Chicken 65, Butter Chicken, and Chicken Tikka Kabab. All were good. For naan, we had the garlic, butter, and the Malabar Parota. The Malabar Parota was awesome. I'd never had it before. It's like a croissant naan. You should try it out. Amazing food and great service! I had butter chicken, tikka masala (dry rub), and the goat dum biryani they have listed as a weekends item. All were delicious, but the goat biryani was the best one for me. The biryani rice was very flavorful and the goat meat was even better! All the dishes were served nice and hot. I've been here twice and both times the food has been amazing. The only small thing I noticed is the rice doesn't taste too fresh... I think they may be using not so fresh rice. WOW! This is the best Indian food I have had in Utah! The garlic cheese naan will live rent free in my head for a while. It was so tasty! The Palak Paneer puts every Paneer Saag to shame, it was delectable. The Fish Moilee was succulent and rich! We recommend getting it at a medium spice or more. The Kabab was the best piece of chicken I have ever put in my mouth, of any cuisine. It comes out sizzling with a mouth watering aroma bellowing through the air; you have to try it! Not pictured was the sweet corn soup, samosas, and mango lassi- all exceptional. The team there are all so amazing and passionate about the restaurant. They shared with us how they don't use the same base over and over with slight variations and are committed to developing the flavors and sticking to the recipe of each dish individually. It shows. Every bite tasted authentic and like it was made with care and pride. My friend has a nut and shellfish allergy, and they were so thoughtful and thorough about avoiding cross contamination and making unique recommendations on their menu. Most places treat allergies like they make the guest a bit of a nuisance to them, but not here! It was like eating at a loved one's home. We live in downtown SLC and will happily be making the trip here every time we want Indian cuisine. The portions are large, the price is fair, the team is warm and welcoming. After a long drive into Sandy late one night, we stumbled across Curry Connect and decided to give it a try, mostly because not many places are open that late. We placed a pretty large takeout order around 11:30 PM and were pleasantly surprised. The garlic naan and chicken curry dishes were flavorful, and the onion pakora had just the righ crunch. The only thing we wouldn't get again is the tomato soup, tasted more like a standard version you'd find anywhere. What really stood out was how many dishes they offer, the menu feels endless. Usually that's a red flag, but in this case, the quality held up. The person who helped me on the phone was really patient and gave some good suggestions, which I appreciated since I'm not familiar with Indian cuisine. Didn't dine in, so I can't say much about the atmosphere, but for takeout and late night cravings, this place worked out really well.
