To my surprise in one year, I received a notification in the e-mail about another payment of $179.99 to continue my warranty for another year, I refused to pay and went to the store for explanation Supervisor apologize for salesperson who mispleaded me and explained that purchase price of $179.99 was for membership in some kind of Best Buy Total Membership group and I have to pay above amount for my second membership year. I was outraged by such explanation and mentioned that it doesn't have any sense to by warranty for 2 years for $360.00 if computer costs $450.00 and I would never buy a one year warranty for $179.99 if salesperson truthfully explained what such purchase means.
