He has installed windshield wipers for me, the piece that opens & closes my center console which I broke on accident, my car door handle on my passenger side, replaced my various car fluids, provided answers to questions that some mechanics won't even give a proper answer to, and has directed me to specialty shops for whatever I may have needed things to get done (i.e. alignment place, brakes place, timing belt/water pump place, etc.). The cost for my 2005 Honda Civic passenger door handle was over $200 for a 100% authentic part, so of course, doing his due diligence, he had to make sure the thing was really broken before he charged me the ridiculous price for the part. It was definitely broken, so he took apart my passenger door not just once, but twice to install the new door handle. Talk about 5 Stars customer service! Look no further if you're in the area for any car parts you may need!

I purchased BMC performance air filters for my new Nissan Z here. I picked them up when they were…read moreready. When I tried to install them, they did not seem to fit correctly. I emailed them and got a response the next business day. After a couple of emails, they were willing to give me a refund. When I went back to get that done, I spoke to the owner, who asked if I'd mind letting him see the issue. I had no problem. The new filters were clearly of higher quality then the ones that came with the car. They also were made withy higher quality materials. That seemed to be the issue. The old filters fit very loosely into the air filter housing and the new ones did not fit easily. After a few minutes and some pictures, the owner discovered that the filters do fit, they are just far more snug. He as willing to give me the refund or have someone trim the filters. After they fit, neither was necessary. They'll work fine. I really appreciated how willing EDO was to deal with the issues I had, including giving me a refund, which I ended up not wanting. I already saw that they have a great selection of high end car lubricants and I will be back here to have them do the oil changes on the car. I came in to buy air filters and I left wanting to be a returning customer.

My feedback reflects my experience and the issues I faced…read more The EDO product line is strong, including the Tomioka Turbos. I purchased a used unit from a vehicle with a blown engine. The engine failure was not caused by the Tomioka turbo. The turbo held together through an internal engine implosion. The blade damage was minimal and no damages to the bearing, which shows the strength and build quality of the unit. EDO assisted with obtaining the missing components for this pre-owned kit. They supplied the required bolts, nuts, gaskets, couplings and the sensor in a fast and efficient manner. Due to current pricing and inflation, the total parts cost was about 1,000 dollars. The turbo kit has performed above expectation. My vehicle produces 361 hp and 301 tq at the wheels on flex fuel. I expect solid service from this pre-owned kit. If any issue arises, I take comfort in knowing a long-standing shop such as EDO Performance is available to support me.

I was reading the package to see what cars they might be compatible with. I felt kind of overwhelmed and annoyed at this point so I was looking at gas cans and I hear someone say are you still looking at spark plugs? It took me a minute to realize this associate was actually talking to ME! I was confused because not only did I not have those items anymore but I was now on a completely different aisle. And this guy "Steven"just stood there! I felt super uncomfortable and He did not attempt to help me or anything I thought to myself that's it and then this creepy associate actually followed me!! I said Why are you following me? I don't know what kind of traffic they get in there but you know what? that's not my problem. I'm an attractive girl and I'm dressed nice there's no reason to treat me like a transient thief! If I was in there an excessively long time, then maybe I would deserve it but no, I was in the store for about seven minutes and he offered help in a very sarcastic way the time to help me had come and gone . Then he got very defensive even argumentative I said not only did you not help me earlier but now I'm being followed by you like I've stolen something?! This was the worst shopping experience in my life. I'm definitely calling the district manager i'm making a formal complaint. Nobody should be subjected to this kind of treatment or discrimination.
