We got the Bhinda Special Pizza featuring tikka tofu, garlic, ginger, cauliflower, mushrooms, green & red onion, jalapenos, fresh basil, cilantro, garlic salt, & fenugreek on curry. My half had mozzarella but my vegan partner's half had no cheese. We were both beyond happy! There was such an explosion of flavor! Each bite managed to somehow be a new experience as certain ingredients would come through more and yet no single item overpowered any other in each bite. We also got samosas for appetizer but ate them so fast we forgot to take a picture. Lol They were amazing as well. Really generously stuffed and the cilantro chutney was dynamite! I don't mind one bit that eating here is becoming an annual tradition. I mean, there are so few options in Bicknell (and Wayne County in general) so you're already limited, but this seems to be the place that pulls me in. And yes, in my native Salt Lake County there are now two locations and the one in West Valley has some build-your-own business going on and I love it. But you just don't expect to roll up on great Indian food, let alone Indian-Italian pizza fusion while you're in Bicknell. I came through town again and this time it was the days of COVID. Wayne County is a masks optional place, but almost everyone visiting was wearing a mask. We opted to order inside and take our food outside and sit to eat, where we were able to enjoy the sunset and some Butter Chicken pizza. I think I prefer the tikka masala pizza to this one, but it was still a delicious hot pizza on a cool autumn night. The service was lovely as always, and this time around there were a few more people, though everyone was appropriately social distanced and the restaurant is providing hand sanitizer for guests. I loved this pizza! The gyro pizza has gyro meat, curry sauce, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, arugula, and balsamic glaze. The flavors balance so well. Just a little spicy. My kids got The Island which is mushroom, pineapple, and ham. My daughter says it was amazing, awesome, and super good. Over priced, bland (that's saying something for indian food), terrible customer service, and poor environment. Each Indian dish was roughly $16. That would have been alright if it was family style but it wasn't. The naan was $4 for one piece and it wasn't even made in the traditional way. The rice was not basmati which is key for good Indian food. The food was served in plastic to go containers. You have to get you paper plates, plastic utensils, and paper towels (napkins) yourself. Once done you clean up after yourself. Feel like I could have had a nice meal with service anywhere else for less or close to the same price. I will never be going here again. read more

I'm probably the biggest pizza fan out of everyone I know - so you know I had to try out a curry pizza when I was passing through Bicknell on my way to capitol reef. Ordered the tikka masala pizza and it was so hot and delicious. Perfect toppings, great amount of curry as the sauce, and crunchy peppers. It is a little overpriced for the atmosphere of the restaurant so minus one star for that. A 16" pizza cost about $30 which I would expect in a full service restaurant but for a self serve restaurant with Dixie plates, definitely a little pricey. Glad I tried it, but probably will not be returning. read more

Their menu has awesome Indian food not just pizza. I think this is the best food we had on our trip. We had the chicken tikka pizza, veggie pizza, samosas, lamb curry, mango lassi, strawberry lassi, cheese pizza, and fries. We have very different tastes in our group and they were able to provide us with everything we needed. The food was ready quickly and we ate the pizza outside with a cool breeze for lunch and took the rest to Capital Reef park. After hiking Cohab Trail we had lunch at the picnic area at the park along with fresh peach and mixed fruit pies and ice cream from Gifford house at the park. Nothing spoiled. Amazing Restaurant! Listed in the top 100 places to eat in the United States! We happened upon this unassuming curry pizza restaurant in Bicknell, Utah, as we were traveling to the Capitol reef national park. Oh my gosh, so good! We got the Bindha special pizza, and they made it special to order without the jalapeños because we don't like super hot food. The crust is phenomenal and the taste--- so good! Although the restaurant had a steady stream of customers, we did not have to wait long. The gentleman who took our orders and served us, were incredibly polite and helpful in advising us as we were choosing our pizza and Indian food. We ordered the coconut korma, which is served with a generous portion of rice. Fabulous. We ear quite a bit of authentic Indian food, and this is it! There are other foods as well--wings, naan bread, beverages mango, and strawberry lassi. We loved it so much we came back two nights later! If you are in the area, it is not to be missed. We understand there are several other Creek Pizza locations in Utah--Provo, west Valley and South Jordan. We will definitely try to find them when we are traveling in Utah, as we frequently do as we enjoy hiking. If you order a pizza, get the large so you can take extra home :-) furthermore, this restaurant is featured on the food networks show with Guy. Just go here!!! You'll love it ! Also, there are traditional, more classic or called American "pizzas if you like. There was a Family with young children and ordered that for the kids. Came here after a day of hiking at Capitol Reef with the boyfriend. We ordered the Butter Chicken pizza and some French fries. The pizza was pretty good, better than a regular pizza in my opinion. It was thin and crispy which is exactly how I like my pizzas and had a good amount of seasoning. However, I did wish there was more of a curry taste to the pizza. Being a Butter chicken pizza, I expected a nice explosion of flavors but was pretty underwhelmed on that part. The French fries were perfectly crispy and they had a very slight Indian spice seasoning to it (mostly cumin). If I was in the area again, I would probably come here for the convenience of the location since it's so close to the park and also because there isn't really a huge selection of places to eat at around here. Interesting find in the area that's open late as we were visiting the national parks but nothing to write home about. We got the bhinda special pizza with half chicken tikka and half paneer. Flavor was unique and quite spicy from the jalapeños but the crust was more like a dry flatbread/naan which does not compare to New York pizza. However, don't pass on the wings - the garlic honey wings were so juicy and flavorful. The mango lassi paired well with the meal. read more

