He shortly realized there had been a mistake, and thankfully the correct dish came out about 5 minutes later. Unfortunately, the pasta itself was disappointing. The noodles were undercooked, and the sauce was quite bland. I was expecting the four-fish dashi and bacon flavor to stand out, but I didn't really get much of either. The sesame seeds were also very overpowering and seemed to take over the dish. Overall, the sauce tasted more like a basic, thin cream sauce that didn't coat the noodles very well. The bacon and mushrooms also didn't add much flavor or stand out as much as I expected. My friend ordered the Chicken Katsu Curry. The katsu itself looked crispy and appetizing, but the curry came out lukewarm. My friend was okay with the temperature, but when I tried it, I was honestly surprised by how close to room temperature it was. I would have expected the curry to at least be served hot or noticeably warm. Overall, the presentation of the food was nice, but unfortunately the flavors and temperature of the dishes didn't meet our expectations. Put my name on the waitlist and waited for 40 minutes. Service was super quick and staff were friendly and efficient during my visit. I think my food arrived within 2 minutes after I placed an order. I got their Signature Katsu Curry with additional Chicken Karaage and Ajitama Soft Boiled Egg. Also I tested all 5 of their spicy chilli flakes and my favorite was Orange Habanero! Flavor wise, the curry is good, I can taste the vegetable inside it clearly, not completely smooth but came with texture of stir-fry vegetable in the curry sauce. The Katsu was crispy, but not as crispy as I would like it to be. I personally prefer thicker cut of katsu, while their katsu is on the thinner side, but no complaint, the breading was good and it was fried to perfection. I'm honestly prefer the Chicken Karaage a little bit better, the meat was juicy and flavorful. Ajitama Egg's yolk was more of a jammy consistency instead of oozy or runny. They did put a healthy amount of shredded cabbage to balance the meal out, creamy the potato salad was good and fukujin pickles makes the meal more balance.
