Very yummy and flavorful. We got food delivered while in town for a night, and I got chicken with rice - it was the yummiest chicken I ate in a long time. Moong dal halwa was perfectly cooked and was super yummy.

Fast casual Indian food. The service attendant at the counter was very nice. The food is good and the prices are great. It's a good option for a quick bite.

I've been to Curry Up Now in Alpharetta, so decided to check out this Madison Yards location. There's free parking in the deck next door. It's fast casual, so we placed our orders at the counter before seating ourselves. The inside was very clean and had tons of space and seating. For 3 people, we went family-style and split the samosa chaat, 1 burnt chili garlic naan, pani puri, chicken 69, and vada pav. The food came out super fast which I appreciated! The samosa chaat was pretty flavorful, although I do prefer having the samosas already broken up and mixed. The naan was a little dry and not as fluffy as I would have liked. The pani puri was delicious and I loved the flavor of the vada pav and the buttery pav! The highlight of the meal though was the chicken 69. Hands down some of the best chicken 65 takes I've had. It was flavorful and had a great crunch on the breading. Overall, love both locations I've been to and can't wait to try more off the menu!

Curry Up is a cute little spot in Madison Yards and I have been past it so many times but never noticed it until we decided to come in for dinner! Really casual spot so walked right up to order and sat down easily We opted to share (3 people) just a bunch of the entrees! And they were are all delish. The disappointing one was the naan, I've just had better but the star was the chicken 69 like that was just so good. It's a great a place to get a bunch of things and share a delicious meal.

I was greeted by a friendly gentlemen who helped me navigate the menu. The restaurant was extremely clean and nicely decorated. I decided to order the tikka masala bowl with garlic naan and chickpeas. I waited about 10 mins for my to-go order. The food was the perfect temperature and the chicken and chickpeas were perfectly seasoned. The rice was a little on the bland side but the tikka sauce made up for that. The meal comes with mango chutney which was pretty good however, I didn't know what exactly it was suppose to be used on. I really enjoyed this spot and can't wait to try one of their burritos next time.

We came by here before a concert at the Eastern since it's such a short walk and this place seemed to be a quick and easy meal The food was great, portions are just right sized so you're content but not too full! We got the chicken Tikka bowl, galab jamun & chicken 69. The bowl & chicken 69 were excellent deals. The galab jamun was good but at $2/piece, I thought it was a bit pricey If we were staying longer, I'd definitely have gotten some mango lassi or stubborn soda though! The bowl comes with a choice of chick peas or lentils and we got lentils. The whole thing was good, the rice paired perfectly and had just enough seasoning. The chicken 69 was super crispy and juicy and the onions/lemon a perfect contrast. They have a good bit of seating but not many tables you could push together. It's counter service but they do bus the table when you leave and bring it to you. They have a little outdoor seating & service was quick. We parked at Atlanta dairies and walked over. Would come here again before a concert

Lots of indoor seating. There's patio seating as well!

This is my second time here, and I loved it. The employees are so kind. I knew what I wanted, but the cashier explained how I could customize my meal and what other people get, too. After I ordered, I overheard him answering questions and helping other customers decide what to order. I sooo appreciate that because it can be intimidating to order new cuisines, especially if no one explains it to you. I ordered the lamb plate with a side of chickpeas and rice. It was delicious! It could've been a bit warmer, though. The portion size was good, and the flavors were definitely there. You also get a side of naan, but I opted out this time. Back to the customer service--they were running a bit behind, presumably because they are understaffed, like many restaurants. The cashier thanked each customer for their patience and apologized for the wait. He also had great eye contact, which might sound weird lol, but I really appreciate when people look me in the eye while they're speaking to me lol. If you want to try out some delicious Indian street food, this is your place!

Here's what we got: BOGO (buy one, get one free) 2 Garlic Naan for $5.99 2 Butter Chicken for $23.99 2 Saag Paneer for $17.99 2 Chana Masala for $15.99 2 Chicken Korma for $23.99 Other 1 Okra Bhaji for $14.99 1 Eggplant Bhaji for $14.99 After tax, delivery fee, service fee, tip, Uber One delivery discount, and Uber One membership benefit, the total was $155.81. The food was delivered to our home less than five miles away. Upon delivery, several of the containers were still piping hot. Most everything was sealed securely in plastic containers packed in brown paper bags. Upon delivery, the containers had toppled over inside the bags - if one of them had popped open during the trip, it would have been a disaster. My favorite was the Saag Paneer. It's one of my favorite Indian dishes in general. Planet Bombay's version was rich, flavorful, and had its own distinct character. Everything else was tasty as well. There wasn't a single bad item or anything really to criticize. Perhaps we could've ordered more naan, but they packed plenty of white basmati rice for us -- 10 containers worth of rice alone. We'd order from here again.

I am extremely disappointed with my Uber Eats order last night…read more The saag was so watered down that it barely resembled saag. It lacked the rich texture and flavor you would normally expect. The garlic naan, which cost $7.99, arrived cold, had very little garlic on it, and had an unpleasant smell. The most disappointing part was the butter chicken. We ordered two separate butter chicken meals, and each one contained only two pieces of chicken. Not two small portions, literally two pieces of chicken in each order. Because both orders were the same, it did not seem like an accident or an isolated mistake. I even recorded a video because I could not believe what I was seeing. For the price paid, the portions and quality were unacceptable. This was one of the most disappointing takeout experiences I've had in a long time. Oh and to top it off the food definitely gave me the bubble guts last night and this morning.

But this past time I got takeout, the chicken tikka masala really blew me away. The flavor was very rich and well developed, without just a surface level flavor of tomato. Each bite of chicken was also very tender. To be fair I haven't had Indian food in a while and was really craving it but I was pleasantly surprised. Garlic naan could've been a bit more garlicky but was very good texturally, nice and chewy. The parking garage entrance is right next door (to the right of the restaurant) and you can get validated inside. If you're getting takeout, they text you a link you have to prepay through before they start preparing the food which is a bit annoying, but I get it.

SERVICE (2/5): Although they were extremely nice, the boy doing the cashier was like 12 years old. An older lady oversaw him, he's obviously learning the cashier and that's fine, but I had to repeat each item in my order 5 times while he looked for it and once it took him too long to find it he would ask again what I said as if he forgot what I was looking for. Again, they are REALLY NICE. But not great service. Also, neither of them knew the menu. I ordered THE CURRY HOUSE & looked at the menu before going to the register and forgot all 6 naan options they had and when I asked them at the cashier they only named 3 of the 6. Clearly, not even knowing their own menu. They ended up giving me the wrong curry. I wanted the traditional chicken curry & they gave me mango curry. FOOD (3/5): $8 GARLIC & CHEESE NAAN: there was no cheese on my naan. Glad I paid extra for that. $16 VEGETABLE KORMA: this was my fav of the two items I ordered. Large chunks of vegetables (green beans, broccoli, potato, carrots). It was good. $17 CHICKEN CURRY: even in the sauce, chicken was very over cooked. Would not order again. So much oil. The mild goat also had a kick of heat but it was OK for me; in fact, this was my fav as the sauce was thick and flavorful, and the bone-in goat was super tender -- definitely had better quality than those sold in farmers market. Besides, the achar was quite salty, so salty that I could swallow it only with tons of rice. There are not many Indian restaurants in Midtown Atlanta. Compared to Tabla, another Indian restuarant only ~0.5mi walk from this one, the dishes in Blue india have a larger portion size, especially for their curry and biriyani.