Unfortunately I would not recommend this place. I ordered a small pizza, a samosa and a mango drink. I ordered a water and asked if I was supposed to get it myself, he said yes. I got a cup and used the fountain to get water. The man promptly shouted at me that I owed him two dollars because I said I wanted water and I got a fountain drink. I told him that I got water and he insisted on seeing my cup. I showed him and he pointed out the pitchers of water on the other end of the counter, that I obviously didn't see.. but I did have water in my cup. My food comes and I never get my mango drink so I ask the man at the counter for it and he gives it to me. About half way through my meal (mind you, I'm the ONLY person here) the man tells me I need to pay for my mango drink because I ordered it after. I told him "no, I ordered it with my food." He continued to tell me that I didn't pay for it and I needed to pay. I finally told him to grab me my receipt, he just kept saying "you need to pay!" When he got the receipt he saw that I did already pay for the drink and then he showed it to me. I couldn't believe that as the ONLY customer he accused me of stealing not just one, but two drinks!! Within 20 minutes and after I just spent $20 on a small pizza alone AND I tipped 20% before all this happened. A great find by some friends of mine! The curry pizza was just good pizza. It is on naan bread and has a curry taste to it, but it isn't overbearing at all, since I know a lot of Americans don't like Indian food. I didn't think of the pizza as distinctly Indian or even Indian fusion. I thought of it more as just great pizza. The wings were also great. Being one of the only places open late at night, we stopped by here for sit down meal with my family while driving from Moab to Bryce. We ordered a Curry Pizza and Aloo Gobi. Being the restaurant's namesake, the Curry Pizza was interesting, but overall disappointing. The pizza was blander than we expected, the fusion of the flavors didn't seem quite right, and the crust and was dry. Perhaps it was just over-baked. The Aloo Gobi was unremarkable, but as expected for a place in a small Utah town. All of the staff were friendly throughout our dining experience including someone who had a MAGA hat that took our order without a mask. The restaurant seems to care about their community with lots of local memorabilia and handwriting on the walls. Unfortunately, the majority of guest were racist immature high schoolers. Being Asian American, many kept pretend coughing, taking picutures of us as we dined, snickered, and asked each other why they (the Asians) were here. Later, a group of Latino construction workers came in. In Spanish, the last guy to sit at their table asked his friends, "why do I need to sit by the Chinese people?" and then they laughed. The manager related to us that Bhinda, who owns restaurants up in the Salt Lake Valley area, bought the place on the spot after witnessing poor treatment of a guest who did not speak English well, and he knew people deserved better treatment. And boy does he treats them well! Deep menus of both pizza and wings type fare plus several Indian dishes. Our large group had a bit from both menus. If you can't decide, get the curry pizza! To relate how good the food is: You gotta understand, the rice alone is fantastic. We were so curious about it we asked the cook, Deepak, the secret. Three strains of rice, prepared with a mixture of 8+ different aromatic spices. That much care for just the rice tells you the care they take with the rest of the food to make good curry, korma, vindaloo, and more. They've built a new patio with sting lights hung overhead, with tables currently on order. So it will be a nice spot to dine in the evenings out doors. Perfect after a day at Capitol Reef. read more

Went in to get some pizza on the way to capital reef. They charge double the price of their other locations. I was curious and asked why and they said bc it's far away and a summer place, so they charge more to survive the slower months..... I guess a high profit margin yields more net profit, but there's no way I'm going to be gouged like that!! Too bad bc I was looking forward to trying a pizza or two. I ended up going down the street to sunglow Cafe where I got a panini and 4pie sampler all for $3 less than what would have been the price for one 12 inch pizza. Curry Pizza is like a magical dream pizza shop that appears in a mirage-- in the middle of nowhere. You should absolutely eat here. The pizza is borderline mind-blowing in palate expanding ways. We were in the middle of a road trip and had just left Capital Reef in search of groceries. The town we were staying in had no groceries, so we decided we were too tired and would maybe just order pizza, but the pizza shop was closed. We reluctantly drove to the next town in search of groceries when my wife decided to hop on Yelp and found Curry Pizza. I was against it at first. It sounded like a bad ending to a wonderful day of adventure, who in their right mind would make curry pizza....well, I gave in and said I'd give it a shot. Upon arrival, we met Mike Riddle who was both unexpected and awesome. The cooks that made and brought out our pizza are master artisans and very nice. After some debate we settled on half Honey Curry and half Butter Chicken. The Honey Curry was mind blowing and the Butter Chicken was really good. We saved half the pizza for Roadtrip breakfast pizza per Mike's suggestion and effective reasoning in ordering a Large. As we waited for our pizza, several locals came in, noticed we weren't from around there, and recommended the Bhinda Special. We were a little sad we didn't order it, so we decided we would head back to Oregon with our final dinner in Utah would include include visiting another location and ordering half honey curry and half Bhinda with breakfast pizza leftovers. What a dynamite combo! We absolutely love the honey curry (after a second time) as well as the Bhinda. Both are delicious and the Bhinda enjoyably complex. The only thing that could be more amazing is if Bhinda opened a location in Portland, Oregon, and preferably in the Sellwood neighborhood-- seriously, Portland is a great food city and we would love to have you. read more
